I think first of all, this whole New York justice system bill is fraudulent in the sense that these are elected Democrats. She is an elected Democrat who, as you point out, campaigned for office on a vow that she would use the power of the state to get him, which is the kind of a Soviet way of going about your business. The judge is an elected Democrat. So the whole system is not like what we have in the federal system where you have appointed prosecutors and appointed judges who are vetted by the Senate, at least in the hope that it will ensure that they won't use their power in an abusive way. In this system, they're actually electing people on a promise of going after individuals, individuals who happen to be their political enemies. So that should be troubling enough. But the other thing is, just in terms of like a sort of Eighth Amendment punishment principle, where you have in this case a situation where the penalty they're talking about is so out of whack with the infraction that it ought to back everybody up. I mean, if you want to tell me that maybe they should fine Trump a million dollars because he inflated his assets, you know, it wouldn't be my way of doing a system, but fine. That's not what they're talking about here. They're talking about in a case where you have no victims of fraud, discouraging him of a quarter of a billion dollars or more of profits and putting him out of business under circumstances where there's not a single person or a single entity that actually got defrauded here. Fox News alert the director of national intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, releasing a bombshell report today that shows a conspiracy by his sitting president, Barack Obama, and his intel agencies to sabotage the president-elect, Donald Trump, brainwash the electorate and undermine the legitimacy of an election. There is irrefutable evidence that detail how President Obama and his national security team directed the creation of an intelligence community assessment that they knew was false. They knew it would promote this contrived narrative that Russia interfered in the 2016 election to help President Trump win, selling it to the American people as though it were true. It wasn't. Gabbard got her hands on a House intel report that's been locked away in a CIA vault for almost a decade. Gabbard spent over 2,000 hours looking into how the Russia hoax was born, interviewing 20 CIA and FBI officials. And it turns out that the Obama administration doctored the intelligence to make it look like Putin and Trump stole the election. A month after Trump beat Hillary, Barack Obama wasn't satisfied with his intelligence reporting and ordered his CIA director to create a new assessment of how Russia interfered with the election. This was a highly unusual move. John Brennan handpicked five CIA analysts to write the assessment, and they were siloed. None of them knew what the other was doing, and only one analyst was in charge of drafting this report. There was nothing routine about this, and it was a rush job to publish before Trump was sworn in. Nothing was coordinated with the other intelligence agencies, either. Basically, this was home cooking for Barack Obama. There were four key elements from the assessment that were repeated over and over again, and formed the basis of the Russia hoax and the Robert Mueller witch hunt. One, that Vladimir Putin wanted Donald Trump to win. Two, Putin took action to help Trump win. Three, the Russians had blackmail on Trump. That was the Steele dossier. And four, that the Russians tried colluding with the Trump campaign. None of any of this was ever true. There was no reliable intelligence to support any of these allegations. Senior CIA officials repeatedly refused to traffic in these allegations. But they were repeatedly overruled by CIA Director Brennan and FBI Director Comey, who insisted that they be pushed, even without verifiable evidence. The Obama administration cherry-picked the intelligence, lied about their sources, misquoted sources, didn't corroborate their claims, suppressed intelligence that ran counter to their narratives, and even used anonymous Internet postings. Rank and File CIA admitted what they were doing violated their own tradecraft standards. There was a massive pressure campaign that came right from the top. CIA analysts say they received unusual directives from political appointees, the CIA Director, and Obama himself. This is how the Russia hoax was born. Donald Trump knows that the Russians helped him win in 2016. Putin hated Secretary Clinton so much that the flip side of that coin was. He had a clear preference for the person running against the person he hated so much. It was Russia in a very systematic way in trying to interfere in the election and to try to advance the prospects of Donald Trump being elected. This was such a malicious disinformation campaign perpetrated on the American people that at one point 60% of Democrats believed the Russians hacked our voting machines to help Trump win the White House. What this report actually shows is that the Russians just wanted to create chaos and undermine