Welcome to this savage nation. Today's brief, abbreviated discussion will be about the arguments that I just listened to before the Supreme Court about birthright citizenship. I was somewhat incensed by listening to the arguments because all I heard was legalese being bandied back and forth, and quite noticeable to me was that the person bringing the arguments in favor of flooding America with illegal aliens to change the demographics forever was a Chinese American who looks to me like the classic ACLU attorney, very smart, very evil, and very devious. The ACLU is the head of the snake, they have been forever, and there they were again trying to turn America into a cesspool. We all know that these arguments should not be conducted in the abstract of a courtroom. This is really not about law, this is about public opinion. Now I could start arguing about the Constitution itself, and I'll get into a stone, I'll run into a stone wall with who would you say? Well we can't modify the Constitution because it's written in stone, and if we do they'll take away our first and second amendment, which is what they would do. So that's the problem. I mean the Constitution was written before air travel, needless to say, before television, before the internet, before radio, and you could say how relevant are some of these arguments when people are coming here by airplane in the ninth month of their pregnancy to just drop one on the, drop a baby here becomes an instant citizen and then they bring the entire family in from China or in the, or some other hellhole on the planet. You don't have to go too far to see that English is not spoken here anymore, and that there's almost no loyalty to this country amongst the immigrant class coming in today, which was not always the case. No, they're not like the European Americans of today and their ancestors. The Irish integrated, the Italians integrated, the Polish integrated, the Lithuanians, the Romanians, the Russians, they all integrated and became Americans in the melting pot. The idea of the melting pot is long over. It is now just the cash-in pot. We've gone from the melting pot to the chamber pot, as I said many years ago. You don't have to go any further than any city in America to see what this has brought upon this country. So to listen to these very wise smart lawyers arguing in the abstract as to whether birthright citizenship should apply to anyone born here no matter who their parents are or where their parents came from is ludicrous to me, which is why I put up a poll on my social channels where I said birthright citizenship should be subjected to a national vote, not put in the hands of lawyers, let the citizens decide. Well of course I knew how it would go because I know what the people think. It's 80/20, yes. Of course we should have a national referendum on this as though, see in California we have propositions, as rigged as they are, that people get a chance to vote on certain propositions. And when we vote against what the governor wants or what the vermin who run the state want, they find a cockamamie ACLU lawyer to overturn our vote anyway, which is where revolutions arise, how revolutions arrive, arise because no longer can we take any more of this s***. I don't like getting vulgar but I can't take it anymore. The country has been stolen from us by these f***ing lawyers. Shakespeare had it right. I didn't like listening to all of their fine arguments without talking about the realities in place and how this has become a bankrupt welfare nation. Bankrupt welfare nation. There is article after article about the abuse of the welfare system in the state of California, a great one today in the California Post. You actually would not believe the extent of the fraud in this state. And a good portion of it is being conducted by immigrant front groups, all protected by ACLU. They've done more damage to this nation than all the mafia families put together, in my unhumble opinion. Gangsters with laptops, more dangerous than gangsters with guns for what they've done to this nation. They've robbed us blind, treated us like second-class citizens, let the turd whirl triumph, stepped on our flag, etc. So again birthright citizenship is the question. I can't take much more. Well I woke up and I saw what was going on and I said I'm really glad that I could watch this. First they made an issue of Trump showing up like it was illegal for the president the United States to witness this when it turns out. They said oh he's there to bully them. Actually they said as we studied this there was actually a chair put in there by the founding fathers in the Supreme Court for a president to sit in. So Trump is an activist president. That was no good either. That was no good either. Whatever he does is no good. Earlier when I saw this going on and listened to the snake from the ACLU, Ms. Wang, Attorney Wang, she speaks so eloquently. Supreme Court arguments are just legal on our shores to then bring in the entire family. How about some common sense in a bankrupt nation? ACLU Attorney Wang is pushing to destroy our national identity, turn us into a colony of China, but it's not limited to China. It's also India. They're also abusing it. I used to be a great supporter of Indians in India until I opened my eyes up of what's going on here. White men need not apply to jobs in the state of California. Never mind. Never mind in high tech. Your chances are nil. You have to be from India or China because almost all the internal mechanisms are set up to run by Indians and Chinese. I know it for a fact. I know it for a fact. You don't have to argue with it. If you don't know what you're talking about, don't argue with me. And I asked the question on a poll. Should birthright citizenship be subjected to a national vote? Not put in the hands of lawyers. Should the citizens decide? Admittedly, it's a small sample. Admittedly, it's a biased sample. Okay, but watching the Supreme Court arguments in the future of our nation, can we? This very famous case was Andrew Jackson, who after the Supreme Court ruled about the, I think it was the Cherokee removal, he disagreed with what the Supreme Court said. And he said now that the court has decided let them enforce, meaning he said go screw yourselves. I hold all the power with the military. That's what he said to the Supreme Court then. So if this comes out the way I see it coming, which is sure let him come here and drop a baby in the ninth month on the doorstep and turn him into an innocent citizen and then bring in all the ancestors from India and from China. Sure, bring them all in. If that's what happens, which is I see what's gonna happen. I think we need a Jackson as president. And I don't mean Kendi Jackson. I mean we need someone to stand up to these lawyers. They've destroyed our nation. Unbelievable what's going on in my nation and my state, the corrupt state of California, where fraud is so rampant that even Democrats are screaming about it. I don't see anyone giving a cogent argument in favor of illegal immigrants dropping babies on the shore. Of course you're gonna get the racists who say it was okay with his European Americans. There's only a few hardcore conservative Americans on there. And the reason they do it is quite simple is because the legal profession is a closed circuit. They all work in their own world and they don't want to be excluded from the events that the legal people have with each other. It's the lawyers of the ACLU who have destroyed this nation. They're always on the side of the criminal, not the cop, the criminal, not the victim, the illegal alien, not the legal citizen. The ACLU is a gangster criminal organization. I for years told you how this could be done and I still don't know why Trump hasn't done it. He's gone after other national enemies. For God's sake, he's at war with Iran right now. I would say that the ACLU has done more damage to this nation than Iran has ever done directly to this nation. The ACLU has done more damage to our borders, language, and culture than Iran has done. The ACLU and their cockamamie lawyers have done more damage to America than the mullahs in Iran have done to this nation. Why can't they be taken down under the RICO statutes? I've studied it. Racketeering, influence, corrupt organization. That's the ACLU by definition where three or more people conspire to bring this nation down and turn us into an unrecognizable cesspool reminiscent of the worst third world dictatorships. Break the ACLU on the RICO statutes, President Trump please. I don't think it's gonna happen. They're all afraid of them. I don't know what it is. I don't understand that. Well that's one man's opinion on the issue of birthright citizenship. President Trump, one last appeal to you today. Please bust the ACLU on the RICO statutes before there's nothing left of this nation to save.

