So the border crisis is a top issue for voters and in a shocking twist on 60 Minutes last night, Kamala Harris was actually asked in detail about the crisis to their credit, but of course she refused to answer not once, not twice, but three times. Take a look. The rivals quadrupled from the last year of President Trump. Was it a mistake to loosen the immigration policies as much as you did? It's a long-standing problem and solutions are at hand and from day one, literally, we have been offering solutions. What I was asking was, was it a mistake to kind of allow that flood to happen in the first place? The policies that we have been proposing are about fixing a problem, not promoting a problem. But the numbers did quadruple. And the numbers today, because of what we have done, we have cut the flow of illegal immigration by half. We have cut the flow of fentanyl by half, but we need Congress to be able to act. Was it a mistake? Here with more, Texas Governor Greg Abbott. For three years she told the country that the border was safe, the border was secure, the border is secure, the border is secure. I didn't go to the border, but I haven't been to Europe. And then suing you and going after Ted Cruz, who they're trying to defeat in Texas, because both you and Senator Cruz have been fighting to keep Texans and the country safe. Your reaction to that? Listen, Sean, I think that interview is disqualifying. She has no answer to what's going on in the border. She has three and a half years, almost four years now in office as vice president and cannot articulate what needs to be done to secure the border. But on top of that, she was flat out lying to the American public, because she talked about from day one, they had solutions. To be clear, from day one, what they did was to gut all of the policies that President Trump put into place that secured the border far more secure than it's been in about 40 years. And ever since then, what Harris has done is refused to do anything to implement any type of border security. She's had more than three years. If there's any American who thinks that once she's elected president, suddenly she will have some great solution to secure the border, they're grossly mistaken. On top of that, Sean, she didn't say anything about the thousands of criminals who've been released across our country under their watch, knowingly allowing them in, making America far more dangerous. The last thing I will say is this, she falsely took credit for the decrease in border crossings. Know this and the action that they supposedly took was this June, border crossings begin going down last year as because of the border security measures that Texas put into place from Brownsville to El Paso, illegal border crossings have now gone down in Texas by 85%. Because they've gone down so much in Texas, that's why they've gone down a lot across the United States of America. Governor, we have dozens of Americans that have been murdered by Harris, Biden illegals, raped victims of other violent crime. We have cartels, we have gang leaders, we have drug dealers, we have known terrorists that they have allowed into the country. We see the human toll, we see the financial toll, and she wants to give them all free housing, food, healthcare, education, legal driver's licenses, free college education, and free sex change surgery, and also amnesty or a path to citizenship as she calls it. That to me would be rewarding, law breaking, and people that don't respect our laws, borders, and sovereignty. Now, she's never answered that question. Sean, it's hard to imagine a border crisis getting worse than it currently is under the Biden administration, but worse it will get if Harris is elected. Because in addition to all of those enticements that you're talking about that would attract millions more people to come here illegally, the dangers that currently exist and the dangers that will exist under a President Harris are beyond the scale of what we can tolerate. Including among the victims is Jocelyn Nungary from Houston, Texas. Nungary from Houston, Texas, who was killed by, allegedly killed now by members of Trende Aragua. Trende Aragua is in the United States because Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have opened the border and allowed them in. That's a life that should be still alive today and something that Kamala Harris does not call care about. Yeah, and by the way, you and Senator Cruz have been on the forefront of this. They're spending, what, up to $100, $200 million to take out Senator Cruz. Will they be successful? We have 10 seconds. So listen, Ted Cruz is in a tough race. He's been grossly outspent. Ted Cruz can use all the assets he can get to make sure he can defeat Colin Allred.

