On August 8, 2022, armed FBI agents arrived at the home of Donald and Melania Trump. Mar-a-Lago. It was a raid. They were looking for classified documents from Trump's first term. It was deliberate humiliation. For the first time ever, the home of a former president was searched by law enforcement looking for evidence of criminal activity. Turns out, the FBI did not want to do it. Newly released emails show they knew they didn't have probable cause for a search warrant, but the word came down from the Justice Department, right from the top, do the raid. The Biden team insisted. They wanted a prosecution. They wanted to humiliate. The FBI searched the former First Lady's underwear drawer. This reveals the depth of the hatred and contempt that Joe Biden felt for Donald Trump. You have to ask, just who is undermining democracy? The Russia hoax, the impeachment drive, the deliberate misuse of the law. He had to sit in court silent while the corrupt New York judiciary called him a lowlife crook. None of it worked, and Trump staged an extraordinary political comeback. But it leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Biden brought toxic politics into our lives. There were times when he couldn't hold back his contempt. It showed. That Mar-a-Lago raid set off a wave of prosecutions that failed, endless investigations, big legal fees and a tainted Justice Department. What a waste. What a dive to the bottom from a failed presidency. Second our advantage is getting started. Miranda Devine joins us now. Miranda has been all over this story for a long time. Miranda, I can understand President Trump wanting some revenge. I understand him. Oh, absolutely. But I mean, it's not just revenge. It's accountability for the country so that this kind of targeted use of the Department of Justice and the FBI for political purposes never happens again. And we saw, you know, my colleague, actually, Josh Christensen has an update to that story, which is outrageous enough. But he says that there are emails that Senator Chuck Grassley will be unveiling at some point which show that there was coordination between the Biden White House, the Merritt Garland Department of Justice and the National Archives and Records Administration, which was leading the push on trying to get these documents back. And we know that the FBI field office, Washington, D.C. field office head was a guy by the name of Stephen D'Antuano. And he's not by no means a Trump lover. He led the January six investigations, but he pushed back very hard on the Department of Justice, on the prosecutors, particularly Jay Bratt, who is the prosecutor who was just going hell for leather, wanting to just create this circus, this affront to President Trump to humiliate him, to make him look like he was a criminal. And Stephen D'Antuano from the FBI said, no, we don't need to do that. President Trump's lawyers, attorneys are talking with us, are cooperating. So there's no need to make this fuss. And Jay Bratt went over his head to Christopher Wray and Christopher Wray's deputy of the FBI, Paula Bate, and they overruled the head of the Washington field office. So the FBI was very reluctant in having to join in this raid. It was pushed by the Department of Justice and the Biden White House. And interestingly, at the end of this email conversation between them that went on for several months or several weeks, the White House says, oh, let's take this conversation offline because they were aware of how incriminating it looked. We have a very strong PEACE in the Middle East, and I believe it has a good chance of being EVERLASTING. Hamas is going to have to start returning the bodies of the deceased hostages, including two Americans, quickly, or the other Countries involved in this GREAT PEACE will take action. Some of the bodies are hard to reach, but others they can return now and, for some reason, they are not. Perhaps it has to do with their disarming, but when I said, "Both sides would be treated fairly," that only applies if they comply with their obligations. In economic news, the September jobs report showed the American economy remains strong, with 119,000 new jobs added, more than double expectations. These gains came after the summer passage of President Trump's historic tax cuts and multiple big trade deals with countries around the world. In particular, construction jobs surged by 19,000 in September, the largest monthly gain in a year. Nearly all of this solid monthly job growth came from the private sector and went to Americans rather than foreign-born workers, the opposite of what we saw under the previous administration. Inflation also remains under control and wages are up by 3.8% over the year for American workers because of President Trump's pro-growth policies. In fact, real wages are on pace to increase roughly $1,200 for the average worker this year under President Trump. This is a complete reversal of the failed Biden era, when we saw inflation skyrocket to 9%, causing private sector workers to see their wages decline by approximately $3,000. The Cattle Ranchers, who I love, don't understand that the only reason they are doing so well, for the first time in decades, is because I put Tariffs on cattle coming into the United States, including a 50% Tariff on Brazil. If it weren't for me, they would be doing just as they've done for the past 20 years — Terrible! There is a massive Ecological Disaster unfolding in the Potomac River as a result of the Gross Mismanagement of Local Democrat Leaders, particularly, Governor Wes Moore, of Maryland. “The National Trust for Historic Preservation” is a beautiful name, but even their name is fake because when they add the words “in the United States” to the National Trust for Historic Preservation, it makes it sound like a Governmental Agency, which it is not. In fact, the United States refused to continue funding it in 2005 because they strongly disagreed with their mission and objectives. They are very bad for our Country. They stop many projects that are worthy, and hurt many others. In this case, they are trying to stop one that is vital to our National Security, and the Safety of all Presidents of the United States, both current and future, their families, staff, and Cabinet members. They were asked by the United States Military not to bring this suit because of the Top Secret nature of the important facility being built. They were shown detailed plans and specifications of this knitted, unified, and cohesive structure by Top Officers and Leaders in both the Military and Secret Service. But this did not deter them because they suffer from Trump Derangement Syndrome, commonly referred to as TDS, as noted by Democrat Senator John Fetterman, of Pennsylvania. The lower section does not work without the upper section and, likewise, the upper section does not work without the lower. It is all one highly integrated unit.
The then President of the National Trust, who brought the case, Carol Quillen, had no background in Historic Preservation, and has been replaced, unanimously, effective immediately. This is similar to her departure from Davidson College, where she was, likewise, dismissed, but the people of our Country are forced to live on with her bad decision, especially that of revealing to everyone, including our enemies throughout the World, the Top Secret Military features of the Building that are already built, and/or under construction, such as the DronePort, which occupies the entire roof.
There is absolutely no argument that a woman walking her dog in the vicinity of the White House has STANDING to stop such a desperately needed National Security structure for the people of the United States of America, as it will provide Presidents, current and future, a secure space to do their jobs, especially when she never saw the Building, because it had not risen, and she had no rendering, or pictures of the Building because they, also, were in the formative stages of production. This woman is not a “walker,” she is an activist, or serial plaintiff, who is involved in much other frivolous litigation throughout the City. In fact, whenever the National Trust files a lawsuit, she seems to be involved. So, she walked at the site of the White House, where there was no Building, and it bothered her, but she also walks in front of all of those other places, where she must also be bothered, and hence, additional court cases? She has no Clearances, or expertise whatsoever, in National Security, Defense, or required protections for the President. She has absolutely no standing to be involved in this case and, in fact, her name is not even mentioned as a plaintiff in the case! It is this kind of gross and flagrant abuse of our Courts that is exactly why Americans are losing faith in our System of Justice. It is so bad for our Country! President DONALD J. TRUMP
