Over the past week, my team has made tremendous progress with respect to ending the War between Russia and Ukraine (A War that would have NEVER started if I were President!). Last month 25,000 soldiers died. The original 28-Point Peace Plan, which was drafted by the United States, has been fine-tuned, with additional input from both sides, and there are only a few remaining points of disagreement. You can't, you can't lay out more clearly these people's priorities than that right there. No, you can't. In fact, the Brazilian environmental minister actually bragged the reason they had to clear cut tens of thousands of acres for this four lane highway for this UN climate summit was so they could cram as many people here as possible to showcase how Brazil has been saving the rainforest. So this has been an amazing thing because this highway went through the rainforest that they've been trying deck. We've got to save the rainforest. We need climate trees and here they just cut it down so you could have all the limousines and SUVs and all the private jets come in and people can move freely at this summit, which is turning into a disaster here for them. Yeah, so so this is a conference that they do every year and you said that this is the first time since this started back in 1992 that the United States is not involved, that you're actually our U.S. envoy to which I'm very grateful to, by the way, for that. But that even a lot of European countries are pulling back from all of this. Yeah, I call it the Trump effect there since since George H.W. Bush signed the Rio Earth Summit Treaty, United Nations Framework Convention in 1992 to appear green to try to beat Bill Clinton. It didn't work. We've been in this mess and this is the first time there's been no U.S. delegation. God bless the Trump administration. So I've self declared myself the U.S. delegation here at the U.N. conference. I don't think that comes with any perks, we'll see. But this whole summit has had, as you mentioned, over 100 nations fail to even submit their targets. There's no interest in this. No interest in zeroing out their carbon tax throughout Europe. They're walking away from net zero because reality hits. And our message here, by the way, to the Trump administration is simple. Get us out of this 1992 treaty, which was ratified by the Senate. If we can get out of that, it makes it harder for a future president, AOC or Gavin Newsom, to get us back into this U.N. climate mess. Mr. President, tear up that treaty from 1992. That's what we're imploring the Trump administration to do. Well, I would just like to go on the record as saying that I trust you with the science more than I do a bunch of kleptocrats around the world who just want to be in control of every aspect of our lives. So speaking of all of that, over the past two years, Ford has lost some 13 billion dollars on this big EV scam. And there's even talked the Wall Street Journal is reporting that they're talking about scrapping their the F-1, the electric F-150. Is it are you surprised that we've come to this? No. I mean, once you pull the plug on the subsidies, the gas powered car bans on all the tax credits, it's like we're watching an implosion. The Ford CEO recently said he expects half of the C of the EV sales to tank after the cut has been pulled. Rivian is facing this, even with all those subsidies, even with banning the competition of gas powered cars. They were only to get fully electric cars to about seven percent of sales, and it was going to decline. And a lot of that was people buying second cars, a very small market. So the idea that an F-150 truck was going to take America by storm was absurd, even under the Biden regulations without once you pull the plug, it's going under. And no, this is not a surprising move. There is no future under the current technology of EVs to do it. Plus, it makes us rely on China, which, by the way, China is the hero here at this conference because as the Trump administration walked away from these pledges, China's doubling down even though they're building two coal plants a week. They're now being praised by the Greens here at the U.N. They're the new environmental heroes here, but we don't want these EVs anyway because right now they empower China. Shockingly, I have just learned, that Gavin Newscum, the Governor of California, is in final stages of approval to build Low Income Housing in Pacific Palisades. The National Trust for Historic Preservation sues me for a Ballroom that is under budget, ahead of schedule, being built at no cost to the Taxpayer, and will be the finest Building of its kind anywhere in the World. I then get sued by them over the renovation of the dilapidated and structurally unsound former Kennedy Center, now, The Trump Kennedy Center (A show of Bipartisan Unity, a Republican and Democrat President!), where all I am doing is fixing, cleaning, running, and "sprucing up" a terribly maintained, for many years, Building, but a Building of potentially great importance. Yet, The National Trust for Historic Preservation, a Radical Left Group of Lunatics whose funding was stopped by Congress in 2005, is not suing the Federal Reserve for a Building which has been decimated and destroyed, inside and out, by an incompetent and possibly corrupt Fed Chairman. The once magnificent Building