All right. Another bombshell revelation today shows just how weaponized the DOJ was under Joe Biden. Now, shocking new memos turned over to Congress today. Well, revealed that the FBI warned the DOJ repeatedly. They did not have probable cause for that raid at Mar-a-Lago. But under pressure from Biden's weaponized DOJ, they conducted the raid anyway. Among the shocking revelations, including one email revealing the FBI field office did not believe and articulated this to the DOJ. They had quote, established probable cause for the search warrant for classified records of Mar-a-Lago. Despite this, another agent wrote, quote, DOJ has opined that they do have probable cause requesting a wide scope, including residence office storage space. One official even warned that the information they had was just from a single source, not corroborated, and may have even been dated early today on a post on X. FBI director Cash Patel did confirm the documents writing in part, quote, we just turned over documents to Capitol Hill to be made public showing that the FBI told DOJ that they did not have probable cause for raiding president Trump's home at Mar-a-Lago, but DOJ didn't give a damn. They did it anyway. Here at the very latest, just the news.com founder editor in chief and chief investigative reporter John Solomon. And remember, John, the FBI had access that was given to them, uh, by president Trump and his team, open access to the Mar-a-Lago after they left, they called and said, by the way, would you put another lock on one particular storage room? They complied. Nothing would have prevented them from coming back anytime they wanted, but no probable cause. Yeah. Well, that's what these emails show. First, they show that the Trump administration or the Trump, a team and his lawyer were cooperating. And in fact, the FBI wanted to leverage that cooperation and, uh, and create a rent or a makeable solution that didn't involve a raid. The justice department said they weren't interested in making accommodations like that. Then the FBI told the justice department, the Biden justice department that it didn't have probable cause that the information they had was outdated, single source, couldn't be corroborated. Uh, they didn't have true evidence that president Trump himself may have been the source of a crime. Uh, and the justice department said, we disagree. We're going to go ahead with it. The FBI continued to fight back saying, we don't think there's probable cause. You certainly can't go to president Trump's office or you certainly can't go to his bedroom and do it. And the, and the justice department response was, you know what? We're going to expand the search. What you see here is a potential fourth amendment violation of president Trump's civil liberties. And this is significant, not just from a historical standpoint. A couple of weeks ago, Sean, I interviewed, uh, the assistant attorney general for civil, uh, rights. And that's Harvey Dylan. And she said she is looking at the possibility of bringing criminal charges from anyone who tried to deny president Trump or one of president Trump supporters their civil rights. That means this evidence, which by the way, still in the statute of five years, uh, could potentially be a prosecutor board. Certainly go to the question of whether there should be a prosecution separately. And president Trump has shown he's not afraid to sue. I just asked the BBC who found out that this week again, uh, president Trump might have a very good suit. According to the legal experts, I talked that his civil liberties were infringed by the justice department. So this, uh, revelation is not just a historical political revelation. It could have legal consequences. No probable cause. If that's not a dual justice system, considering Hillary and Joe Biden, I don't know what is. In support of our goals, today the Federal Open Market Committee decided to leave our policy interest rate unchanged. Did this guy get hit in the head renovating the Fed? 3% growth, low unemployment, business investment booming, and inflation's only at 2.1%. 2.1%. And unlike Bidenomics, wages are growing faster than inflation. And also unlike Bidenomics, we're creating jobs for Americans, not illegals. Americans have gained 2 million jobs, and illegals have lost 500,000. And what do you know? The fruit's not dying on the vine. So what's Powell's excuse this time? He cut three times last year for Biden-Harris. And their inflation rate was higher than Trump's. It's got to be personal because he cut when he was told to by Pocahontas. He said he waited too long. And the best way you can show that you waited too long and that you get it and that you are becoming more responsive to where we are on interest rates is actually go ahead and do a nice big rate cut. Today, at the rate meeting, there was a mutiny. Two governors who won a cut voted against Jerome. That hasn't happened since 1993. Clinton hadn't even met Lewinsky yet. And it does show how Fed Chair Powell-- he's not just facing pressure from the White House to cut interest rates. He's also facing pressure from some of his colleagues inside this building. Chuck Schumer, who doesn't even know how to grill a burger, is accusing Trump of putting out fake numbers. While the Trump administration will try to waive rosy headlines about the Q2 number, today's GDP number is, in fact, a mirage. A mirage is when you see things that aren't there, like Joe Biden in the White House. The entire Democrat Party is a mirage. You take away USAID illegals and mail-in ballots, and there's no "they're there." Even CNBC panikins are mocking Chuck and Pocahontas. Senator Elizabeth Warren will come on and say, "Inflation's out of control, and the economy is getting killed by what's happening by these tariffs." This 3% with the market at new highs, and really, we haven't seen inflation. But none of these horrible things have happened, but they still talk like it's happening. It's amazing. There's an important lesson there. Don't pick a congressman to be your money manager. The Democrats, of course, as you pointed out, really don't want to see the current administration have some success. But there's no doubt that this is some success. Don't pick a congressman to be your money manager, except Pelosi. More on her later. The mainstream media is admitting that Trump is winning. Numbers don't lie, and the deals keep coming. We have just concluded a deal with the country of Pakistan, whereby Pakistan and the United States will work together on developing their massive oil reserves. We're going to drill baby drill in Pakistan after they harbored bin Laden, or as Obama says, Pakistan. And Trump says he just got a deal with South Korea. 15% tariff rate. They buy our energy and invest here in America, and they open up their whole market. POTUS is bringing the doubters on notice. Critics said that our tariffs would hurt the economy, but the data shows the exact opposite, and the exact opposite is happening. Foreign imports were down 30% in the second quarter, while the domestic auto production surged by a stunning 36%. How about that number, Dr. Oz, right? That's good. Alvin Bragg, the Racist District Attorney in Manhattan, one of the worst murder & violent crime areas in the United States (and NOTHING is being done to change that, it is only getting worse!), is harassing and tormenting my 75 year old employee who they have thrown in jail, trying to force him to say something bad (lie!) about me. He plead guilty when given the choice of 90 days or 10 years (life) in jail for bull…. never prosecuted before in U.S. These are political “THUGS” RIGGING ELECTIONS!
