- Good evening, welcome back to Finnerty. I'm Rob Finnerty, and according to Keith Olbermann, a guy who no longer works in cable news because nobody likes him, the US men's Olympic hockey team made a mistake by going to the State of the Union last night. Here's the tweet, it is official. The US women's Olympic hockey team declined an invitation to be political props for Donald Trump at the State of the Union, but the men are still too stupid, too self-absorbed, and too misogynistic to realize that this will stick to them permanently, and Keith Olbermann is absolutely right. This will stick to them permanently. These guys will never have to buy a drink at a bar again. Just ask Michael Ruzione, 1980 team, never again. And I think that most of us only dream that something like this would stick to us permanently. Here with us tonight is a group of winners who just made the entire nation proud. The men's gold medal Olympic hockey team, come on in. (crowd cheering) They beat a fantastic Canadian team in overtime, as everybody saw, as did the American women who will soon be coming to the White House. Yes, the women will be going to the White House after all, as well, so there's that, by the way, and that's an important detail. But the left now apparently think it's a good idea to criticize US Olympians for loving their country and for accepting the invitation from the president to go to the White House and go to the State of the Union. Think about that and ask yourself, how did we ever get to this point where a group of people hate this country that much? Congressman Al Green, another nobody, was kicked out again for a second straight year, this year at the three minute mark of the speech and Republicans applauded. And as you know, I was watching this entire thing play out last night in real time, like you were. And I was looking at the House floor where Democrats were forced to fill seats because 74 Democrats decided not to show up. And I realized how small Donald Trump has made all of these people look and how insignificant. 74 Democrats no showed the State of the Union, which has never happened before in American history, because Donald Trump has broken these people. He's broken them completely. Hillary Clinton tweeting mid speech that you didn't have to listen to Donald Trump's rambling speech to know that Republicans are trying to make it harder for millions of Americans to vote, especially married women, out of the blue, out of nowhere. And you read that, and you can't help but ask yourself, what the hell is that woman talking about? Over 80% of Americans want voter ID. That's not controversial. It's a fact, Hillary. And then CNN this morning came out with their fact check of the president's speech with what we call fake facts, like this one. Donald Trump, quote, falsely claimed gas prices are now below $2.30 a gallon in most states and in some places are $1.99 a gallon. But what CNN failed to mention is that the national average for a gallon of gas, according to AAA today, is $2.97 a gallon. And that's the lowest it's been in six years. Or that under Joe Biden, his predecessor, gas averaged over $5 a gallon nationally for the first time in American history. But that's CNN. Facts without any context, meaning they are fake facts. Because Donald Trump has broken these people completely. They couldn't even stand for this. If you agree with this statement, then stand up and show your support. The first duty of the American government is to protect American citizens, not illegal aliens. [CHEERING AND APPLAUSE] You should be ashamed of yourself, not standing up. You should be ashamed of yourself. Good for the president for pointing that out. Not a single Democrat stood for that, meaning there is not a single elected Democrat in America who thinks that their first priority as elected officials in America should be you. American citizens, American citizens, American citizens, Americans, American citizens, American citizens, American citizens, American taxpayers, American children, over people who have absolutely no moral right, or more importantly, no legal right to be in this country. And I don't say that to be mean. I say it to point out how lost we've become. And I've said this before, but imagine you're on vacation and you're in another country, anywhere, pick a country. Now imagine trying to vote in an election in that country while you're there. It's crazy to even think about, right? Well, welcome to America, where illegal aliens now vote in every single election. And yet in November, millions of Americans all across this country will go and vote for Democrats and send them back to Congress. People like this, people who did not attend last night's State of the Union address, because they thought this was more important. I'm a mother. I am a physician, and I have a flag. And I am the proud representative for Oregon's Third Congressional District. Yes, thank you. Thank you. And tonight, I defy Trump and his authoritarian project by standing in joyful, radical, peaceful resistance with the Portland Frog Brigade. I hope you're laughing at home. I hope you're laughing, you might be laughing, hopefully you are. But just remember that thousands of people voted for that woman right there. And at another Donald Trump counter-rally last night, another woman who used to have her own cable news show even sang a really catchy song for everyone. I said learn as a told us. No wedding in cars said learn as a told us. No wedding in cars said learn as a told us. Woo. OK. I think I did OK. You did amazing. Yes, you get an A. The toga, woo, really good stuff. We're not at the speech, because we're here for this. It's like a kiss concert. Put your love on the toga. After that, Democrats invited this thing on stage. And before you see this, I'm totally serious that this happened at another Democrat counter-rally last night. Singing songs like, hey, Mr. Tangerine, man. Get rid of brown people for me. I'm Aryan White. There ain't no place I'm going to. And then all of a sudden, he's not ready for prime time player ice agents with two weeks of training come after me. I got arrested in Portland. I got arrested in Minneapolis in the last three weeks twice. But they can't erase a movement, all right? I mean, honestly, this looks like a Jeffrey Epstein rally. If he were still alive, that's what I envisioned happening on the Lolita Express on its way to the US Virgin Islands. That right there, is that a giraffe? Or is it a leopard, or a cheetah, or a panther? No, they're one color. If that's a giraffe, that's a bad costume, because you can't do the neck. So I don't know. Maybe it was a giraffe. I don't know. I hope there are Democrats watching tonight. And if there are two things, first, welcome. Welcome to infinity. The second is that, are you really on that side? Are you on that side right there? Because Democrats want the public to think that Donald Trump is not normal, and they've wanted this for more than a decade. They want you to think that Republicans are not normal, that patriotism is not normal or cool, which by implication can only mean that they want a return to normal. And that return to normal would be Joe Biden. He's the last, most recent Democrat president, because life was so normal for all of us