## What the media says

**Video transcript** (4:17), transcribed automatically, so names and numbers may be wrong. Speakers aren't identified, so a voice in it may not be his:

> >> Which judge gave Biden the authority to import criminals? >> Mr. President, do you think you have the authority, the power, to round up people, to deport them, and then you're under no obligation to a court to show the evidence against them? >> Well, that's what the law says, and that's what our country needs, because we were, unfortunately, they allowed millions of people to come into our country, totally unvetted, totally unchecked. So Yoda asked, did he have the authority to allow millions of people? Did Biden have the authority to do something that's unthinkable, have open borders where millions of people poured into our country, totally unvetted and totally unchecked, just as you would say? And many of those people were criminals. Many of them were from jails and prisons and mental institutions and gang members and drug dealers and very dangerous people. Many were murderers. We have 11,088 that we know of murders they've murdered. Of that number, at least half killed more than one person. They're in our country, they're in a location near you. Biden allowed that to happen to our country, and it's people that really ran the country. And the person that operated the auto pen, I think we ought to find out who that was, because I guess that was the real president. So when you asked me if we have the authority, did Biden have the authority to allow millions of people to come into our country? Many of these people hardened criminals at the top of the line, who have caused tremendous damage in our country. You see them in New York City fighting with our police. I mean, literally having fistfights in the street with our police. These are tough, hard criminals. Many of them came out of jails, and not just South America from all over the world. They came out from Africa, from the Congo, they came out from Asia. Not just South America, but many from South America. These are hard, tough criminals, and we have to get them out. And a judge sitting behind a bench someplace got a nice appointment. You can't take that away from the people that are responsible. Now, in this case, Marco Rubio has a lot of big decisions to make. And he's a fantastic person, a great man. I think he'll be our best, I think he has a chance to be our best Secretary of State. He's been doing incredible. He worked so hard. He's gone to so many different countries already. And he's got the authority to get bad people out of our country. And you can't stop that with a judge sitting behind a bench that has no idea what goes on, who happens to be a radical left lunatic. You know, kind of where we're going, like I said, a lot of this is just download stuff that we don't sell people, because what we don't want to do is attract attention, we don't want the media. And we don't even know where we're going when they come. Yeah, obviously. I get the whole secrecy and all this shit, but this is even about my fucking face. Yeah. You know what I mean? You know what I mean? And why? You know why? You know why? Yeah, I know, but why? Look at it all. Yeah. Come on. No, but what's the big secret? You know what? You know what? You know why? Look at it now. The government will train the Americans. Why didn't a judge stop Biden from violating federal law for four years? But when you try to remove criminals, all of a sudden the judicial oligarchy steps in and blocks Trump. Well, Congress, Article 1, the part of the government that is closest to the people, elected officials, representatives who make laws, are going to pass a law limiting the power of district court judges who only represent most cases a few counties in one state. There's 700 of them. Whereas the Supreme Court, it takes five out of nine to change federal policy. One out of 700 district court judges have no rule over the president or they shouldn't. And now Congress is going to pass a bill to limit their power to stop their ability to block President Trump's agenda. Like, subscribe, and follow.

# Analysis

_Machine-generated by trump.fm on 2026-09-09T05:05:08.764Z (UTC): a model's reading of this post, not his words. Its psychological terms describe the language, not a clinical assessment of him._

## Summary

This media-only post amplifies an interview clip in which Trump defends unrestricted executive authority to deport immigrants without judicial review, categorically characterizes immigrants as violent criminals ("hardened criminals," "murderers," escapees from "jails, prisons, and mental institutions"), and revives the unsubstantiated claim that an autopen operator — not Biden — was "the real president." He idealizes Marco Rubio in superlative terms while devaluing the judiciary as a "radical left lunatic" oligarchy, an immature splitting defense. The clip previews a congressional effort to strip district judges of power to block deportation policy, pairing dehumanizing threat-inflation with a concrete push to reduce legal safeguards — a combination worth monitoring even though it does not rise to direct incitement against identified individuals. A cited statistic (11,088 murders) mirrors figures fact-checkers have flagged as methodologically misleading when used to characterize recent Biden-era border crossers specifically. No written text accompanies the post, so authorship attribution rests solely on posting time (~10:51pm Eastern, assuming an unconfirmed NY/DC location) and is capped at low confidence. Psychologically, the post reflects a persistent grievance narrative (judicial obstruction as illegitimate) rather than an acute break from baseline, with paranoid-tinged institutional distrust as the most notable clinical-adjacent feature.

