What's your take on this controversy? The media is like, "You got to be kidding me." What's your reaction? You know, it's pretty wild, isn't it? Now, I understand the left-wing media because they hate God, they hate Christianity, and they hate who we are. But you know what's blown me away is the people who are Christians who are upset about Donald Trump encouraging Americans to, you know, you heard what he just said, read the Bible and pray. You know, from a Christian perspective, this is one of the greatest spiritual moments in U.S. history. You say, "Well, how can you make that statement?" You've got the former president of the United States, who I believe is going to be the next president of the United States, telling the Americans to read the Bible and to pray. That is what all of us pastors and Christians, that's what we want the president of the United States. I promise you, Joe Biden is not going to tell us to do that. And so I can't imagine why Christians are upset over this. Now, they'll say, "Well, he's trying to sell a Bible." Well, David, you know this. Go to any Christian bookstore in this country, guess what you're going to do? You're going to buy a Bible, and $60 is actually not that expensive compared to some of the other Bibles that I have. And so the absurdity to be upset over this shows you that Trump-Durengent syndrome is very real. It's very alive. We should be encouraging and thanking President Trump for encouraging us to read the scriptures and to pray. Well, that's the thing. There's the dot, dot, dot part of this equation. In other words, look, for whatever purposes and for whatever people want to read into all of this, the bottom line is, if more people are reading a Bible, that's a good thing. And there it is. We have a copy there in our West Palm studios. You can see it there. Also, people are calling it the American Bible. You're selling an American Bible. It's an American Bible. The reason they call the goblets the USA Bible is because it has constitutional documents, things that have to do with America's founding in it. And I think that that's a big distinction. There are critics, devil's advocate here, saying that he could profit off of this. The New York Times is saying that one of his associates said some profits may not go to his campaign, but may go to him. So there is that. I want you to address some of some of that. Well, I mean, do we get upset whenever a Christian bookstore makes profits? I promise you, Christian bookstores are making profits off of selling Bibles otherwise they wouldn't sell them. They'd be out of business. And so, you know, and the Bible that is being promoted here, it's a simple, basic King James Version Bible. And to your point, it's got founding documents and stories about our founding fathers because, you know, our nation was founded by Christians as a Christian nation. And so the parallels between the Bible, the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, all of our founding documents are derived from scripture. And so I have a Bible that's very similar to this, not this exact one. And it's one of my favorite Bibles because I learn, obviously, about scripture. But I learned about our country's founding and it encourages me. And so anybody upset over if Donald Trump is making a profit off this Bible, that's ridiculous because there's so many Christian bookstores out there that are making profits off of selling Bibles. And we need to get the Bible into the hands of the American people. And so I thank President Trump. And like I said, this is one of the greatest spiritual moments in U.S. history. And you've got a former president and potential president saying we've got to make America pray again. This is incredible. Yeah. Well, I'll tell you what, you know, as I like to say, God uses imperfect people to accomplish his perfect will. And that not only includes Donald Trump, that includes all of us for sure. So, Pastor Laumeyer, thanks for being here. Really appreciate it. Pastors for Trump.
