_Machine-generated by trump.fm on 2026-09-16T08:53:12.344Z (UTC): a model's reading of the day's posts, not his words. Its psychological terms describe the language, not a clinical assessment of him._

**Kennedy Center closed as unsafe, but its repair 'will not take place' if the courts reject its new name**

On Monday night he promised $5,000 for adult citizens if Republicans hold Congress, shared news of federal maps renaming Lake Ontario "Lake America," and posted four video clips in under three minutes, reposting each one himself. Tuesday opened with an attack on the Supreme Court over rulings that went against him, including one on mail-in voting: justices he appointed were now "a shell of their original selves," and Democrats, he said, would be free to cheat. Two hours later he said former FBI director Christopher Wray "should pay a price" over the Butler shooting, which he called a Democrat plot even though the gunman was a registered Republican and no investigation found one. The Kennedy Center filled the afternoon: a claim that a guard came within 60 seconds of death from falling debris, a polished engineering video, and word that the building is closed and won't be rebuilt if the courts reject its new name. He finished by plugging two allies' books, one of them linked to a paid stock-picking subscription, by which point the morning's anger had cooled.

The UTC date holds two sessions a night apart. The first, on the evening of 14 September Eastern, is nearly wordless: a conditional $5,000 promise, a headline about a renamed lake, and four video clips posted inside three minutes, each reposted by his own account within a minute of going up. The second, on the morning and early afternoon of the 15th, is written at length and aimed at courts: a signed attack on the Supreme Court, a post saying Christopher Wray "should pay a price," and a three-post sequence that closes the Kennedy Center while tying its repair to litigation over its name. Two book endorsements posted in the same minute end the day. Thirteen of the eighteen posts carry post-level analysis; the other five are self-reposts, four duplicating the midnight clips and one an image with no description.

## Where he was

The posts do not fix his location. The analysis of the Lake America share left open that he might still have been at Doonbeg; the other analyses that mention the clock read it as Eastern, and a Kennedy Center board vote announced as taking place "today" fits a Washington working day. This digest uses EDT (UTC−4). That puts eleven posts on Monday evening, 8:01 to 11:54 p.m., and seven on Tuesday between 9:27 a.m. and 3:11 p.m. On Irish time the evening posts would fall at about 1 a.m. and between 4:20 and 4:55 a.m. local, and the sleep reading at the end of this digest would not hold.

## Monday night: a payment, a renamed lake, four clips posted twice

The evening opens with a self-repost of an undescribed image (ts_117272114801568168) and, a minute later, the night's one written appeal (ts_117272120726997212): "Just like I delivered on the Great Big Beautiful Bill, which everyone said was impossible to pass, and the $1,776 to our great Military Warriors, I will get the $5000 for adult citizens if the Republicans win the House and Senate." Two past deliveries are put up as collateral for a cash payment, and the payment is made contingent on party control of Congress. "JUST GET OUT AND VOTE!!!" turns the promise into an instruction.

At 11:23 p.m. came a bare headline share (ts_117272909637512817): "National Weather Service begins changing 'Lake Ontario' to 'Lake America' on maps, weather forecasts." The order behind it, Executive Order 14422, followed failed trade talks with Canada; Carney and Ford have both said Canada keeps the original name, so the rename exists only inside U.S. federal publications. What the talks did not produce is taken on the map, from a lake that cannot answer. He adds nothing. The claim of reach is made by a forecast product, which is harder to wave off as bluster than self-praise would be, and the slight to an ally is delivered by an agency with the affect left out.

From 11:52 to 11:54 p.m., eight posts: four videos, each followed within about a minute by his own repost of it.

