How dare we lie and cover up what we all knew? The Biden administration may go down in history as the most brazen constitutional fraud in American history, a Potemkin presidency fronted by a failing puppet with staffers behind the scenes pulling the strings. This is not political hyperbole. The American people saw it with their own eyes during the June 2024 debate. Various times Biden stood frozen behind the podium, mouth agape, eyes frozen and unblinking. When he did speak, his words were confused and disjointed. I said that night this is the most consequential presidential debate in history because it will result in one of the two candidates being removed from the ballot. That was exactly right. And following that debate, the Democrats recognized the collapse. They pulled out their knives and took out President Biden like Caesar on the Ides of March. For all of their strutting about, protesting that they support democracy. Not a one of them gave a damn about democracy when they pulled Biden off the ballot and dropped Kamala Harris in without a single Democrat primary voter voting for him. And you know what? Not a single Democrat is here today because not a single one of them gives a damn about the fact that they lied to the American people for four years. They knew. Every one of them knew that Joe Biden was mentally not competent to do the job. The White House press secretary, she knew when she stood in front of the American people and lied over and over and over again. And they're not here because they can't defend themselves. It wasn't a surprise. For four years, the White House hid President Biden from Republican senators, would not let him meet with us. He served 40 years in this body. We all know him. And they deliberately lied. And by the way, Jake Tapper had a bombshell book exposing the incredible scandal that Biden's mental decline was covered up by Jake Tapper. There's a Yiddish word chutzpah. And that truly is chutzpah. How dare we lie and cover up what we all knew. Now I have been asked literally a thousand times by Texans who was running the country. And I'm going to give you the most terrifying answer. I don't know. I genuinely don't know. And not a single Democrat here cares. The most telling proof of Biden's decline came with the signature of the president, the symbol of executive authority that was outsourced to a machine. Mr. Wald, you're a lawyer who served in the White House counsel's office. You understand the gravity of presidential action. Does the president's signature carry legal and constitutional weight under Article 2? Yes. Is the act of signing an executive order or signing a law or granting a pardon a delegable duty of the president? So in that opinion in 2005 from OLC, they said essentially that an auto pin could be used by a subordinate, but the president's determination as to sign the document can never be delegated. Can that authority be transferred to a staffer or machine without the president's explicit authorization? Never. And if you look at the statistics, the statistics are stunning. In 2021, President Biden issued 78 executive orders. None were signed with an auto pin. That first year, the presidency, Biden, I suppose, was relatively lucid and 78 executive orders he signed by hand. The second year, however, we see the auto pin emerge. The first auto pin executive order was issued on July 15th, 2022. After that day, 100% of the executive orders issued in 2022 were signed by an auto pin. In 2023, Biden issued 24 executive orders, 16 were auto pinned. In 2024, Biden issued 19, 14 were auto pinned. In 2025, Biden issued 14 executive orders. Every single one was auto pinned. Mr. Wald, let me ask you as a legal matter if there's a law that's passed both houses of Congress and it goes to the White House and a staffer auto pins signing that law without the president's authorization, is that law legally passed and signed into law? No. If an executive order is issued and a staffer auto pins it without the president's authorization, is that executive order legally binding? No. And if a pardon is issued from the president of the United States and a staffer auto pins it without the president's authorization, is that pardon legally binding? No. Under the Biden White House, the ceremonial song hailed to the chief was effectively replaced with hailed to the pen. And it was an outright assault on democracy. And every reporter covering this ought to ask why doesn't a Democrat care? We heard about the moral responsibilities of a staffer, how about an elected senator who knows damn well that if we get into a war and Iran is preparing to fire a nuclear weapon at the United States, that the commander in chief is busy playing with his jello and is not competent to defend ourselves and every member of the cabinet, the chief of staff, the press secretary and the members of Congress who lied about this on a daily basis with With the press's complicity, they are all responsible for subverting democracy.