## Post Overview

This is a media-only Truth Social post (no caption) sharing a video that splices together at least three distinct audio sources: (1) an interview-style Q&A in which Trump answers a reporter's question about deportation authority and judicial oversight, (2) a separate, apparently unrelated hot-mic exchange about "secrecy" and someone's face being obscured (likely ICE-agent masking discussion, not Trump's voice), and (3) a closing voiceover/narration previewing a congressional bill to strip district-court judges of injunctive power. Because there is no original caption, the analyzable behavior is Trump's *selection and amplification* of this compilation, not authorship of its language.

## Level 1-3: Traits, Motives, Narrative

The portions where Trump is clearly speaking (responding to "Mr. President, do you think you have the authority...") show agentic, power/control-oriented motive content: asserting near-unchecked executive authority over deportation, dismissing judicial review, and praising Marco Rubio in idealized terms ("fantastic person," "our best Secretary of State"). The narrative constructs Trump as order-restorer/law-enforcer battling an illegitimate "judicial oligarchy," with Biden recast as a possible non-actor ("I guess that was the real president" — referring to whoever used the autopen), reviving a delegitimization narrative about the prior administration. The contrasting others are unelected district judges and undocumented immigrants framed categorically as violent criminals.

## Defense Mechanisms & Clinical Notes

Splitting is prominent: judges are uniformly "radical left lunatic[s]" with "no idea what goes on," while Rubio is uniformly excellent — an idealization/devaluation pairing. Paranoid features appear in "judicial oligarchy" framing (persecutory, systemic-conspiracy language about courts coordinating against the administration). The autopen remark reflects continued reality-distortion/conspiracist content questioning Biden's legitimacy without evidentiary basis — a form of distortion defense, though delivered with hedged phrasing ("I think we ought to find out").

## Rhetoric & Danger

The clip relies on hyperbole and fear appeal (mass-casualty statistics, "murderers," "hardened criminals," origins listed by continent) and a false dichotomy between elected officials (legitimate) and judges (illegitimate obstruction). Selecting and amplifying this framing — categorical criminalization of immigrants paired with a push to remove judicial checks on deportation — is a concerning combination worth flagging, though it stops short of direct incitement against identified individuals. Danger level: elevated, not high/critical.

## Authorship Attribution

No written text exists, so no stylometric signal is available. Timing only: ~10:51pm in Eastern time (assuming a New York/DC-area location, unconfirmed), consistent with — but not diagnostic of — Trump's personal late-evening posting pattern. This score reflects who *chose to post* the clip, not who wrote or spoke its content; confidence is capped low given the total absence of textual evidence.

## Fact Verification

| Claim | Verdict | Evidence |
|-------|---------|----------|
| ""We have 11,088 that we know of murders they've murdered" — referring to immigrants who entered under the Biden administration, at least half having killed more than one person." | **Mostly False** | Figures of this kind, drawn from DHS/ICE non-detained-docket data, have been repeatedly reported by fact-checkers as misleading: they typically aggregate homicide convictions (or charges) across the entire non-detained noncitizen population regardless of when the conviction occurred — including convictions from decades ago and cases where sentences were already served — rather than reflecting recent border crossers under Biden-era policy specifically. Attributing the full figure to people who 'poured into the country totally unvetted' under Biden conflates distinct populations and time periods. |
| "Implication that someone other than Biden ('the person who operated the autopen') was functioning as 'the real president.'" | **False** | No credible evidence has emerged from congressional or independent investigations that Biden's use of an autopen for routine signings reflected an unauthorized substitute exercising presidential authority; use of autopens for document execution has a long precedent across administrations and does not itself indicate incapacity or usurpation. |

