So just got word that the FBI is in Atlanta, Georgia conducting a search warrant and the Fulton County election office and I have spoken to a number of individuals over the last couple of weeks have not spoken about this publicly, but who have been called in by the FBI questioning and was aware that the FBI was here do not have any information with the search warrant is related to other than Fox News is reporting is related to the 2020 election. And I'd like to remind you that the reason that we, some of us specifically Bert Jones, Brandon beach, William Ligon and myself, the first four that stood up and called for a special session because of the legislature could do this back in 2020. I'm glad that we finally will be getting to the bottom of whatever it was that happened in 2020 thanks to the federal government wish that we could have done it much, much earlier. This is a presidential memorandum on countering domestic terrorism and organized political violence. In recent weeks, months, and years, we've seen a tremendous upsurge in some highly visible but also other acts of domestic terrorism and organized political violence being perpetrated by radical, politically motivated groups all over the country. What this presidential memorandum will do is set off an administration-wide response to that, ranging from the Joint Terrorism Task Forces to other components of the Department of Justice, to the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Treasury. We're looking at interdicting these groups, preventing them from performing acts of violence, and also looking at sources of organization and funding and support that prop them up and allow them to do the acts that they have been doing. We're looking at the funders of a lot of these groups. You know, when you see the signs, and they're all beautiful signs made professionally, these aren't your protesters that make the sign in their basement late in the evening because they really believe it. These are anarchists and agitators, professional anarchists and agitators, and they get hired by wealthy people, some of whom I know, I guess, you know, I probably know them, and you wouldn't know it. At dinner with them, everything's nice, and then you find out that they funded millions of dollars to these lunatics. Steve, could you say a couple of words about that, please? This is a very historic and significant day. This is the first time in American history that there is an old government effort to dismantle left-wing terrorism, to dismantle Antifa, to dismantle the organizations that have been carrying out these acts of political violence and terrorism. What we have seen, if you look at whether it be going back to the riots that started with Black Lives Matter and all the way through to the Antifa riots, the attacks on ICE officers, the doxing campaigns, and now the political assassinations, using that lone isolated events, this is part of an organized campaign of radical left terrorism. It is structured, it is sophisticated, it is well-funded, it is well-planned. There is really no parallel like this to anything else in the country right now. There is an entire system of feeder organizations that provide money, resources, weapons, and when they're attacking ICE officers, they're attacking federal buildings, or they're isolating public officials for harassment, doxing, intimidation, and ultimately attempted assassination, it is all carefully planned, executed, and thought through. It is terrorism on our soil. Because of this executive order, Cash and Pam are going to have the tools they need working with Scott to take these organizations apart piece by piece, and the central hub of that effort is going to be the Joint Terrorism Task Force, or JTTF, which sits inside the Federal Bureau of Investigation. But for those at home who are worried about terrorism in this country, they need to understand, because of President Trump's strength, because of his vision, because of his leadership, we are now going to use the entire force of the federal government to uproot these organizations root and branch. And again, it is only possible because of President Trump and his leadership.

We should remember what they tried to do. They changed the days of the week. They renamed things, they tore down statues, they went after the church. Does this sound familiar? This revolution that we've experienced, everything was up for sale. Everything was negotiable. We invented a third gender and rammed it down people's throats. We tore down statues. We said 1776 was no longer the foundational day. It was 1619. We changed the very mechanism that we vote. We went from 70% of the electorate voting on election day to 70% of the electorate not doing that either through mail-in or early voting. That was a radical change that had no discussion. It was done by Fiat. It was incredible. We looked at girls sports and we destroyed it. We said that transgendered biological males that were now transgendered females could compete. They won over 600 medals. They took away from hardworking female athletes. We had drag shows among young children. It was an effort to change the entire constitution. We forget that. They were trying to bring in Puerto Rico as a state and Washington D.C. to get four instant senators. They were proud. They said that they were going to pack the Supreme Court. Hadn't been tried since 1937. And it was an object of disgrace ever since, but they were proud to try it again. They talked about making states, the Senate look like the House. They wanted, and a lot of them were advocating. It was not fair that one senator in Wyoming, to take one example, is worth 250,000 votes, but a senator in California represented 20 million. They wanted to change the makeup of the Senate. They wanted to get rid of the Senate filibuster. Remember that. They wanted to bring back Neil Confederate nullification. 600 jurisdictions in the manner of South Carolina in 1832 are on the edge of the Civil War in 1860 when Confederate, Neil Confederate, Southern states said the federal government's law does not apply to us. Tariffs, Yankee tariffs, no, no. We were going to override them. Andrew Jackson almost invaded the Carolinas over that, South Carolina. And so these jurisdictions said federal law doesn't apply here, we're exempt. We have our own laws. You cannot, federal immigration law does not apply here. It applies everywhere else to you, you, you, but not to us. So this was a revolutionary movement. Movies were different, sports were different, take a knee. And Donald Trump came in and it was not sufficient to say we're going to stop the madness of $37 billion. We're going to stop the madness of being short 40 or 50,000 military recruits because of this DI coupled with the humiliation and Kabul. We're going to stop the appeasement of China, but that wasn't all. He said, the government is broke. We're going to go through all of these agencies. And finally, for the first time in the history of this country, when somebody says they're going to cut federal spending and drain the swamp or cut the administrative, we're going to do it. And there's going to be no changing names, except to go back to traditional names. And we're not going to topple statues. And if you break the law and you're on campus and you're under student visa, you're going to go back home. So we're in the midst of a counter-revolution. It's not revolutionary. You know what it is? It's a return to normalcy. It's a return to common sense. It only looks revolutionary to revolutionaries. But to the rest of the people, it is a counter-revolution to restore normalcy and bring the country from the far left ranges back home again.