is BILLIONS over budget, may never be completed, and may never open. All of the beautiful walls inside have been ripped down, never to be built again, but the National "Trust" for Historic Preservation never did anything about it! Or, have they sued on Governor Gavin Newscum's "RAILROAD TO NOWHERE" in California that is BILLIONS over Budget and, probably, will never open or be used. So, the White House Ballroom, and The Trump Kennedy Center, which are under budget, ahead of schedule, and will be among the most magnificent Buildings of their kind anywhere in the World, gets sued by a group that was cut off by Government years ago, but all of the many DISASTERS in our Country are left alone to die. Two Obama and Biden Appellate Court Judges just voted against the desperately needed Military Center, required for the National Security of Washington, D.C., and our Country, itself. Highly Respected Judge, Neomi Rao, stated the following key points, among others, in a strongly worded dissent:
“This was a blatant abuse of discretion…To begin with, the district court had no jurisdiction because the Trust has no standing to stop construction at the White House…[T]he balance of equities overwhelmingly favors the government. The district court elevated the aesthetic displeasure of a single passerby over the government’s security interests in the ballroom and the security risks of leaving an open construction site at the President’s home and office…These errors in equitable judgment require vacating the injunction…The district court seized supervision of construction at the White House, and my colleagues affirm this judicial overreach…Because the injunction is beyond the proper province of the federal courts, construction should be allowed to continue.”
The decision has been stayed, and does not take effect for a period of time. We will be immediately appealing to the United States Supreme Court. The Military and Secret Service are viewing this horrendous, politically motivated, and unlawful ruling as a National Security threat to our Nation in that the entire Complex is being built for the protection of our Country and, additionally, all future Presidents. The single, integrated project includes Bomb Shelters, State of the Art Hospital and Medical Facilities, Protective Partitioning, Top Secret Military Facilities, Structures and Equipment, Protective Missile Resistant Steel, Columns, Roofs, and Beams, Drone Proof Ceilings and Roofs, Military Grade Venting, and Bullet, Ballistic, and Blast Proof Glass. It is all tied together as one big, expensive, and very complex unit, which is vital for National Security and Military Operations of the United States of America! The Circuit Court’s decision, which is totally wrong on the vital subject of STANDING, of which the plaintiff has none, severely jeopardizes the lives and welfare of the people who work, and will be working, at the White House — including all future Presidents of the United States, and their families, as well as the lives of all those visiting, such as Heads of State and other Dignitaries, and all Americans who wish to visit the historic, beautiful Executive Mansion. The Circuit Court also refused to acknowledge that the desperately needed, and totally secure Ballroom, which is being built ahead of schedule and under budget, is a Gift from President Trump and Great Patriots of the United States of America. The entire Complex, Military and all, is largely built, fabricated, and paid for. Much is already on site, or being delivered. Why didn’t they bring this case long prior to construction starting? There will be no expense to the American Taxpayer. This unjust decision must be overturned by the Supreme Court in its entirety. I have just completed an excellent telephone conversation with President Xi, of China. It was a long and thorough call, where many important subjects were discussed, including Trade, Military, the April trip that I will be making to China (which I very much look forward to!), Taiwan, the War between Russia/Ukraine, the current situation with Iran, the purchase of Oil and Gas by China from the United States, the consideration by China of the purchase of additional Agricultural products including lifting the Soybean count to 20 Million Tons for the current season (They have committed to 25 Million Tons for next season!), Airplane engine deliveries, and numerous other subjects, all very positive! The relationship with China, and my personal relationship with President Xi, is an extremely good one, and we both realize how important it is to keep it that way. The concept I have had for quite some time — A strong feeling that the name of these Patriots, “ICE,” should be changed to, “NICE,” in that it will totally discombobulate Crooked, Dishonest, and Unpatriotic Reporters and Journalists. For them to say, “We went to a NICE Facility today,” as opposed to “ICE” or, “NICE Agents have deported a Violent Drug Dealer,” they won’t be able to handle it, they will go totally crazy! All it means is adding an “N” (“National”) to “ICE (“Immigration and Customs Enforcement”) — A much more prestigious name. Everyone loves it, but I have been told by the legendary Tom Homan that the Agents do not love it as much as the other population. Who thinks that we should add an “N” to change the name of “ICE” to “NICE?”