That was a very contentious election, and we all know it. January 6th, this past cycle for the president said to be an insurrection. And President Trump was said to be guilty of seditious conspiracy. We had a whole January 6th commission set up by Nancy Pelosi. She picked the Democrats and the Republicans. She rejected the Republicans that Leader McCarthy had chosen. It's never been done before in American history. And they do all this one-sided public stuff, and they turn it over to a prosecutor. The funny thing about the prosecution is, here it is. There is a criminal act, rebellion or insurrection, passed during the Civil War period. It appears nowhere in the charges against Donald Trump. Donald Trump is not guilty of rebellion or insurrection, he's not even charged with it. Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the US or the laws thereof, or gives aid or comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or in prison not more than 10 years or both, and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States. That's not in here. Well, what about seditious conspiracy? I remember legal analysts all over cable TV, some here, CNN for sure, MSNBC, New York Times, Washington, but seditious conspiracy, they have Trump dead to rights. But it's not in the charges. If two or more persons in any state or territory in any place subject to the jurisdiction in the United States, conspired to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to cease, take or possess any property of the United States, contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or in prison not more than 20 years or both. So why? Why didn't this out of control rogue, Eric Holder, Obama, Biden, prosecutor, Garland's man, Smith, bring these charges because he had no evidence. Rebellion or insurrection, all the testimony, the January 6th committee, all the testimony, all the witnesses, all the documents, not a centilla of evidence that Donald Trump led any kind of rebellion or insurrection. What about seditious conspiracy? There was no seditious conspiracy. Donald Trump is the man who said if they want 10,000 armed army soldiers to protect them on January 6th, please let me know while nobody's leading an insurrection if they're offering armed federal troops to protect the Capitol building. And we heard what Donald Trump said about peacefully lobbying Congress. So it doesn't work. So what happened? So Jack and the boys go back and they say, you know what, we can't let this go anyway. So they go back to the Civil War, post Civil War period, a law that was passed in 1871. It was called the Ku Klux Klan Act at the time to try and defeat the Klan. That's one of the counts here, 18 U.S.C. 241 conspiracy against rights. It is a disgusting and preposterous overreach. Then we have two counts under 18 U.S.C. 1512. Now these laws were passed in 2002 to address gaps that they felt existed in the Enron scandal investigation. If you consider the Enron statutes, they have nothing to do with January 6th protests, even though this has been used, so-called obstruction, this has been used against one protester after another by the same prosecutors from January 6th. This has not yet gone to the Supreme Court. It will be tested by the Supreme Court. And I believe the Supreme Court will say no, this was never intended to be used that way. Then we have count one, 18 U.S.C. 371. Now that count is a garden variety statute that the federal government uses against federal contractors, people who cheat the government out of money and so forth. And that has been expanded to include, you know, challenging the legitimate activity of the government. Again, stretched completely out of control. Those are the four charges. This is a disgusting attack on our electoral system. And as I've said before, the electoral system in America is now dead unless all of this is reversed. We cannot have, after all these years, more than two centuries, a Department of Justice and U.S. attorneys with 20/20 hindsight delving into what a president or a candidate thinks. Now that 1876 election, I told you that that state sent in two groups of electors. You're free to do that. Congress decides all this stuff. They're not criminal activities. So but now what are the rules for running, challenging and disputing elections today? We don't know. Who decides? Apparently prosecutors. What can a candidate or when can a candidate rely on legal advice since President Trump's lawyers are being indicted for giving legal advice? Is a president not free to discuss decisions about elections with his vice president and strongly urge him to take one position or another? Of course he's free to do that. Is a president free to publicly dispute election results? They all do when they lose, including people like Hillary Clinton and Al Gore. The electoral process is now not purely political and constitutional as it was intended. But now it is the control of prosecutors, Department of Justice, and in the hands of these people, the Biden administration, it is a disaster. The judge who's going to hear this case is the most radical partisan activist Obama appointee in the entire federal judiciary. Gee, I wonder how she got chosen. We'll be right back.

Look, I think this issue of the big beautiful bill should be nonpartisan. I don't know how to tell what the hell is the matter with everybody up in Congress. People are dying every day. I use this wrestling three times many criminals that Biden administration did. We're taking public safety threats and national security threats off the street every single day, but we got over 600,000 illegal enemies of criminal histories walking the streets of this country. We got less than 5,000 deportation officers. This should be a no brainer. The more resources we get, we get this bill passed. We got more agents on, on, on the, on the road. We buy more beds. We get more transportation flights, more agents being more bad guys arrested, taking off the streets of this country every single day, every day. We rest a public safety threat or national security threat. This makes this country much safer. Who the hell would be against that? And I, and I get irritated. I get pissed off because I'm sick of meeting angel moms and dads. You want to talk about family separation. They bury their children. So this, I've done this since 1984. I've worked for six different presidents. No one has had the success of the Trump administration. We got the most secure border in the history of this nation today. But we, but we need more border wall border wall, save lives. Women and children can't get over that wall, which means they go to a place where there's not a wall and what's waiting on them, the men and women, the board of children who take care of this humanitarian needs and save their lives. We already got fentanyl seizures down half. Fentanyl seizures should be a hundred percent. We should have zero fentanyl come in this country. We need money to help secure that border at higher level. Stop the fentanyl from coming in. Stock the sec, stop the sex trafficking of women and children. Stop the known inspected terrorists coming across that border. Right now, I was looking at the stats today. I used to arrest in a record number of known suspected terrorists in this country, along with the FBI. With more money, we can arrest more of these people, make this country safer. This is a nonpartisan issue. Let's make this country safe again. So to the Democrats and the Republicans and the Independents, I don't care who you're from pass the bill. So we make this country safe so we can stop the violence against ICE officers. Let's make this country safe again. And without that bill, it's going to be a hard road. We got a lot of people to look for a lot of people to arrest. A lot of national security threats we know are in this country. We need to find them. We need more money to do that. We know we need more agents to do that. For God's sake, let's pass this bill and get this done.