Americans' faith in democracy. Solid intelligence suggested that Vladimir Putin didn't care who won. He had no preference, but like most people, expected Hillary to win and had a little docket of compromising dirt on her, dirt that he never released. Now, if Putin wanted Trump to win, why didn't Putin drop the dirt? There were high-level DNC emails that detailed evidence of Hillary's, quote, "psychoemotional problems, uncontrolled fits of anger, aggression, and cheerfulness," and that then-Secretary Clinton was allegedly on a daily regimen of heavy tranquilizers. Then CIA Director Brennan and the intelligence community mischaracterized intelligence and relied on dubious substandard sources to create a contrived false narrative that Putin developed a, quote, unquote, "clear preference" for Trump. Now, if Clinton was on tranquilizers like the Russians believed, why didn't they leak it to help Trump win? How credible was the information Hillary Clinton found? All I have seen is what the intelligence committee have reported through their investigation. I think the underlying point there is that we understand from intelligence what Russia said that they had, and the important point here is that if they were trying to influence the election, as President Obama and James Clapper and John Brennan, everybody said they were doing, in order to support Donald Trump's election, they would have released the most damning of that information. Obama and his spy chiefs knew that Putin didn't prefer Trump over Hillary, but they cooked the intelligence to make it look like he did. Obama and his intel spies knew that Putin didn't collude with Trump and that he didn't even direct his people to help Trump win, but they put it out there anyway. In a sense, Barack Obama did exactly what Putin wanted, undermined Americans' faith in free and fair elections, and caused chaos in our country. Barack Obama, the CIA, and the FBI were the ones doing what our enemy wanted. Do you believe that any of this new information implicates former President Obama in criminal behavior? We have referred and will continue to refer all of these documents to the Department of Justice and the FBI to investigate the criminal implications of this. The evidence that we have found and that we have released directly point to President Obama leading the manufacturing of this intelligence assessment. There are multiple pieces of evidence and intelligence that confirm that fact. Even two years later, after the election, Barack Obama was still pushing a hoax he knew wasn't true, and he knew it wasn't true because he helped manufacture it. They're undermining our alliances, cozying up to Russia. What happened to the Republican Party? They're cozying up to the former head of the KGB, actively blocking legislation that would defend our elections from Russian attack. What happened? Now, I don't know if it's possible to indict a former president for actions he took while in office. I'm not a lawyer, proudly, but Brennan, Comey, and others may have severe liability. Trey Gowdy says we know for a fact that Brennan committed perjury when he lied to Congress. Director Brennan, do you know who commissioned the Steele dossier? I don't. Do you know if the bureau ever relied on the Steele dossier as part of any court filings, applications? I have no awareness. Did the CIA rely on it? No. Why not? Because we didn't. It wasn't part of the corpus of intelligence information that we had. It was not in any way used as a basis for the intelligence community assessment that was done. It was not. No, that's a lie. Whatever happens to these guys is not revenge, it's accountability, and it's time for people to pay the price.

Biden's Justice Department has just brought criminal charges against Donald Trump, his political opponent for the third time in four months. This time, the charges relate to January 6th. Good evening. Today, an indictment was unsealed, charging Donald J. Trump with conspiring to defraud the United States, conspiring to disenfranchise voters, and conspiring and attempting to obstruct an official proceeding. The indictment was issued by a grand jury of citizens here in the District of Columbia, and it sets forth the crimes charged in detail. That was Special Counsel Jack Smith, who looked like a bedraggled, nervous wreck, dripping with anger and highly emotional. The last time Jack Smith charged a politician, the case was so weak it got tossed out of the Supreme Court unanimously. Biden's Justice Department is using obscure federal statutes to put a former president in prison for the rest of his life. These charges aren't bribery, not assault, not tax evasion, not sex trafficking. They're charging Trump under the act of 1866. It was used against the Klan, and now they're using it against Trump. Here are the specific charges. Count one, conspiracy to defraud the United States. Count two, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding. Count three, conspiracy or attempt to obstruct an official proceeding. Count four, conspiracy against rights. Okay. Now, here's how they're saying Trump broke the law. They're saying Trump lied