## What the media says

> Farmers represent the very best of America. You pour your heart into this land and your soul into the soil of our nation, and you don't get the credit you deserve. You deserve fantastic credit. Under the next Trump administration, we will have a rebirth of loyalty to the American farmer and to the American flag. I will defend you on trade, and if any other country tries to take advantage of our farmers, there will be a very steep price for them to pay. I will defend you on taxes. Crooked Joe is trying to massively raise your taxes, eviscerate the Trump tax cuts, and drastically raise the estate tax or the death tax, which will obliterate family farms and destroy your way of life forever. I got you all of these things, I got you everything, and they want to take it away from you. By contrast, I will cut your taxes, I will protect the Trump tax cuts, and I will save your farms from Biden's plans for their death and destruction. I will also defend you on energy and ethanol. Joe Biden, Ron de Sanctimonious, Nikki Haley, and so many others want to kill ethanol, wiping out billions of dollars and tens of thousands of jobs in Iowa and other farm states. I am the only candidate in this race who will save the ethanol industry from annihilation. It will be annihilation if I don't get in. You just watch, but hopefully you won't have to. And we won't just increase ethanol production, we will export ethanol all over the world. I will also rapidly end Crooked Joe's inflation nightmare and set up a special task force to help quickly reduce the high prices of fertilizer and other farm inputs that are crushing farmers, growers, and producers. And when I say crushing, I mean crushing like never before. We've never had anything like this before. They talk about the supply chain. They talk about everything. It's actually their incompetence. These are my vows to the American farm, and no one has ever fought for you like I have. Not even close. If you remember, I got you $28 billion from China. That was a special gift to the farmers. Nobody else would have been able to do that. We are just getting started. So to the farmers of America, to everybody in America, thank you very much.