when Joe Biden was president. People have asked whether or not I'm going to attend the State of the Union address. I'd rather stick needles in my eyeballs. This man is a pathological liar. And I'm not going to dignify this speech by sitting there after he tells one lie after another. These are not normal times. This is not business as usual. But I will be there to call it his bullsh-- on social media, so stay tuned. Oh, yeah, these are not normal times, according to one elected Democrat. How I long for the days when we were led by a man with dementia and he opened up the southern border and the Afghanistan withdrawal and inflation over 9%, mortgage rates almost at 8%, gas prices over $5 a gallon, and transgender men showing off their breasts on the South Lawn. Men don't have breasts. That was surgically done right there at the White House because that was all so darn normal, wasn't it? Think about that. Now tell me what you think is normal. Everything we just went through or something like this. Donald Trump last night honoring the parents of Irina Zorutska, the innocent woman who was murdered on a Charlotte subway by a career criminal for absolutely no reason. Mrs. Zorutska, tonight I promise you we will ensure justice for your magnificent daughter, Irina. [APPLAUSE] How do you not stand? How do you not stand? I totally agree. Why would someone not stand for something like that at a State of the Union address? I just don't understand it. But over 70 Democrats didn't show up for the State of the Union last night, which again has never happened before, not even during the Civil War, when we were at war with each other. And Democrats did this because they want you to think that Donald Trump is an aberration that was elected two times, some say three. That Donald Trump doesn't belong in the White House, that he is not normal, that Donald Trump and everyone associated with Donald Trump are in anomaly. But then I watched last night and I realized once again that the opposite is, in fact, true, that Democrats are the aberration, that the people who didn't show up for the State of the Union are the aberration, that the legacy media are the aberration, and the people in the media who were offended by cash patells celebrating, when Barack Obama did the exact same thing during the Olympics, they are the aberration. The people like Jake Tapper, who covered up Joe Biden's health for four years, then wrote a book about the health cover-up that he took part in. That is an aberration. He is an aberration. The Americans who are offended by the American flag are the aberration. This headline, "Yesterday morning, if waving the American flag or chanting USA turns you off, you're not alone." Guess what, none of that is normal. But I think this is and I think you'll agree. Moving forward, factories, jobs, investment, and trillions and trillions of dollars will continue pouring into the United States of America because we finally have a president who puts America first, who put America first. I love America. (audience applauds) (audience applauds) To put America first, I love America. We have a copy of the speech. That was an ad lib, the president ad lib that part because I love America. To me, that is the normal that I want and that right there is genuine. That's not political theater. It's common sense and it's a reality that I hope half the country can return to.

want to mention this because former FBI director Jim Comey will be arraigned in a Virginia federal court this upcoming Thursday. This is our story. Our audience knows exactly what went on with its Russia collusion lie. He, of course, was arrested and charged with one count of lying to Congress and another count of obstruction of a congressional proceeding stemming from the testimony he gave in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee on September 30, 2020. Jim Comey says he is innocent of the charges. I spoke with the chairman of the President's Intelligence Advisory Committee and now currently Trump Media CEO Devin Nunes yesterday. And, of course, he blew open this lie seven years ago. He gave me more details on potential conspiracy against the president and potential new charges to come against Comey. Watch. It was all designed to target and take down one of your political enemies, so much so that they actually raided his home, a private home of a former president at that time. If you have intelligence agencies that are effectively working with the fake news, working with nonprofits, all to benefit one political party. And that's what you've had. So it was a conspiracy. It is a conspiracy. And so whether or not you can make those charges, I'm not a lawyer, never been a prosecutor, but I've done a lot of these investigations. And to me, really what matters is the court of public opinion. What matters are the statutes and law. And I would, from my vantage point, it's pretty clear that there was conspiracy on a number of fronts. Most importantly, I think lying and misleading, I think that's a key word, misleading Congress and other investigations. One was in August of 2016 in the Obama White House with Biden and a bunch of other cast of characters there, including Comey, including Brennan, where they are told by Brennan that, hey, there's a hoax going on. That's my word. They knew that in August of 16. Now, how is it possible that all of these cast of characters that were interviewed by multiple, not only the House Intelligence Committee, but also in the Senate and Horowitz and all the way to Durham, they just had amnesia, just forgot about this. All those years went by and they don't remember that this was a cover up for the Hillary Clinton email campaign. Nonsense. Yeah, it's really important to remember that the whole Russia collusion story came on the heels of Hillary trying to distract from her deleting all those emails, Kenny. Yes. And I agree. And I think that this whole thing is going to be very interesting to see how it plays out with Comey when it starts on Thursday, what really comes out, how he defends himself or not, because we all know that the whole thing was a conspiracy and somebody, in my opinion, needs to be held responsible. Well, if there's an actual conspiracy, Liz, then, you know, the statute of limitations does not apply. That's different. It certainly feels like a conspiracy, but that means more charges are coming, Liz. Yeah, I hope so, Maria, because as Kenny said, exactly right, people need to be held accountable. Yes, time has passed. But Maria, honestly, I give you enormous credit for keeping this story alive because I think a lot of Americans are like, well, it happened several years ago. It is still the case that these people have a public platform. They still have a public forum. They're still railing against Donald Trump in every way possible. Shame on these people, shame on Hillary Clinton and all the rest of these people who basically undermined a duly elected president for four years. It's unconscionable. I undermine them, spied on him. And remember how, you know, the mainstream media went nuts when President Trump said they spied on me. No, they actually did spy on him. They did. They did spy on him. The whole thing was a lie. And so somebody, somebody needs to be held responsible. Absolutely.
