Joining us now with more, Senator Lindsey Graham. Senator, I want to get your reaction not only to the Durham Annex, but also Tulsi's declassification. And as you put it all together, you were the one person, it was you. You got everybody that used that phony Hillary Clinton bought and paid for, Russian disinformation dossier as the basis for not one, but four FISA applications. You got every one of those people, including James Comey, what did he sign? Three of the four? Two of the four? Okay, three of the four. To say, knowing what we know now, we never would have signed it. They knew the information was false, though, way back when. And they used it anyway. Does that mean they lied to a court? Put it all together for us. Well, so number one, the warrant against Carter Page that was sought by the FBI, three of the four applications to the FISA court were signed by Comey. The FBI had information that the Steele dossier was politically motivated. It was the exclusive basis for the warrant against Carter Page. The sub-source, the stanchanko guy, who gave information to Steele, told FBI agents his hearsay, his bar talk was never meant to be used in a legal proceeding. That—in spite of all that, they got warrant after warrant after warrant. So what did Page tell Strzok in August after Crossfire Hurricane opened up on July the 31st? Page, he's never going to become president, right? Strzok, no, no, he won't. We'll stop him. These are the two people leading Crossfire Hurricane. But what's important tonight is that, for the first time we know that in January of 2016, Debbie Wasserman Schultz apparently meets with the Soros Foundation to talk about a plan to distract from the Clinton email scandal. And there's a statement where Obama said, "I'm not going to have my president tarnished by the Clinton email scandal," suggesting to Comey and everybody else, "You need to let this go." And at the same time, we now know from an email that Hillary Clinton, to distract from her own email scandal problems, set up the narrative that became Crossfire Hurricane, blaming Trump of being a Russian agent. And they planned this, coordinating between the campaign and this organization, to create this storyline. That's what's new. I've never heard this before. I did not know that the Russians had hacked into the Soros Foundation, and they had conversations between Democrats and the Soros Group to set up a plot to say that Trump was a Russian agent, and it was known before Crossfire Hurricane the FBI was going to provide oil to it. So this was a conspiracy to blame Trump for being a Russian agent to distract from the Clinton email scandal to affect the outcome of the 2016 election. And then after they lost the election, then the real intelligence that was put together by senior rank and file intel officials, it said there was no Trump-Russia collusion. Didn't happen. And then they decided, I guess, according to Tulsi's release, my understanding is she believes Barack Obama led the way, but using the deep state, meaning Brennan and others, they decided to come up with another intelligence assessment. Now there's a bigger question. There's an investigation into a grand conspiracy by the FBI director, Kash Patel, that this has been a pattern that has played out now for three presidential elections. The second one would be in 2020. And remember, they verified the authenticity of Hunter's laptop in March of 2020. The FBI then was meeting weekly with big tech companies, but they knew Rudy Giuliani's then attorney, Bob Costello, had a copy. They knew it was going to be made public. Lo and behold, October, that laptop storage breaks in the New York Post. And sure enough, 51 former intel officials that knew nothing about that laptop assured the American people that, in fact, it has all the makings and markings of Russian disinformation. And when those big tech companies asked the FBI, who were pre-bunking it all summer long to them, whether it was true or false, they knew it to be true. They wouldn't tell them. And therefore the story got suppressed. Now, is that putting center plaques on the scale of an election? To me, it is. Well, not only in October of 2016, Brennan went to brief Harry Reid about Trump's connection to Russia. And that came out right before the election, but it didn't catch on. After Trump got elected before he took office, they went in overdrive to create this narrative that Trump was colluding with the Russians and that they interfered in the election to help Trump. And he was a Russian agent. And the rest is history. Remember the Mueller investigation and how we lived through all that? But here's what's important about tonight. For the first time ever, foreign intelligence services were talking about the FBI is going to get involved in investigating Trump before the investigation was even started. And the way we found that out is between conversations between Democrats and Soros. So the Russians hacked into this foundation, and they found out the information that they were planning an attack against Trump that was not true to distract from Hillary Clinton's political problems.