- **Tax enforcement** (ts_117273023815860960; repost ts_117273024744047319): "Civil Enforcement is auditing financial institutions that facilitated the laundering of Minnesota funds," and "The IRS will also soon announce the formation of a task force." The words are the clip's. No written analysis accompanies the post, so its elevated reading rests on the excerpt alone: federal tax enforcement aimed at institutions tied to one state's money, with a task force to follow.
- **AI regulation** (ts_117273026439561125; repost ts_117273027393365712): a Fox Business segment in which a former White House deputy chief of staff, now leading an AI advocacy group, tells Larry Kudlow "this is not about safety it's about control" and likens AI oversight to the Paris Climate Accords. That is the analogy he posted himself the day before ("The AI Hoax... reminiscent of their Global Warming Scam"), returning in a broadcast voice and going back out as corroboration. About a third of the clip is praise in the third person, "the greatest president for the worker," "he sees around the corner on this," which he gets to publish without claiming it. The sides are total: American labs and the president against "the Democrats the left," "silicon elites" and "the Europeans who are building nothing." Its criticism of Dario Amodei goes no further than disparagement, and the grievance is pointed at a ballot, "seven weeks out for an election."
- **Battleships** (ts_117273029042752027; repost ts_117273029820025573): his own December 2025 announcement of "two brand new, very large, largest we've ever built battleships," republished nine months on with no update. "100 times" recurs four times on different nouns and sits beside "They're longer by a little bit." The clip holds retrieval failures ("100 times the – they'll be 100 times the force, the power"; "They use the word lethality") and a second recital of "the Iowa, the Missouri, the Wisconsin, the Alabama," but those belong to the December speech and show nothing about his speech on the 14th.
- **Applause** (ts_117273030816566258; repost ts_117273031775671511): transcript "[ Applause ]".

Each clip hands the claim to another voice or to an earlier version of his own. Beside the $5,000 promise and Lake America, the night is a list of things renamed, built or paid for; the battleship analysis called it "a day of monuments." Eight posts inside three minutes, none of them written, looks like a queue being cleared. It shows speed of distribution and offers no evidence of pressured speech, and the reposts double the footprint without adding a word.

## Tuesday morning: justices he picked, now "petrified"

After nine and a half hours without a post, Tuesday opens (ts_117275286602582454) on a real loss: three adverse Supreme Court rulings, one bearing on mail-in voting, seven weeks before the midterms. "Republicans just got another bad decision from the United States Supreme Court, one that the Court System took forever to give." The word "another" makes the ruling one of a series.

The Court is split in two. Alito and Thomas, who dissented, are "legends both"; the rest are "a shell of their original selves," and "These are not the people I interviewed to serve on the United States Supreme Court" turns the loss into betrayal by his own selections. The explanation offered is fear: the Court is "bullied and cajoled by the Radical Left," and "Certain Justices are petrified of these crazed and depraved Democrats." The pressure he attributes to the opposition is the pressure this post puts on the justices in public.

A martyr clause follows: "it will likely cost me dearly for years to come - but I feel it my obligation and duty, as President." No cost is named, and an attack from the most powerful office becomes a sacrifice for the reader to witness. The working claim is electoral. The ruling is said to give the opposition "an open field," and mail voting is called a "SCAM" that the United States alone endures, which is false. Set against the 8:02 p.m. post, the midterms changed shape overnight: on Monday a Republican win was the condition for a $5,000 payment; by Tuesday morning a loss has been explained before it happens, with the Court assigned the blame.

The trigger is a consequential legal defeat, and anger at it is proportionate. What outruns it is the jump from disagreement to diagnosis, justices "petrified," and a fraud story installed ahead of the vote.

## Late morning: Butler becomes a case against Wray

Two hours later (ts_117275762575563311): "Everybody knows the Crooked Joe Biden FBI didn't do what they should have with respect to the Lunatic who shot me in Butler, PA." The chain runs from unspecified evidence ("New info was just found!") through a question with one available answer ("Why wasn't it seen long ago?") to one named man: "Dirty Cop Christopher Wray should pay a price," "certainly for the things he said." The same post says the information was "missing, altered, corrupted, or gone" by January 20, so the evidence is both destroyed and newly found.

Two of the post's supports fail against the record. The shooter, Thomas Matthew Crooks, was a registered Republican who acted alone, and no investigation, the Republican-led House task force included, found coordination; "a Democrat Plot, to get me out of the Election" has nothing under it. Wray, filed under "the Crooked Joe Biden FBI," was Trump's own 2017 appointee.

Read with the 9:27 a.m. post, the morning makes one move twice: appointees who disappointed him are reassigned to the other side. The justices are "not the people I interviewed"; Wray becomes Biden's FBI.

