After what's been exposed with the daycares in Minnesota, I'm a licensed private investigator in California. I started looking into state records and I found ghost daycares. These are places where the state inspectors showed up. There would be 28 kids enrolled and there were no kids there in the middle of the day and in the middle of the week. All right. So a ghost daycare, is that something Gavin Newsom could say, all right, you know, we'll try to shut that down. Does he cooperate when you start raising this? No, in fact, today it got word from the governor's office. There's been a directive to actually shut down public access. So right now you can't even search the own state website to look into these ghost daycares. But I have found a workaround. Okay. Well, we don't want to tell the governor that you found a workaround. So, but it does sound like he's trying to cover his tracks. Like this is a cover up. We're talking about billions of dollars in California. Today in New York, Kathy Hochul, she said she wants to increase childcare subsidies to 4.5 billion. We're talking about the same amount in California, if not even more.

This is a moment the news movement filmed on January 13th in Minneapolis, showing a man who appears to be Alex Preti interacting with federal immigration agents 11 days before Border Patrol shot and killed him. Our footage was analyzed by the BBC, whose facial recognition technology confirmed his identity to a 97% degree of accuracy. On the morning of January 13th, our team received a tip that federal agents were blocking a street at the corner of East 36 and Park Avenue in Minneapolis. We arrived around 10.15 a.m. We saw observers shouting at the agents as they walked back to their vehicles. When they started driving away, the man kicked their tail light. An agent then got out of the vehicle, grabbed him, and pushed him to the ground. During the altercation, agents fired tear gas and pepper balls into the crowd. They continued to hold the man down before they retreat, and he walks away. The man in our footage is wearing a similar outfit to what Preti was wearing on the day he was killed. What appears to be a gun is also visible above his waistband. Here, he continues to stand at the scene. On the day he was killed, the Department of Homeland Security claims Preti, a 37-year-old ICU nurse, approached officers holding a handgun. That claim has been contradicted by analysis of bystander videos from multiple news investigations, which concluded that Preti was holding a phone, not a gun, when he was pinned to the street. [ Shortly after the altercation we filmed here on January 13th, federal agents drove away. Soon after that, we left the scene.

And here's my question to the audience. I mean, many of you, I know, criticized Donald Trump. But do you really think that without Donald Trump, eight big economies in Europe, including Spain and Italy and Belgium, Canada, by the way, also outside Europe, would have come to 2% in 2025 when they were only on 1.5% at the beginning of the year? No way without Donald Trump, this would never have happened. They're all on 2% now. Do you really think that in the summit in the Hague, as already Alex was saying, sorry, the President of Finland was saying, that we would come to an overall defense spending of 5%, including 3.5% in core defense. If President Trump would not have been reelected as President of the United States, no way it would never have happened. So again, I'm not popular with you now because I'm defending Donald Trump. But I really believe we can be happy that he is there because he has forced us in Europe to step up to face the consequences that we have to take care more of our own defense.

Tonight about what the Obama Justice Department ordered federal lawyers to do and not to do concerning the Hillary Clinton email investigation. Chief intelligence correspondent Katherine Herridge tells us in sworn testimony on Capitol Hill, one of the insiders told lawmakers what she was told. During closed door testimony last summer, former FBI lawyer Lisa Page said the Obama administration's Justice Department advised the FBI not to pursue the gross negligence statute for Hillary Clinton in the mishandling of classified information. Former U.S. Attorney and House Republican John Radcliffe led the line of questioning about the statute, known as 18 U.S.C. 793. Radcliffe, you're making it sound like it was the department that told you you're not going to charge gross negligence because we're the prosecutors. Page interrupted. That is correct. Page's testimony appears to conflict with then FBI Director James Comey's recommendation in July 2016 against criminal charges for Clinton. What I can assure the American people is that this investigation was done honestly, competently and independently. No outside influence of any kind was brought to bear. The Republican-led House oversight and Judiciary Committee investigation ended in January. With Democrats now in control, the committee's new ranking Republican made the Page transcript public. The transcript releases show an inherent two-tier system, one in which Hillary Clinton gets the treatment that she got where they were actually at first concerned that they were going to charge her and then with Loretta Lynch in charge before she recused herself, made it very clear that that was not going to happen. The tip-off came from a chart drawn up by federal investigators assigned to the Clinton case known as Mid-Year Exam. Fox News has confirmed that the chart listed possible federal statutes for prosecution. Most to gross negligence was a notation, quote, DOJ not willing to charge this. Only known cases are military, cases when accused lost the information. In response to the Page revelations, the president tweeted the transcripts, quote, make the Obama Justice Department look exactly like it was, a broken and corrupt machine. The Page transcript also confirms Fox's earlier reporting. The Page testified Russia collusion was still unproven when Special Counsel Robert Mueller was appointed. Brett?
