I actually think this opens up an entire legal strategy for President Trump now to subpoena or call in as witnesses in this case, everybody surrounding election fraud, and start to make his case thanks to Jack Smith. Yeah, that may happen. And I don't think the judge is going to allow that, particularly a DC judge. I think a more likely scenario is that there are real serious issues here of double jeopardy. He was impeached and acquitted to presidential immunity. You saw this ruling in Pennsylvania, you could have significance to Jack Smith. There is a doctrine that the president had legal action taken against him for actions he officially took as president. It was clear President Trump was acting in his capacity as president when he made these comments and raised these concerns, and then I think a third thing, and it goes to what Andrew McCarthy, you just showed that clip, very important state of mind. Can Jack Smith really prove that Donald Trump didn't think these things were still viable allegations on January 6th, and I'm going to make some documents available tomorrow. They're very important documents. They're from the files of Bernie Kerik, the former NYPD chief. He was running the investigative team on Trump's legal team to see what was true and not true. On January 6th, these documents show Bernie Kerik had not yet made any determinations whether a lot of the allegations floating around that Donald Trump wanted to investigate it were true or not. In fact, they were so uncertain whether they can prove them or not, their only fallback was we got to ask legislators and other bodies of authority to look at this. That is very important exculpatory evidence of the president. We're going to make that public tomorrow. Jack Smith just got these two weeks ago. You think you might want to look at them a little more closely before he brought this indictment. Instead he rushes that indictment out today.

For far too long, Americans have been forced to put up with Democrat-run cities that set loose savage, bloodthirsty criminals to prey on innocent people. Really very, very innocent people. In every place they control radical left judges, politicians, and activists, and they've adopted a policy of catch and release for thugs and killers. In Charlotte, North Carolina, we saw the results of these policies when a 23-year-old woman who came here from Ukraine met her bloody end on a public train. And here's a picture of it. This is the picture of it. And this is a picture of the woman, a beautiful young girl that never had problems in life with a magnificent future in this country. And now she's dead. She was slaughtered by a deranged monster who was roaming free after 14 prior arrests. We cannot allow it to crave criminal element of violent repeat offenders to continue spreading destruction and death throughout our country. We have to respond with force and strength. We have to be vicious just like they are. It's the only thing they understand. 24 of the top 25 most dangerous cities in America are run by Democrat mayors. Fifty people were murdered in Chicago in recent weeks with hundreds being shot. And it's time to stop this madness. The people of our country need to insist on protection, safety, law, and order. We have proven that it can be done because we did it right here in D.C., in District of Columbia, the capital of America, was a bloodthirsty, horrible, dangerous place. One of the worst. And now it's a crime-free city, and we're going to keep it that way. It can be done. It can happen fast. All we want is, please, Mr. President, we need help, Chicago needs help, other cities needs help. We'll do what has to be done because we're going to make America safe again. And that includes our big cities. going to make those cities safe.

Follow-up on the visa question. I think this may be the next thing that you're signing, but for the H-1B visa action that you're doing next, we'll talk about that. You're very close to the technology CEOs. Are they concerned about that? I think they're going to be very happy. Everyone's going to be happy. And we're going to be able to keep people in our country that are going to be very productive people. And in many cases, these companies are going to pay a lot of money for that. Sure. Thank you. Okay, let's go. Thank you, Mr. President. One of the most abused visa systems in our current immigration system has been the H-1B non-immigrant visa program. This is supposed to allow highly skilled laborers who work in fields that Americans don't work in to come into the United States of America. What this proclamation will do is raise the fee that companies pay to sponsor H-1B applicants to $100,000. This will ensure that the people they're bringing in are actually very highly skilled and that they're not replaceable by American workers. So it'll protect American workers, but ensure that companies have a pathway to hire truly extraordinary people and bring them to the United States to work. We need workers. We need workers. We need great workers. And this pretty much ensures that that's what's going to happen. I think, John, you agree with that? Well, they're $100,000 per year. So the whole idea is no more will these big tech companies or other big companies train foreign workers. They have to pay the government $100,000. Then they have to pay the employee. So it's just non-economic. If you're going to train somebody, you're going to train one of the recent graduates from one of the great universities across our land, train Americans, stop bringing in people to take our jobs. That's the policy here. $100,000 a year for H-1B visas. And all of the big companies are on board. We've spoken to them about the gold card. They love it. They love it. They really love it.
