We just concluded a very successful NATO summit here in Turkey, and I want to thank President Erdogan, who's really a great man, he's a great leader. And I also want to thank NATO Secretary General Mark Wuta. Mark is an extraordinary person, smart, great leader, it's not easy leading so many leaders like that. Over the course of the past two days, I had a number of excellent discussions with other the leaders of the summit and held productive bilateral meetings with President Erdogan of Turkey, as well as President Zelensky and President al-Sharab, Syria, who's doing an unbelievable job in unifying Syria, what a job he's doing. In every conversation, it was clear that America is back and we're stronger, bigger, and better than ever before. This was a tremendously successful summit. Do you know who Cleta Mitchell is? - Yes, I do. - She's an election lawyer that was involved in filing an election contest on behalf of President Trump in Georgia in December of 2020. A 64-page complaint with over 1100 pages of exhibits, witness affidavits and expert witness reports, documenting thousands of votes cast in violation of Georgia law, but which were nevertheless included in the vote totals. Now, notwithstanding the disposition of the cases that was filed, is that a criminal act? Filing an election contest on behalf of a candidate for office, a client? Is that a criminal act, yes or no? - No, in fact, we-- - So why did you deem it appropriate to monitor Cleta Mitchell's long distance phone records in 2023, two and a half years after the election context was filed and after the presidential electors were certified? What about Jen Ellis? What about Sidney Powell? What about Bill Sepien? What crime did you suspect had been committed by them that would warrant monitoring their phone records two and a half years after the 2020 election was certified? - With respect to Sidney Powell, she is one of the co-conspirators alleged in the indictment. I don't know what you mean by monitoring, sir, if you're talking about-- - Well, there were some 400-plus Republican conservative groups and leaders who were targeted by your investigation. Their financial records were obtained, records of the RNC, the Trump campaign, Cleta Mitchell, the Conservative Partnership Institute, the American First League Policy Institute, NRCC, NRSC, PACs, conservative groups, people all across the country, citizens, 'cause we hear a lot about members of Congress. And we should because of separation of powers and the egregious abuse of power. But what we're not talking about enough, in my opinion, are the American citizens that have been targeted. 'Cause frankly, are there any limits to the power of a special prosecutor or special counsel? So much so in your abuse of power that in the summer of 2024, the indictment involving classified documents was dismissed after determining your appointment violated the Appointments Clause of the Constitution, but you continue to sign your name on court filings until the time you resigned from office in January of 2025. A federal judge has recently stated a prosecutor who continues to sign his name in court filings after a disqualification order should face disciplinary action or disbarment. I yield back.

He said, "It is the moral obligation of government "to take care of those at the dawn of their life, "which are our children. "We cover 53% of kids in America. "Most children are covered by Medicaid, "by our insurance or CHIP. "To take care of those at the twilight of life, "those are our seniors. "Every great society takes care of its seniors. "We're great people, we're gonna do that. "You've worked your whole life, you've contributed. "We respect you for that, we would help you." So those are the dawn of life, those are the twilight of life, and those living in the shadows, the kids and the adults and also people in the shadows. We've gotta take care of these people. Our fellow man needs our help, cowardly acts running from the challenges of dealing with corruption, of powerful forces who can influence what's going on in your life, who are uncomfortable to fight against. You can't just let this amount of money get out of your administration over a period of seven years without knowing. There was a hearing in the state regarding the Fraudulent Housing Stabilization Program, but before that hearing, Governor Walls fired the official who was slated to testify so that they could not testify and expose what was happening under Governor Walls' watch. Has Governor Walls or Attorney General Ellison fired anyone else to your knowledge, Representative? - Not to my knowledge, and that was Eric Rumdahl, and his administration believes that he was not fired, but I say he was fired because it was too convenient. - Right, Representative Hudson, is it true that 90% of the individuals charged, regardless of what your colleague on the panel just said with his facts and figures, 90% of the individuals charged or indicted with the $250 million feeding our future COVID fraud are of Somali descent? - I believe that to be correct. - Are you aware that in a 2021 video, Mr. Ellison promised that he would obstruct his own agencies in their investigation of Somali fraud? - I am very much aware of that. - It's no wonder the criminals in the Somali community felt they were free to steal taxpayer dollars. I'm gonna ask you the same question I asked Marion. Do you have any doubt that Tim Walls knew about this fraud as it was occurring? - None whatsoever. - Walls and Ellison were protecting fraudsters instead of investigating them, and it was purposeful, and it's no coincidence that this is occurring largely in the Somali community. Walls made a sanctuary state, Minnesota's sanctuary state. He gave free healthcare, free college, and free licenses to illegals, and Walls looked the other way when Somali immigrants were stealing. Multiple Minnesota judges are under fire for dismissing several recent Somali fraud cases. They are Judge Sarah West, Judge Amber Brennan, and Judge Hilary Kalagiri. The Hennepin County judges, because of their decisions, have allowed millions in alleged Medicaid theft to go unpunished. For example, the Hennepin County jury unanimously convicted Somali migrant Abdufata Yousaf on six counts of aiding theft by Swindle in August after deliberating for just four hours. He stole $7.2 million from Medicaid. Jurors described the evidence as overwhelming, with the foreperson saying it was beyond a reasonable doubt based on financial records, witness testimony, and patterns of fraud diversion. However, in a reversal, Judge Sarah West arbitrarily set aside the jury's verdict and entered a judgment of acquittal on all counts. West ruled that the prosecution's evidence was circumstantial, even though they proved that Yousaf had control over the company and directly received over $1.1 million in transfers. She ruled that they failed to exclude every possible hypothesis of innocence. Judge Brennan dismissed all charges against Gul Ammar, Yousaf's wife and alleged co-conspirators, saying there was insufficient evidence before trial. This kept any evidence of documents showing her involvement in check cashing and fund transfers tied to the scheme from going public. Judge Kalaguri threw out the case against co-defendant Mohamud, who faced racketeering and theft charges for his role in a connected home healthcare operation that allegedly stole over $1.8 million in ineligible Medicaid reimbursement.

President has full legal authority to do this. First of all, he designated them foreign terrorist organizations. Then he notified Congress that we were in an armed conflict with those terrorist organizations. Then he had the Office of Legal Counsel prepare a memo setting the parameters for what was legal and what was within the laws of war for carrying out these strikes. And they've been following that. Not a single lawyer has objected.
