And you would have to give the defense continuances throughout the trial, which means you keep the jury on ice while they get to prepare their cross examination, because the prosecutors won't give them a heads up so they can work on that over the weekend, which is why, you know, for trial lawyers, that's why God made weekends, so that you get prepared for the next week. So I've never seen anything like this, but then again, Neil, I've never seen a case where the indictment didn't tell the defendant what the charge was. So I guess if the indictment doesn't tell the defendant what the charge was, why should the prosecutors tell the defendant who the witnesses are.
