Look, I've talked to young girls as young as nine years old that were raped multiple times by criminal cartel members. I've held dying children. I've held dead children. I've talked to hundreds of angel moms and dads. I know every one of their names and every one of their stories. And their stories are difficult. No parents should bury their child. The administration has blood on their hands. If Trump was president, this likely wouldn't happen because we had to remain in Mexico program. We ended catch release and ICE was able to do their job. This administration bears a brunt on this.