The attempt on his life gets five subordinate words ("the Lunatic who shot me in Butler, PA"), while the post's energy sits in the retribution clause, which reaches past conduct into speech. The elevated reading rests on a named man and a consequence left open. Between them, the two morning posts attribute violent or criminal intent to Democrats as a class ("crazed and depraved," "a Democrat Plot") seven weeks before an election, the day's widest-reaching language. It stops short of a targeting pattern: Wray is named once and never returned to, and the justices under attack appear only as "Certain Justices."

## Early afternoon: the Kennedy Center, told three ways

The day's one sustained thread ran across three posts in three registers: his own statement, a produced video, and a notice in the board's name.

**The statement** (ts_117275843063089895, 11:49 a.m.): "The Kennedy Center is in a virtual state of collapse, and has been for many years. A large piece of concrete and steel just dropped down, in a thud, from the ceiling of a heavily trafficked main hallway. If the Building were open, innocent people would have been killed." The guard "had just passed the area, one minute prior," and a sentence later is "60 seconds away from certain death," the same interval in smaller units joined to an outcome the facts do not supply. The building is both "a heavily trafficked main hallway" and a place with "no people that would have the Courage to even go in": the danger argument needs occupants and the contempt argument needs none. Credit divides the same way. "I'm the only one who can do so, because I have the ability to raise the money, and the ability to construct — that few others have" sits four lines from "It had nothing to do with me, I am only there to help." The unnamed judge is "very hostile and conflicted (What else is new?)"; "The Judge has made us keep it open"; and a destruction is assigned to him in advance: "the Building is destined to doom. Isn't that too bad?" That last aside is relish. The syntax holds his written baseline, with one dropped word in "needed do what must be done."

**The video** (ts_117276165695164918, 1:11 p.m.) is a narrated condition report that never names him: soffit panels "suspended 60 feet directly above active pedestrian pathways," beams with "section loss of up to 40%," a Grand Foyer collapse after "a security officer had cleared the area." It makes his case with no judge and no foretold death, so the inflation in the statement was his. Its analysis describes a September 4 plaster collapse; if that is the incident the statement means, "just dropped down" was eleven days old and "concrete and steel" had been plaster. The video flatters by arrangement: decay that predates him ("for 30 years, a failed filtration system"), a decision presented as forced ("the only path"), and a payoff left for him ("a historic grand reopening"). Placed behind his statement, an engineering brief becomes an exhibit against a court.

**The notice** (ts_117276573235915643, 2:54 p.m.): "The Board of The Kennedy Center today agreed, almost unanimously, to close the Building for Safety reasons." The closing is immediate and the repair conditional: reconstruction "cannot begin until such time as the D.C. Circuit rules on the Board's approved name," and if that ruling goes against him and survives Supreme Court review, the work "will not take place." The name is never written, and "the Board's approved name" treats the rename as settled. Agency goes where it flatters: the Board "agreed," money "has been put into" the account, but "17 Million Dollars, raised by President Trump" gets an actor, in the third person, inside a notice signed "President DONALD J. TRUMP." "If the ruling is a negative one, which it should not be" marks an unissued decision as error before it exists.

Over three hours the pressure on the court moves out of invective and into a condition written in administrative prose, and three frictions sit inside the sequence. At 11:49 a.m. "The Judge has made us keep it open"; at 2:54 p.m. "The closing will take place immediately," and neither post says what changed. The self-described "only one who can do so" states that the work "will not take place" if the name ruling goes the wrong way, which makes a building where "innocent people would have been killed" into leverage. And the Supreme Court, whose morning decision was "horrible, highly political," is by afternoon invoked as the remedy if the lower court rules against him.

## 3:11 p.m.: two blurbs, one minute

The endorsements that close the day went up in the same minute. The first (ts_117276639949770622) plugs a book with his own foreword ("It was my Honor to write the Foreword"), and the praise for Brian Pannebecker is made of attachment and of Trump's own record: Pannebecker "has been with us from the very beginning," among the "Great Patriots" who "helped us secure Historic Victories." The count given is "Historic Victories in three Presidential Campaigns," which files the 2020 loss among the wins inside a dependent clause, where anyone sharing the post is never asked to defend it. Tariffs join the virtues: "the Wisdom, Courage, and TARIFFS required to, MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN."