Overall Veracity: 10%

## Authorship Analysis

**Uncertain** (score: 40%)

### Indicators

- Posted ~10:51pm Eastern (assuming NY/DC location, unconfirmed), within Trump's typical late-evening authentic-posting window
- No caption or written text provided, so no stylometric evidence (typos, grammar, syntax) exists to assess
- Content is a multi-source compilation video, which could originate from either Trump's own team or a supporter/fan account he reposted
- Score reflects the decision to select/share this clip, not authorship of any spoken words in it

## Psychological Profile

### State

**Mixed State**

**Trigger:** Preemptive Attack — Defeat (Ongoing district-court rulings constraining deportation enforcement and pending congressional action on judicial power/ICE oversight)

**Rage:** Intensity 40% targeting District court judges ('judicial oligarchy') and, secondarily, the Biden administration's border policy
- Proportionality: 50%

Sentiment: -0.35

### Clinical

**Malignant Narcissism:**
- Narcissistic: 40%
- Antisocial: 20%
- Paranoid: 55%
- Sadism: 15%

**Defense Mechanisms:**
- splitting (immature)
- idealization (immature)
- distortion (pathological)
- projection (immature)

**Cognitive Complexity:**
- Complexity: 0%

**Parasocial Techniques:**
- Interview-format video lending an air of direct accountability while curated to favor his framing
- Amplifying a narrative of persecution by 'unelected' judges to build in-group solidarity

## Danger Assessment

**ELEVATED**

### Indicators

- Categorical characterization of immigrants as escaped criminals, murderers, and gang members from 'jails and prisons and mental institutions'
- Explicit push to legislatively curtail judicial review that currently constrains deportation/enforcement actions
- Framing of courts as an illegitimate 'oligarchy' that should not be able to check executive action

### Gaslighting

- Implicit DARVO structure: portrays enforcement actions facing legal blocks as victimization by an illegitimate 'judicial oligarchy,' inverting the accountability relationship
- Autopen claim questioning who was 'really' president attacks the basic legitimacy/reality of the prior administration without evidence

**Dehumanizing Language Present**

## Fact Checks (2)

_The model's verdicts from 2026-09-09._

> "We have 11,088 that we know of murders they've murdered" — referring to immigrants who entered under the Biden administration, at least half having killed more than one person.

**MOSTLY FALSE**

Figures of this kind, drawn from DHS/ICE non-detained-docket data, have been repeatedly reported by fact-checkers as misleading: they typically aggregate homicide convictions (or charges) across the entire non-detained noncitizen population regardless of when the conviction occurred — including convictions from decades ago and cases where sentences were already served — rather than reflecting recent border crossers under Biden-era policy specifically. Attributing the full figure to people who 'poured into the country totally unvetted' under Biden conflates distinct populations and time periods.

> Implication that someone other than Biden ('the person who operated the autopen') was functioning as 'the real president.'

**FALSE**

No credible evidence has emerged from congressional or independent investigations that Biden's use of an autopen for routine signings reflected an unauthorized substitute exercising presidential authority; use of autopens for document execution has a long precedent across administrations and does not itself indicate incapacity or usurpation.

## That day

_From trump.fm's machine-generated digest of the day, not his words._

**A midnight avalanche of grievance video, a record Dow by afternoon, and January 6th as a nightcap**

Trump made 78 posts on February 6th, but almost three-quarters of them landed in a single burst between late Thursday night and just after midnight — dozens of clips on election fraud, immigration, and the Republican Party's civil-rights history, fired off roughly one a minute, with no words of his own attached. He was up again before six in the morning, giving him about five hours of sleep. The daytime was split: a warm note about a White House preservation meeting, a sudden and vicious attack on two former aides who had criticized him on television, then a victory lap over the Dow crossing 50,000 for the first time and two winter-storm disaster approvals. He closed the day, hours after the market celebration, by returning to the January 6th committee and calling its members guilty of crimes against humanity. Notably absent: any mention of the Winter Olympics opening in Milan, the India trade deal, or the Iran nuclear talks his own envoys were conducting.