Today we are announcing federal and state charges, all of which were charged or unsealed at some point over the past two weeks, the past 14 days, coordinated nationwide action. Since June 8th, we've charged 455 defendants across 56, like I said a minute ago, US attorney's offices, and 45 US states and territories. As alleged in the various indictments, these individuals participated in healthcare frauds, claims involving over $6.5 billion in false claims submitted to Medicare, Medicaid, and other healthcare programs. The team around me will get into more specifics, but here are a few points that stand out. In one indictment, we're bringing charges against a corporate executive in Arizona in connection to over a $1 billion fraud involving unnecessary wound grass. This alleged scheme costs Medicare over $1 million per patient. In total, our indictment charges 11 defendants for over $2 billion in fraudulent claims in connection to alleged wound care schemes. The indictment also alleges that these individuals then used the taxpayer money to bankroll multimillion dollar homes, luxury vehicles like $135,000 Maserati, jewelry like an $865,000 We're taking back the money, the luxury cars, the jewelry, and these alleged fraudsters will face justice. Coordinated actions of the past two weeks have resulted in over $182 million in cash and other assets seized. Making clear our healthcare fraud enforcement efforts generate a significant return on investment for our taxpayers.

We have just sent a letter to Governor Walz alerting him to something he probably fears and should have taken action in a timely manner to avoid. We are auditing all of the Medicaid bills, in particular for the 14 programs that he and his own administration have admitted were problems, and we're going to claw that money back from the Medicaid monies that they'll be getting. Now, this is a major problem for the state because they've got to own the fact that they have been bilking the federal taxpayer for their sloppy behavior for years. What we have learned so far in Minnesota is just the tip of the iceberg, perhaps the largest Medicaid scam ever taking place throughout the state in many different fashions. But just alone with the things that we're concerned about, we're talking about $500 million or more of money that could be in places that we're not even sure how it was billed, where it went, people having trouble tracking it. We challenged the Walz administration to give us a corrective action plan. By the end of the year, they sent us something after hours on New Year's Eve. It was completely insufficient. This is an appropriate response from the federal government. President Trump is very clear on this. He doesn't want 6 million people or less living in Minnesota to have all the fraud that happened in that state paid for by all the other taxpayers in the country. And for the 6 million people in Minnesota, Governor Walz let you down. His administration, despite all the blustering now, did not do their job. They did not take these very credible allegations over the last several years seriously. Just in the time that I've been an administrator, they've been telling us that they have this handled. They did not. And so the corrective action plans that they have submitted, since they are inadequate, we're going to demand that they fix those problems and we're going to claw back money to protect the federal taxpayers.

The fraud has marked the end of Tim Walts's political career. It should also be the end of Gavin Newsom's because the scale of what has occurred in California is unlike anywhere else. And the governor says, bring it on, well, every time we have had an investigation into fraud in California, the results have been absolutely incredible in terms of both the scale of the fraud and the negligence of Newsom in allowing it. I mentioned the $24 billion in homelessness spending where the auditor found that they lost track of the money and now there have been individuals indicted for committing fraud in connection with those homeless funds, homelessness funds. There was just another audit that came out two weeks ago that found that the number of high risk agencies that have serious risk of waste, fraud, abuse or mismanagement has doubled during Newsom's tenure that we're losing billions still in unemployment fraud and fraud related to SNAP benefits and Medi-Cal determinations and a whole host of other areas. You know, the state auditor found the $32 billion in unemployment fraud back during COVID. So every time this has been looked into, we've just found out the problem is even worse than we thought before. So Newsom better be careful what he wishes for. He certainly has done nothing to control fraud. And everywhere you look here, I think you're going to find things that absolutely shock the conscience. Yeah. And to that point, you're going to need the governor will have to it at some point, whether through him or another official, someone he delegates this to, he's going to have to hand out over potentially hours, recipients names, addresses, social security numbers, dates of births involving subsidized childcare services to prove that there are actually American citizens that are receiving these subsidies. There will have to be some sort of cooperation. How would the governor go about circumventing that? I mean, if you want, if you wanted to not cooperate? Well, I'm sure he'll Stonewall in every way he can, just like he did that with in connection with the investigation into the unemployment fraud that we've already tried to do here. But you know, the reality is that when you look at the mistakes that he's made, not only are these investigations uncovering the scale of the fraud, but just the unbelievable negligence on the part of the Newsom administration. To give you one example, with the unemployment fraud, you had a lot of criminal syndicates, you had state prisoners that were stealing money, and it was no sweat. It was easy for them. The state actually mailed checks to penitentiaries to state prisons, where the fraudsters were easily able to game the system. But the ultimate proof of the fraud we have in California and the scale of it is the fact that Gavin Newsom in the course of five years increased our state budget by $124 billion. That's a 50% increase in five years, and yet everything in California has continued to get worse. We lead the nation in unemployment, in homelessness, in poverty, in illiteracy. The risk goes on, and that's because citizens are simply getting nothing in return for those tax dollars. Don't forget U-Haul use. And U-Haul use, of course. Appreciate that.