that the election was fraudulent when he really knew the election was clean, and that these lies made it hard for the government to certify the election. Now, first, they said Trump called a bunch of state legislators in Georgia, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin, and tried to get them to investigate election fraud, hold hearings. Okay. Then the government says Trump tried to get some states to send in Trump electors instead of Biden electors, and only a tiny handful of states did that. They mailed in some Trump electors to the archivist and to the Senate, and then the Senate threw him in the garbage and ratified the Biden electors. That was it. Then they're saying Trump broke the law when he asked Pence to do the right thing, to not certify and kick it back to the states. That was a different legal interpretation than many people had at the time, but it was a difference of opinion, and it didn't matter because Pence didn't do it. And then they're saying the January 6th protesters, because of Trump's lies, slowed down the certification for a couple hours. That's it. Those are the charges. Now, I know this doesn't count in a court of law, but do you think Trump had any idea that he was breaking the law when he was asking Mike Pence not to certify? And how are you going to prove that Trump knew there wasn't any election fraud? And how are you going to prove that these were corrupt intentions if Trump thought he was doing the righteous thing? You can't. It was just politics. It's all politics. He was pushing it as far as he could, and maybe he pushed it a little too far. But should he die in prison for that? I don't think the Biden administration realizes what it's done here. It's going to give Donald Trump the opportunity to re-litigate the 2020 election in federal court. This is what Donald Trump's been dying to do for the last two and a half years. He's going to have subpoena power. He's going to cross-examine witnesses. He's going to put on his own witnesses. He's going to go out and prove or try to prove there was election fraud in Philly, Vegas, Arizona, Detroit. And the federal government is going to have to prove that it was clean in those deep blue counties. That's going to be a fun one to follow. So Trump's due in court on Thursday for the January 6th charges. So in case you're keeping score at home, Donald Trump will be on trial in three different courtrooms next year, an election year, while he's running for president, while he's fundraising, and while he's debating. So he'll be in court on bookkeeping charges with Stormy Daniels in Manhattan in March. He'll be in a Florida courtroom beginning in May on the Mar-a-Lago documents case, and he'll be in a DC courtroom on the January 6th charges, probably in the spring as well. He needs a body double. And this is a DC jury in a case overseen by an Obama appointed judge who has got a nasty track record. Oh, and there's another Georgia election related grand jury considering charging Trump. So he can have four trials next year. And we also may be looking at a president Biden impeachment trial next year as well. So legally speaking, Trump's going to have to pay lawyers a lot of money. And if he's convicted, he will not go to prison. He'll be freed on appeal and he'll be able to appeal these federal charges all the way to the Supreme Court, which will take a while, probably until after the election. And there's no way the Supreme Court of the United States is going to uphold the conviction of a former president close to 80 years old. That's not how the court operates, especially on something as political as this. Now the timing of this indictment was coordinated to take the heat off Biden. This is the third time this has happened. You ready? On March 17th, Hunter admitted the laptop was his. And on the very next day, Trump received word Alvin Bragg was indicting him in New York. On June 8th, an FBI document broke that Ukraine paid Biden a $5 million bribe. And the next day on June 9th, Biden's DOJ indicts Trump on the Mar-a-Lago documents. Yesterday, on July 31st, a Biden insider told Congress that Biden spoke with Hunter Biden's business partners dozens of times. And Hunter was paid handsomely to get his dad to fire the prosecutor in Ukraine. And then today, August 1st, Biden's Justice Department indicts Trump on January 6th charges. This isn't a coincidence. Any time Biden's in trouble, Trump pays for it. And the news cycle flips. Now Donald Trump is a runaway favorite to wrap up the Republican nomination and is currently tied with Joe Biden in yesterday's New York Times poll in the general. 43-43. Astonishingly, after these political war crimes have been perpetrated on him, Donald Trump is in the best position he's been in so far to win reelection. Can you believe that? At which point he'll have to pardon himself immediately. And don't you think for a second, he's not going to unleash hell on all of his political enemies. This is only the beginning of politicians putting other politicians and their families in prison. Sad we had to go down this road, but this is where we are. And now we have to finish it.

