Nobody knows Henry Cuellar better than Donald J. Trump. I studied his records, learned about his financing, and listened to his two wonderful daughters beg me to help the mother and father that they love. Their letters were heart wrenching and beautiful, but their father had problems that nobody could solve but me, and the daughters very correctly and respectfully knew that. He and his wife were headed to jail for up to 20 years because he was “stupid” in what he did but, above all, because the Biden Administration practiced Political Weaponization on Cuellar and his wife because they didn’t agree with his policies on the Southern Border. He was a weak and incompetent version of me, who wanted the Border closed to criminals, drug dealers, people from mental institutions and, above all, murderers and heavy handed criminals that were sitting in jails and mental institutions, and should never have been given the right to be released into our Country. Henry’s views on these subjects were not strong, but they were better than other Democrats. Biden and his crew of Radical Left Thugs did not like those things about Cuellar, and they worked hard, and expected to put him in jail for the rest of his life. Being an expert on Political Weaponization, based on what the Biden Losers had done to me, and without having ever met Henry Cuellar, and in particular because of the magnificence of the letter drawn by his daughters asking me to help “Mom and Dad,” I gave him and Mrs. Cuellar a full and unconditional Pardon. In doing so, I never assumed he would be running for Office again, and certainly not as a Democrat, who essentially destroyed his life even with the Pardon given, but he did, and now, despite doing him by far the greatest favor of his life, 20 years of FREEDOM, I am fighting him for his seat in Congress because his views are not nearly as good or strong as Judge Tano Tijerina, who is much more powerful on the Border issue, cutting Taxes, our Military, and just about everything else than is Henry Cuellar.

New reporting reveals the DOJ is expanding its investigation into the Russia hoax and one former Obama official at the centre of the scandal is speaking out. According to multiple reports the DOJ is investigating senior FBI officials who may have covered up wrongdoing by the two former Obama officials. Prosecutors are reportedly determining whether documents from Brennan and Comey were secretly hidden or destroyed that would have undermined their narrative on Trump and Russia. Brennan blasted the investigation earlier today. That seems to be the intention which is to damage individuals. You can damage them reputationally, you can damage them financially, professionally and so on and so by putting out these investigations who are making these referrals or whatever it does a lot of damage already even if it then never goes to trial or it doesn't go to a conviction or whatever and that's the intent and unfortunately Donald Trump who you know president United States has tremendous authority and and ability to use the instruments of government. This week I spoke with Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Graslie on Podforce One and he revealed a shocking conversation that he had in 2017. I remember a conversation I had with a friend of mine who had talked to a Democratic senator. He said that Trump will not be around past September of 2017. Do you think there will be accountability in the end? Do you think that anyone will go to jail? John Brennan and Jim Comey? Too early to tell but I'll tell you what they did to keep Trump from being getting elected president and then particularly after he was elected they accomplished that through that Russia, Russia, Russia stuff. Congressman Crawford you were on the House Intel Committee when lawmakers just compiled a report on that Russian hoax that DNI Gabbard has since declassified. I want to ask you the same question that I just asked Senator Graslie and that is do you think there will be accountability for people like John Brennan and James Comey? Well we're certainly hoping for that I mean that was the reason why we actually released the report and DNI Gabbard declassified it so everybody could get a look at just exactly what happened what what under President Obama's direction and and with you know a complicit director Comey and CIA director Brennan and others what they were able to do I mean they they hobbled President Trump in his first term and went on and really impaired his ability to secure a second term in 2020 and it's it's really high time that someone was held to account. Congressman if I could just add it's Raymond Arroyo as you look at this anew my question is what's changed since John Durham did an investigation and prosecuted this case. Durham looked at this extensively he was the special prosecutor they named he explored it there were two prosecutions I believe both ended in acquittals what's different now what do you know now that Durham didn't know? I think it's classified annex is the difference maker and the fact that it has been reviewed and declassified so that now we get a look at it these are things that we knew on the Intel Committee but really couldn't talk about obviously because it was classified and so anyway can you know in our world we can our job is to oversee the intelligence community and we can do investigations but we can't prosecute we can make criminal referrals where it's necessary but you recall the Durham investigation took a long long time but it was limited to you know just the unclassified stuff so when the classified annex was declassified using the appropriate procedure to do so. Tell people what that is Congressman. They don't know the viewers of information. The viewers don't know what a classified annex is tell them what that that secure room was and how it was discovered. Sure so the so the classified annex basically had all that information that he couldn't go public with that was you know classified so it was prepared in an annex to the report that is the you know appended to the report that essentially it was never released to the public so most everybody didn't realize the extent of that investigation so if all you did was look at the unclassified material what they deemed was appropriate to share you would probably come to the same conclusion but when you look at the classified material that was since been released you have a completely different picture a more fulsome picture exactly what happened.