The second (ts_117276640394053011) confers a title, "the Great Charles Payne," and ranks its reasons aloud: "a true professional," "understands what it takes to be successful," then "Much less importantly, he is also a great guy!" The joke depends on the ranking being real. The link is a direct-response funnel: a "free" book for $9.95 shipping, a $37-a-month advisory subscription upsell, and stocks "built to move 300% or more" beside the site's own note that results "are not typical." The president's account is sending followers to a paid financial product under the word "book."

Under four hours after "should pay a price," with nothing between to mark a turn, the feed is handing out honorifics. Switches that wide are ordinary for him; this one's speed sits at the high end of his range.

## Anger that arrived at full strength and cooled

Nothing built. The day's hottest writing is its first Tuesday post, and what followed ran cooler: the Wray post close behind it, the Kennedy Center statement more contemptuous than angry ("Isn't that too bad?"), the video and notice without heat, the book plugs warm. The arc has two turns. Overnight, a run of victories (a payment, a lake, a fleet, "the greatest president for the worker") gave way to injury ("cost me dearly," "the Lunatic who shot me"), a contamination shape; across the afternoon, control came back through a closure announced on his conditions and ended in the patron's role ("the Great Charles Payne"), a redemption shape. The Court set off the first turn from outside; the second came through a notice he signed.

The daytime triggers are the Court's rulings, new Butler material, and the Kennedy Center's condition and litigation. Neither entry in the historian's file for the period, the June steel and aluminum tariff modifications or the America 250 launch, surfaces in the posts; tariffs appear only as a virtue in a book plug.

## A full night's gap, if he was in Washington

On Eastern time the longest gap, 9 hours 33 minutes from 11:54 p.m. to 9:27 a.m., leaves room for an ordinary night, and nothing was posted from 3:11 p.m. to the end of the UTC day at 8 p.m. The dense stretch is the midnight burst, and it has no writing in it. The Tuesday statements are long and organized and keep their structure from the first to the last. One post-level analysis described the day's volume as elevated across unrelated domains; with no baseline count available here, and four of the eighteen posts duplicating others, the count does not carry a hypomanic reading. If he was still at Doonbeg, the burst lands before 5 a.m. local, and the posts cannot settle that.

The cognitive markers sit in content more than in form: magnitude inflation ("100 times," "60 seconds away from certain death"), motive assigned without evidence ("petrified," "a Democrat Plot"), a false premise carried in a subordinate clause ("three Presidential Campaigns"), and appointees moved to the enemy side ("These are not the people I interviewed"). The one slip of form in his own writing is "needed do what must be done." The fluency failures on view came from a nine-month-old speech.

### Narrative

A Monday-night run of victory material, including a promised payment, a renamed lake, his own battleship announcement and a TV segment praising him, gave way after a long overnight gap to a Tuesday morning of grievance, first at Supreme Court justices he appointed and then at Christopher Wray over Butler. By early afternoon that grievance had a practical outlet in the Kennedy Center, closed for safety with its rebuilding tied to the court fight over its name, and the day ended on warm plugs for two allies' books. The courts were the adversary running through the day's anger.

### Dominant themes

- Past announcements and friendly TV coverage dropped as video near midnight, each clip posted and then reposted by his own account (1 post)
- Kennedy Center collapse, immediate closure, and repair tied to the court fight over its name (1 post)
- Courts as adversaries: Supreme Court rulings, the Kennedy Center judge, the pending D.C. Circuit decision (1 post)
- Midterms seven weeks out: a $5,000 payment for a Republican win, mail-in cheating blamed in advance (1 post)
- Renaming and building: Lake America, battleships, the Kennedy Center's new name (1 post)
- Retribution through enforcement: Wray 'should pay a price', IRS audits over Minnesota funds (1 post)
- Own appointees reassigned to the enemy side: justices 'not the people I interviewed', Wray as Biden's FBI (1 post)
- Promotional endorsements of loyal allies' books (1 post)