Well, if you guess the Trump-hating New York attorney general who's now charged with mortgage fraud, congratulations. You got that right. That post came a full four years after she allegedly did what she was accusing Donald Trump of doing. She's vowing to fight, though, her charges as her allies try to normalize breaking the law. What Tish James, and again, we're still getting the details, but if it's related to this mortgage issue, I mean, this is something that everyone in America, or many people at least, if you're lucky enough to be able to buy a house in America, you deal with this, right? The federal government doesn't go after all of these people for doing this. Bank fraud or will we consider mortgage fraud type cases are very common. Joining me exclusively, Bill Pulte, federal housing director, Bill, the angle broke the story back in April that you sent a criminal referral to the DOJ for Letitia James. Now, to those downplaying the seriousness of these charges saying basically everyone does it, what's your response tonight? Well, mortgage fraud is very serious, Laura. I don't like how people are trying to minimize this and trying to minimize violating the law. She was charged with bank fraud. I mean, that's a very serious thing. And you know, Laura, I'll say this, when people lie on small things, they tend to lie on big things and they tend to lie a lot. And going back to the 1980s, this subject said that she was married to her father. That doesn't make any sense for purposes of getting a mortgage application. And then you have, she has these three different properties. She has two in Virginia, one that she claims is her primary residence. Another one that she claims is her second residence with the, which the DOJ is now, and, and Lindsay Halligan has done a great job, I think at laying this out is she's Letitia James appears to be representing it as an investment property for her taxes. So I think Ms. James has a world of problems. And I just want to tell everyone, if, if there is mortgage fraud and you commit mortgage fraud in this country, we're going to come after you. It doesn't matter whether you're a Republican, a Democrat or a sophisticated person like Ms. James. Yeah, to me, I watched this and I watched her reaction last night and she's trying to do that kind of righteous indignation and, and the facts will show, in other words, saying it's just political retribution, Donald Trump's weaponizing government. That's kind of rich, don't you think, coming from her? Well, it is, but what's also concerning Laura is, you know, we have a tax system in this country and we have certain things, you know, I run Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac for the president, as you know, and we're trying to turn these companies around. We're trying to lower housing costs. We can't have attorney generals out there saying that something is a primary residence when really it's not, or that it's a secondary residence when it's not. We need all hands on deck to reverse what's happened these last four years. President Trump is committed to it. And again, it doesn't matter whether it's Letitia James or somebody else. I'll raise one other thing with you, Laura, which was fascinating in this indictment that U.S. Attorney Halligan did. She lays out in there, and I didn't know this, but it's fascinating to me that Letitia James, according to the indictment, said that she had a primary residence at the secondary home for purposes of insurance. I believe, and I don't know for sure, we'll have to see what happens, that that's insurance fraud. And a lot of people just think, Laura, well, it's mortgage fraud. You have downstream crimes when you have mortgage fraud. You have insurance fraud, you have tax fraud. And so I wouldn't be surprised to see a superseding indictment, But of course, that would be all up to the DOJ. Very, very--

The U.S. Court of International Trade incredibly ruled against the United States of America on desperately needed Tariffs but, fortunately, the full 11 Judge Panel on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit Court has just stayed the order by the Manhattan-based Court of International Trade. Where do these initial three Judges come from? How is it possible for them to have potentially done such damage to the United States of America? In any event, Leo left The Federalist Society to do his own âthing.â I am so disappointed in The Federalist Society because of the bad advice they gave me on numerous Judicial Nominations. This is something that cannot be forgotten! With all of that being said, I am very proud of many of our picks, but very disappointed in others. They always must do whatâs right for the Country! In this case, it is only because of my successful use of Tariffs that many Trillions of Dollars have already begun pouring into the U.S.A. from other Countries, money that, without these Tariffs, we would not be able to get. It is the difference between having a rich, prosperous, and successful United States of America, and quite the opposite. The ruling by the U.S. Court of International Trade is so wrong, and so political! Hopefully, the Supreme Court will reverse this horrible, Country threatening decision, QUICKLY and DECISIVELY. Backroom âhustlersâ must not be allowed to destroy our Nation! The horrific decision stated that I would have to get the approval of Congress for these Tariffs. In other words, hundreds of politicians would sit around D.C. for weeks, and even months, trying to come to a conclusion as to what to charge other Countries that are treating us unfairly. If allowed to stand, this would completely destroy