I don't know how that makes us stronger and more prosperous as a nation. I don't regret psychosocial support services for the USAID. I raise to the end, Mr. Secretary. Senator, I'd ask you to suspend. You had seven straight minutes. I chose to use my time that way, Mr. Chairman. That's my right to use my time that way. Please suspend. Secretary Rubio. Well, I can go on. I mean, there's other things here. We spent $227,000 for Big Cat's YouTube channel from USAID. We spent $14 million for social cohesion in Mali, whatever the hell that means. So I can go on and on. I got the list here, and there's more that I didn't even bring the whole list. In the case of El Salvador, absolutely, absolutely. We deported gang members, gang members, including the one that you had a margarita with. And that guy is a human trafficker, and that guy is a gangbanger, and the evidence is going to be clear. In the days of time, you're going to see who you went to deliver. Mr. Chairman, please. Mr. Secretary Rubio has the floor. Mr. Chairman, he can't make unsubstantiated comments like that. Secretary Rubio has the floor. You had your time. Secretary Rubio should take that testimony to the federal floor in the United States because he hasn't done it under oath. Here's another point, okay? There is a division in our government between the federal branch and the judicial branch. No judge and the judicial branch cannot tell me or the president how to conduct foreign policy. No judge can tell me how I have to outreach to a foreign partner or what I need to say to them. And if I do reach to that foreign partner and talk to them, I have under no obligation to share that with a judiciary branch. Just like a judge cannot order me to negotiate with a foreign minister of Russia, they cannot order me to negotiate with a foreign minister or the president of El Salvador. And if I did negotiate with them, which we have responded to them, and we've told them we've had communications with the president of El Salvador, I am under no obligation under our division of powers in this country to share with the judicial branch how I conducted diplomacy of the United States. It would actually be counterproductive. If I started sharing with courts or frankly with the media, my conversations with foreign leaders and all of their details, no foreign leader would talk to me again and we would break trust with them. So I have complied with every court order. What I won't comply with is an order to disclose what I'm saying and what we're talking about with a foreign leader because then they won't talk to me. Democracy doesn't work that way. About the student visas, let me say this. I don't deport anybody and I don't snatch anybody. The State Department does not have officers in the street snatching everybody. What I do is revoke visas. And it's very simple. A visa is not a right, it is a privilege. People apply for student visas to come into the United States and study. And if you tell me that you're coming to the United States to lead campus crusades, to take over libraries and burn down, try to burn down buildings and acts of violence, we're not going to give up. We're not going to give you a visa. We're not going to give you a visa. We're not going to give you a visa. We're not going to give you a visa. Come on Mr. Secretary. And every single one of these cases, the factors are different. The bottom line is if you're coming here to stir up trouble on our campuses, we will deny you a visa. And if you have a visa and we find you, we will revoke you and we're going to do more. There are more coming. We're going to continue to revoke the visas of people who are here as guests and are disrupting our higher education facilities. People are paying money. These kids pay money to go to school and they have to walk a bunch of lunatics who are here on the computer. I love the State of Indiana, and have won it, including Primaries, six times, all by MASSIVE Majorities. Importantly, it now has a chance to make a difference in Washington, D.C., in regard to the number of House seats we have that are necessary to hold the Majority against the Radical Left Democrats. Every other State has done Redistricting, willingly, openly, and easily. There was never a question in their mind that contributing to a WIN in the Midterms for the Republicans was a great thing to do for our Party, and for America itself. In all fairness, the Democrats have been doing Redistricting for years, and continue to do so. Unfortunately, Indiana Senate "Leader" Rod Bray enjoys being the only person in the United States of America who is against Republicans picking up extra seats, in Indiana's case, two of them. He is putting every ounce of his limited strength into asking his soon to be very vulnerable friends to vote with him. By doing so, he is putting the Majority in the House of Representatives, Washington, D.C., at risk and, at the same time, putting anybody in Indiana who votes against this Redistricting, likewise, at risk. The people of Indiana don't want the Party of Sleepy Joe Biden, Kamala, Ilhan Omar, or the rest to succeed in Washington. Bray doesn't care. He's either a bad guy, or a very stupid one! In any event, he and a couple of his friends will partner with the Radical Left Democrats. They found some Republican "SUCKERS," and they couldn't be happier that they did! Guys like Failed Senate Candidate Mitch Daniels, who I opposed in his Race against Senator Jim Banks, and Cam Savage, whoever that is, are fighting against the Republican Party, all the way. Bray and his friends are the favorite Republicans of Hakeem Jeffries, Crazy Nancy Pelosi, and Cryin' Chuck Schumer. Anybody that votes against Redistricting, and the SUCCESS of the Republican Party in D.C., will be, I am sure, met with a MAGA Primary in the Spring. If Republicans will not do what is necessary to save our Country, they will eventually lose everything to the Democrats. Rod Bray and his friends won't be in Politics for long, and I will do everything within my power to make sure that they will not hurt the Republican Party, and our Country, again. One of my favorite States, Indiana, will be the only State in the Union to turn the Republican Party down!

Just heard from Great Congressman Andrew Clyde of Georgia that the Amendment to Defund the Prosecution of a Presidential Candidate prior to November’s Election did not pass, 26-25 - It lost by only one vote, because one Republican, Mike Simpson of Idaho, stupidly voted NO, and two “Republicans,” David Valadao of California and Dan Newhouse of Washington, the only two remaining Impeachers in the House of President Donald J. Trump, didn’t show up to vote. They must have had more important things to do. Also, Mike Garcia of California, David Joyce of Ohio, and Juan Ciscomani of Arizona, didn’t show up to vote. The Failing New York Times and its Third Rate Reporters, Lily Kuo and David Pierson, did everything possible to make my very successful meeting with President Xi, of China, look as bad as possible when, in fact, it was a spectacular SUCCESS. The Times totally misrepresented the facts, and didn't cover the end result whereby China, very intelligently, pulled back their Rare Earths threat, bought Billions of Dollars of Soybeans and other Agricultural products, and agreed to pay substantial Tariffs. The recent Decision of the United States Supreme Court concerning TARIFFS could allow for Hundreds of Billions of Dollars to be returned to Countries and Companies that have been "ripping off" the United States of America for many years, and now, according to this Decision, could actually continue to do so, at an even increased level. I am sure that the Supreme Court did not have this in mind!