### Contradictions that day

- [ts_117275286602582454](https://trump.fm/post/ts_117275286602582454): The Supreme Court's decision is 'horrible, highly political' and 'Certain Justices are petrified of these crazed and depraved Democrats'
vs. [ts_117276573235915643](https://trump.fm/post/ts_117276573235915643): A negative D.C. Circuit ruling on the name, 'which it should not be,' would still go to Supreme Court review, the same Court now invoked as the remedy
- [ts_117275843063089895](https://trump.fm/post/ts_117275843063089895): 'I'm the only one who can do so, because I have the ability to raise the money, and the ability to construct'
vs. [ts_117276573235915643](https://trump.fm/post/ts_117276573235915643): Reconstruction 'cannot begin until such time as the D.C. Circuit rules on the Board's approved name' and 'will not take place' if the ruling is negative
- [ts_117275843063089895](https://trump.fm/post/ts_117275843063089895): 'I'm the only one who can do so'
vs. [ts_117275843063089895](https://trump.fm/post/ts_117275843063089895): 'It had nothing to do with me, I am only there to help'

vs. [ts_117276165695164918](https://trump.fm/post/ts_117276165695164918): The collapse came after 'a security officer had cleared the area,' with no claim that anyone faced death
- [ts_117275843063089895](https://trump.fm/post/ts_117275843063089895): 'The Judge has made us keep it open'
vs. [ts_117276573235915643](https://trump.fm/post/ts_117276573235915643): 'The closing will take place immediately', with no account of what changed
- [ts_117275843063089895](https://trump.fm/post/ts_117275843063089895): The debris fell in 'a heavily trafficked main hallway'
vs. [ts_117275843063089895](https://trump.fm/post/ts_117275843063089895): There are 'no people that would have the Courage to even go in'
- [ts_117275762575563311](https://trump.fm/post/ts_117275762575563311): By January 20 'most of the information was missing, altered, corrupted, or gone'
vs. [ts_117275762575563311](https://trump.fm/post/ts_117275762575563311): 'New info was just found!'

### Cognitive concerns

- Magnitude and time inflation: 'one minute prior' restated as '60 seconds away from certain death'; '100 times' attached to four nouns in the republished battleship speech
- Motive assigned without evidence: justices 'bullied and cajoled' and 'petrified'; Butler as 'a Democrat Plot' despite a lone, Republican-registered shooter
- Same-post contradictions left standing: 'heavily trafficked main hallway' vs 'no people that would have the Courage to even go in'; 'I'm the only one who can do so' vs 'It had nothing to do with me'
- Appointees split off into the enemy camp: 'These are not the people I interviewed'; Wray, his 2017 pick, filed under 'the Crooked Joe Biden FBI'
- False premise carried in a subordinate clause: 'Historic Victories in three Presidential Campaigns' counts the 2020 loss
- Rhetorical question used as proof: 'New info was just found! Why wasn't it seen long ago?'
- Retrieval failures and perseveration ('100 times the – they'll be 100 times the force, the power'; 'They use the word lethality') belong to the December 2025 clip, not to the day's own writing
- One dropped word in written text: 'needed do what must be done'

> The Board of The Kennedy Center today agreed, almost unanimously, to close the Building for Safety reasons, and so that it can begin the process of Reconstruction. The closing will take place immediately, however, the Renovation and Reconstruction, which is a very large and complex job, cannot begin until such time as the D.C. If the ruling is a negative one, which it should not be, and is not overturned by the U.S. Supreme Court, the Reconstruction and the Renovation of The Kennedy Center will not take place. The attorneys from the DOJ will ask for an expedited appeal. In the meantime, 17 Million Dollars, raised by President Trump, has been put into The Kennedy Center account to keep it afloat. > For more than 50 years, the Kennedy Center has stood along the Potomac as a living memorial to President John F. Kennedy, in America's home for the performing arts. Millions have come through its doors to experience music, theater, dance, history, and culture. Yet behind the marble facade, above the ceilings, and beneath the foundation, critical systems are failing. Above the iconic walkways, wrapping the building's exterior, lower roof drainage failures have saturated the massive overhead panels, severely corroding the steel supports that hold them in place. One third of these 278 soffit panels require immediate replacement, and over 95% exhibit significant corrosion. Each panel weighs up to 2,500 pounds, suspended 60 feet directly above active pedestrian pathways. In the parking garage, decades of water infiltration have degraded structural concrete and severely corroded structural steel. Temporary shoring towers now hold up deteriorating slabs directly above active drive lanes, while key steel beams exhibit section loss of up to 40%. This degradation reaches further into the subterranean service tunnel and loading docks. Chronic water intrusion has compromised joints and fractur… (full transcript: https://trump.fm/post/ts_117276165695164918)