Presidential Power â The Presidency would never be the same! This decision is being hailed all over the World by every Country, other than the United States of America. Radical Left Judges, together with some very bad people, are destroying America. Under this decision, Trillions of Dollars would be lost by our Country, money that will, MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN. It would be the harshest financial ruling ever leveled on us as a Sovereign Nation. But the perception, she says, is that our ICE, Americans doing their jobs to protect this country are perceived like the Klan, the Ku Klux Klan. Now think about this, this force, here she signals openness to abolishing ICE on MSNBC just a few years ago. Go. - Listen, I think there's no question that we've got to critically re-examine ICE and its role and the way that it is being administered and the work it is doing and we need to probably think about starting from scratch because there's a lot that is wrong with the way that it's conducting itself and we need to deal with that. - What do you think should be the alternative to ICE? - Well first of all, I don't think that the government should be in the position of separating families and that is clearly what is part of what's happening at ICE and DHS. - So she doesn't believe the government should be in the valve of separating families. - Well folks, the government is not in the job of separating families. This is named Aramis, who hasn't gone to the border as the borders are, which she was. These men come across the border holding the hands of little boys and little girls. Right there on the spot, the border patrol and eventually ICE have to determine if that man, as an example, is in fact the father of those children or if he's kidnapped those children, if those children are gonna be sold into sex slavery and other horrendous things. So they're separated to determine who is who. And as nice as it would be to pull up a computer and go into the software and check it out, it doesn't work that way. Particularly when you have individuals coming from the Middle East or Far East Asia and so forth and so on. They're not in any computer. So that's why they're "separating them from families." This is really horrendous. The things that she says about federal law enforcement, the things that she says about what American society should be. This is as radical and as imbecilic as anything we've ever heard from any politician ever.

Even you, you that are watching this broadcast and you that are on this, that have asked me these questions, you have sins and skeletons in your closet that you pray to God never shows up on your broadcast. He's still a man, and he still has to carry out his assignment. Right now, God has chosen him to be the 47th president of the United States of America. So, he knows without a shadow of a doubt that because of the assignment he has, he needs the hand of God on his life. And that's, that's why so many of the Christian rights support him. Donald Trump has been convicted of lying in his businesses, convicted of fraud, facing a multi-million pound fine for that. He had to pay millions of pounds in damages over sexual assault. He's facing further charges of trying to overturn the result of the last election. Does that mean that he's ignoring spiritual advice, or do you think that that is something that perhaps you should be taking into account or advising him over? Well, apparently you don't read your Bible, because if you read your Bible, let me finish. I'm pointing out to you what has happened in recent weeks, Donald. Let me finish, let me finish, let me finish, because you're talking about allegations and things that he's been found guilty of by courts that from day one have already been trying to sabotage Donald Trump's presidency. Remember collusion, number one, right? You remember impeachment, number one, impeachment, number two, you remember Russian collusion, delusion, all of these things turn out to be false, right? And so the reality of it is there has a clear- Yeah, but a few weeks ago, he was found guilty of fraud. He was found facing a multi-million pound fine. He had to pay all this- The reality of it is that in Colorado tried to take Donald Trump off the ballot because they said he was guilty of insurrection, but the Supreme Court just nine to zero, including the Democrats, including the so-called liberal justices, all said Donald Trump belongs on that ballot. It is clear to me and to the millions of Americans- But he's still facing a trial over his role at the Capitol. The reality of it is that what we believe is falling apart, as you can see, if you've been reading the news, you see what is happening in Georgia, what the sexual allegations against the DA and the lawyer, the prosecutor that's leaving the charge against Donald Trump. But let me just answer your question like this. The Bible says like this, "We've all seen it and fallen short of the glory of God." Have you heard of a man called Noah who was an alcoholic, but yet he was the man that God said is going to reign? Have you heard of a man named Peter who was so anointed that when he walked around the ground, his shadow passed by those that were sick and they were healed, but yet that's the same man that cussed, the same man that Jesus said, "Get thee behind me, Satan," the same man that denied Jesus three times, the same man that took a knife and cut the ears off of a high priest's servant ear. You know a man named Paul who was what he called a chief servant who actually helped kill Christians, but yet he was the very person that we know and have the New Testament by.