Green met CEO Drew horn joins me now. Judy heard the president there What do you think he means when he says quote that's gonna be a big problem for him meaning the premiere of Greenland? Well, thanks for having me. I guess I would say I think it's a big problem on multiple fronts Mainly because his own people have made it quite clear in Greenland that they want support from the United States There is no NATO. There is no Greenlandic security without the United States We're already providing not only the security of Greenland, but essentially Denmark's the entire European security It's ridiculous for him to talk about how he's gonna have to choose between the two and he's not speaking with consent of his own Constituents when making these kinds of ridiculous statements So I think president Trump is absolutely right to call him on that ridiculous statement as we wait to see what comes out of this meeting Between Vance Rubio Greenland and Denmark. Is there a sweet spot here? Drew where everyone gets what they want everyone gets what they need and quite frankly everyone gets to see face and if so drew What is that sweet spot? There absolutely is a sweet spot and you know I think that there's just a lot of you know, ridiculous narrative coming from the Europeans on this particular subject what president Trump is offering is billions of dollars of investment in the form of private investments and projects all of which we're looking at that span from a I data centers to multiple rare earth and critical minerals projects I mean the sky is the limit and everybody benefits from this including the Danes including the EU including NATO But most importantly the Greenlanders who have overwhelmingly said they want investment and support from the United States They want a pathway towards independence and they are absolutely tired of being exploited and oppressed by the Danes as they have been for the last Hundred years, you know, the era of colonialism is over and it's time to let people achieve their own destiny No one is going to stand in the way of the Greenlanders achieving the goal that they want and they need the United States for that Yeah to that point What do you make of this idea of increasing NATO's presence in Greenland to counteract the threat of China and Russia? Is that enough should that be enough for the United States in light of the fact that Trump has said his concern with Greenland is Chinese and Russian investment taking over whatever or is this really about the minerals and the mineral rights and being able to Unlock what Greenland has to offer to help us economically as well Well, there's obviously a joint nexus between national security and economic development I mean looking at this from the president's perspective My opinion is he realizes that you need to do both and so the reality is NATO is not able to protect itself without the United States I think we need to stop pretending that there's some sort of world in which NATO exists without the United States We've been propping it up for years and years and years and obviously the European members need to do more of a part To contribute and pull their weight so they do need to contribute more towards the collective Arctic security Obviously the United States is as it has been going to continue to be the primary contributor and protector there But at the same time collectively we need to look at investment and growth across the board that allows us to pair that with that national Security, it's overwhelmingly what the Greenlanders want. It's what the United States wants It's you know in private conversations with the Danes and the EU wants Let's just stop playing games and pretend in here and let the United States bring these options that everybody wants and we all will benefit From him drew horn with very pointed insight on Greenland. I've been saying this forever about this guy. He is one of the toughest, most resilient human beings that I have ever met in my life. And let me tell you what, everybody wants to act like a tough guy, right? Everybody wants to act like a tough guy. Well, when the shit goes down, you find out who tough guys are and who tough guys are not. This guy is the legitimate, ultimate American bad ass of all time. You know, the guy takes a shot at him, he goes down, he stands up and then he starts chanting to the crowd and you know, fight, fight, fight. I literally was blown away. I called him as soon as I landed. I called him and he answered and he was already home from the hospital and we talked for like 30 minutes. In July of 1776, King George III still towered over New York City, not in person, in lead. That bowling green near the tip of Manhattan stood a gilded 4,000-pound statute of King George on horseback dressed like a Roman emperor. It had been erected just six years earlier as a monument to British power, but by the summer of 1776, Americans no longer saw majesty in this statute. They saw tyranny. On July 9, 1776, George Washington gathered his troops in New York and had them easily adopt the Declaration of Independence read aloud. The words that barely settled before soldiers, sailors, and patriots surged down Broadway to bowling green on top of the King George statue. While the crowd saw tyranny toppled, Connecticut patriot Oliver Walcott saw bullets, 4,000 pounds of lead bullets, for a Continental Army Walcott knew would be desperate for ammunition. So Walcott had the shattered pieces of King George loaded onto boats and shipped to Connecticut. From there, ox carts hauled the remains of King George more than 60 miles over rough country roads to Walcott's home in Litchfield. And in the Walcott family orchard, a shed became a foundry. His wife, Laura, his daughter, Mary Ann, and local neighbors worked over melting pots pouring the King's lead into bullet molds, 42,088 musket balls in all. Some of those boats were fired two years later at the Battle of Monmon, the brutal New Jersey showdown where Washington's army proved a good stand in the open field against British regulars. You have to love the irony, Britain sent America a monument to empire, America sent it right back in muzzle velocity.