A security guard had just passed the area, one minute prior to this ceiling collapse. He was, therefore, 60 seconds away from certain death. The Judge has made us keep it open even though there are no performances, and no people that would have the Courage to even go in. The Board of The Kennedy Center has strongly voted to save it, and they know I’m the only one who can do so, because I have the ability to raise the money, and the ability to construct — that few others have. I also have the strength and power of the Presidency, which will be needed do what must be done, and give it a strong shot at Greatness again! Remember, The Kennedy Center was losing Hundreds of Millions of Dollars when I took over. It was failing badly! It had nothing to do with me, I am only there to help. I just got there to reveal the facts, but especially those concerning Building Safety. A very hostile and conflicted Judge (What else is new?) seems like he won’t let that happen, in which case, unfortunately, the Building is destined to doom. Isn’t that too bad? We have already wasted more than 6 months “playing around” in Court. Time is our Enemy! The Board, comprised of some of the most prominent and respected people in our Nation, is meeting again today. It will be interesting to see what happens! Thank you for your attention to this matter. President DONALD J. TRUMP

> Everybody knows the Crooked Joe Biden FBI didn’t do what they should have with respect to the Lunatic who shot me in Butler, PA. By the time I got into Office, on January 20th, most of the information was missing, altered, corrupted, or gone. New info was just found! Why wasn’t it seen long ago? This was all a Democrat Plot, to get me out of the Election, that failed. Dirty Cop Christopher Wray should pay a price for the way he handled this assassination attempt, and certainly for the things he said. GOD BLESS AMERICA — MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN! > Republicans just got another bad decision from the United States Supreme Court, one that the Court System took forever to give, and then blamed it, in part, on no time left to implement a solution to our totally CORRUPT and out of control Mail-In voting “disaster,” which is a laughing stock all over the World, and where we are the only country that has to endure such a Nation Destroying SCAM. Justices Alito and Thomas, legends both, strongly disagreed with this horrible, highly political, ruling. It is a big loss for Republicans, and America itself, and makes cheating by the Radical Left “Dumocrats,” on Mail-In Ballots, a much easier thing to do - And now they have an open field to do so! The Supreme Court has really let our Country down! Certain Justices are petrified of these crazed and depraved Democrats, and are totally unable to show the courage necessary to save our America. Their horrible decision on Tariffs will be costing the U.S.A., for many years to come, Trillions and Trillions of Dollars. They didn’t even state, “money paid does not have to be paid back,” much to the benefit of entities that truly hate our Country, and have been RIPPING IT OFF FOR YEARS, unnecessarily costing us, immediately, Billions of Dollars. Likewise, the Supreme Court’s Decision on Birthright Citizenship is a complete and total disaster for America, and has already led to massive corruption with respect to “citizenship” in our Country. The damage done to America is incalculable, and they know this, just as everyone else does - It is an irreparable and unrecoverable harm! The Court’s inability and unwillingness to do the right thing for our Country will go down, in a very negative way, in the annals of History. This Supreme Court is bullied and cajoled by the Radical Left into making decisions that have set America back at least a hundred years. These are not the people I interviewed to serve on the United States Supreme Court, they are merely a shell of their original selves, a Court that is costing the United States Trillions of Dollars with shockingly bad rulings that are of such magnitude that it won’t be easily possible for our Country to recover or heal. It is a Court that will go down as having rendered some of the most destructive, hurtful, and damaging decisions in our Country’s history. It is not easy for me to write this criticism of the United States Supreme Court - it will likely cost me dearly for years to come - but I feel it my obligation and duty, as President, to do so for the America we love! Thank you for your attention to this very important matter. God bless the U.S.A. President DONALD J. TRUMP