I mean, there's other things here. We spent $227,000 for Big Cat's YouTube channel from USAID. We spent $14 million for social cohesion in Mali, whatever the hell that means. So I can go on and on. I got the list here, and there's more that I didn't even bring the whole list. In the case of El Salvador, absolutely, absolutely. We deported gang members, gang members, including the one you had a margarita with. And that guy is a human trafficker, and that guy is a gang banger. And the evidence is going to be clear in the days of time you're going to see who you want to defend. Look, I'm sorry, Mr. Chairman. Secretary Rubio has the floor. Mr. Chairman, he can't make unsubstantiated comments like that. Secretary Rubio has the floor. You had your time. Secretary Rubio should take that testimony to the federal court of the United States because he hasn't done it under oath. Here's another point, okay? There is a division in our government between the federal branch and the judicial branch. No judge and the judicial branch cannot tell me or the president how to conduct foreign policy. No judge can tell me how I have to outreach to a foreign partner or what I need to say to them. And if I do reach to that foreign partner and talk to them, I have under no obligation to share that with a judiciary branch. Just like a judge cannot order me to negotiate with a foreign minister of Russia, they cannot order me to negotiate with a foreign minister or the president of El Salvador. And if I did negotiate with them, which we have responded to them, and we've told them we've had communications with the president of El Salvador. I am under no obligation, under our division of powers in this country, to share with a judicial branch how I conducted diplomacy of the United States. It would actually be counterproductive. If I started sharing with courts, or frankly, with the media, my conversations with foreign leaders and all of their details, no foreign leader would talk to me again, and we would break trust with them. So I have complied with every court order. What I won't comply with is in order to disclose what I'm saying and what we're talking about with a foreign leader, because then they won't talk to me. Diplomacy doesn't work that way. About the student visas, let me say this. I don't deport anybody, and I don't snatch anybody. The State Department does not have officers in the street snatching everybody. What I do is revoke visas, and it's very simple. A visa is not a right, it is a privilege. People apply for student visas to come into the United States and study, and if you tell me that you're coming to the United States to lead campus crusades, to take over libraries, and burn down, try to burn down buildings and acts of violence, we're not going to give you a visa. Is that what Ms. Osler did? We're not going to give you a visa. Is that what she did? Come on, Mr. Secretary. And every single one of these cases, the factors are different. You're just blowing smoke here now, Senator. The bottom line is if you're coming here to stir up trouble on our campuses, we will deny you a visa. And if you have a visa and we fight you, we will revoke you, and we're going to do more. There are more coming. We're going to continue to revoke the visas of people who are here as guests and are disrupting our higher education facilities. People are paying money. Students pay money to go to school, and they have to walk to a bunch of lunatics who are here on student visas disrupting the foreign policy of the United States. I want to do more. I hope we can buy more of these people. That's pathetic, Mr. Secretary. In fact, the other day, the other day, some guy's led a riot. I forgot what university it was, and I asked, please, can you find the arrest records of all the people that were arrested at that riot at that campus, because if any of them have a visa, we're going to revoke it.
