- I thought I'd bring up a subject of interest. I do a lot of this as president and try and save money. And one was the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool, which everybody knows. That's where Martin Luther King made his great speech and where others have likewise made great speeches and great events held there. It's very famous. It was built in 1922 and it's more than 2000 feet long. It's 167 feet wide. It's very big. That's like taller than any skyscraper, 2000 feet. And here's a picture of it. You probably recognize it. Right now it's got no water in it because it was in terrible shape. It was filthy dirty. And it leaked like a sieve for many years. So I actually went over, went with Secret Service and a group of people and I took a look at it. One of the people with me was Doug Burgum, our great secretary of the interior. This comes under his purview. And he said, yes, we've had a lot of problems with it. It's not working, it hasn't worked for many years. And it's always filthy dirty. And I said, well, we're gonna solve the problem. And they had bids to fix it. They were going to take the stone out, which was granite, very expensive, very thick, and replace it with stone. And it was gonna cost $300 million. And it was gonna take maybe more than three years. And I said, no, there's a better way of doing it. I said, what we're gonna do is I'm gonna call all three of these people that have worked for me in the past doing swimming pools. That's all they can do is a swimming pool. And I said, give me a good price. We can do it for maybe a million and a half to $2 million as opposed to $300 million. We scrubbed the surface of the existing granite that's been there since 1922. We then grouted all of the granite, fixed it up, took about two weeks. And now we have a nice clean surface on which we're putting a industrial grade swimming pool, topping, and they said, what color would you like, sir? It's called American Flag Blue. I said, that's the color I want. I want American Flag Blue. It'll last for 40 or 50 years. There'll be no leaks. There'll be no anything. It'll look gorgeous, beautiful. So it's a story in business. And here's the difference, 'cause somebody said, well, sure, but one, wouldn't it be a better job? I said, no, no, this is a much better job for much less money. It will look far more beautiful, more beautiful than it did in 1922 when they built it, much more beautiful. So we built it in much less time for much less money, but I don't mean much less. I mean numbers that nobody can even believe. So it's a million and a half dollars versus 300. It's two weeks versus more than three years. That's just the way it is. I think if anything, this has been underplayed overall by the media. I think Harris, this is a dead prosecution. I think Fannie Will is going to have to step down. I think Nathan Wade is going to have to step down. And if the state of Georgia really gets into this investigation, which Governor Brian Kemp on down, everybody should be involved in this, I think it's possible there's a criminal prosecution against Willis herself based on these allegations. She tried to say that this was race-based, Harris, but by saying, "Oh, they're only focusing on one of the three attorneys that I hired to participate in this investigation." And my response to that will be, "Well, did you sleep with the other two as well?" Because until the allegations that you were sleeping with, a man that you funneled $650,000 in taxpayer money to, a man who may well have been unqualified to have the job in the first place, and also allegations, Harris, that she was traveling with him on extravagant vacations that were being paid for by the taxpayers of Georgia. If you were going to try and put the former president of the United States behind bars in an outrageous and unprecedented series of charges under Georgia state law, you need to be crystal clear yourself and have absolutely nothing in your background that is going to impinge on these prosecutions. I think these allegations by themselves, where often in the law, I can speak as an attorney here Harris, it's not only impropriety, it's the appearance of impropriety and the appearance that Fawny Willis broke up the marriage of a man she hired that she was sleeping with him and that she paid him $650,000 in taxpayer money, that is more than enough to cause an issue here. Wow, I don't know why I've never called on you as an attorney before. I'll of course with me doing it. All right, let's move to this. House Republicans plan a new round of subpoenas for Hunter Biden. After he did a 180 Friday, he finally agreed to sit down for a closed door deposition after blowing one off last month and then that whole stunt last week showing up uninvited to a House hearing, which by the way, Americans can do, but he skipped out on the subpoena. In a letter to Hunter's lawyer, Republicans wrote, "Although the committee's subpoenas are lawful and remain legally enforceable, we are prepared to issue new subpoenas compelling Mr. Biden's appearance at a deposition on a new date in the coming weeks." Hunter, with a couple of stunts when it comes to the subpoenas, again, he shocked the House panel by storming into his own contempt hearing that was going on in oversight. All right, I come back to you for your legal thoughts on this. We don't have a lot of time. Yeah, the only thing I can think is that Hunter Biden was going to try to argue that he wasn't defying the subpoena. He was just combating the method in which the deposition was going to take place and that was going to be a really difficult putt to sink from a legal perspective. And there was so much negative blowback from the White House and beyond that Hunter Biden finally decided, you know what, given the precedent that's been set already with Steve Bannon, I need to show up or I'm going to put the White House in an even more difficult position in the Department of Justice and Merrick Garland as well. And so basically he's folded and he's showing up now.

I had in Michigan recently 25,000 people and 25,000 people were just we just couldn't get them in. We had in Harrisburg 20, 25,000 people and 20,000 people couldn't get in. We had so many, nobody ever mentions that. When she gets 1,500 people and I saw it yesterday on ABC which they said oh the crowd was so big. I have 10 times, 20 times, 30 times the crowd size and they never say the crowd was big. That's why I'm always saying turn around the cameras. I'm so glad you asked that. I think it's so terrible when you say well she has 1,500 people, 1,000 people and they talk about oh the enthusiasm. Let me tell you we have the enthusiasm. The Republican Party and me as a candidate but the Republican Party has the enthusiasm.