Senate Majority Leader John Thune, and Senator Lindsey Graham, have taken a critical first step to passing another Reconciliation Bill to fund our Great Border Patrol and ICE Agents. The Radical Left Democrats, and their so-called “Leader,” Cryin’ Chuck Schumer, one of the most incompetent Senators in American History, will try to offer “Amendments” during this process to divide Republicans. Republicans must stick together and UNIFY to get this done, and to keep America safe — something which the Democrats don’t care about. Thank you for your attention to this matter. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN! President DONALD J. TRUMP

A RIGGED ELECTION TOOK PLACE LAST NIGHT IN THE GREAT COMMONWEALTH OF VIRGINIA! All day long Republicans were winning, the Spirit was unbelievable, until the very end when, of course, there was a massive “Mail In Ballot Drop!” Where have I heard that before — And the Democrats eked out another Crooked Victory! Six to five goes to ten to one, and yet the Presidential Election in November was very close to a 50-50 split. In addition to everything else, the language on the Referendum was purposefully unintelligible and deceptive. As everyone knows, I am an extraordinarily brilliant person, and even I had no idea what the hell they were talking about in the Referendum, and neither do they! Let’s see if the Courts will fix this travesty of “Justice.” President DONALD J. TRUMP

Very good news! I have just been informed that the eight women protestors who were going to be executed tonight in Iran will no longer be killed. Four will be released immediately, and four will be sentenced to one month in prison. I very much appreciate that Iran, and its leaders, respected my request, as President of the United States, and terminated the planned execution. Thank you for your attention to this matter! President DONALD J. TRUMP

To the Iranian leaders, who will soon be in negotiations with my representatives: I would greatly appreciate the release of these women. I am sure that they will respect the fact that you did so. Please do them no harm! Would be a great start to our negotiations!!! Thank you for your attention to this matter. President DONALD J. TRUMP

How can the Democrats not like how the U.S. Supreme Court votes. The Democrat Justices stick together like glue, NEVER failing to wander from the warped and perverse policies, ideas, and cases put before them. They ALWAYS vote as a group, or BLOCK, even that new, Low IQ person, that somehow found her way to the bench (Sleepy Joe!). The Republican Justices don’t stick together, they give the Democrats win after win, like a 159 Billion Dollar pile of cash on a completely ridiculous Tariff decision, and nasty, one sided questions on the country destroying subject of Birthright Citizenship, something which virtually NO OTHER COUNTRY IN THE WORLD IS STUPID ENOUGH TO ALLOW. It was meant for the babies of slaves, not for the babies of Chinese Billionaires. No, certain “Republican” Justices have just gone weak, stupid, and bad, completely violating what they “supposedly” stood for. Handing over 159 Billion Dollars in Tariff refunds to people who have been Ripping Off our Country for years, is unexplainable. One little sentence would have stoped this record setting payment from having to be made. It is a travesty! Their Tariff decision was an unnecessary and expensive slap in the face to the U.S.A., and a giant victory for its opponents. If they rule against our Country on Birthright Citizenship, which they probably will, it will be even worse, if that’s possible. It will cost America massive amounts of money but, more importantly, it will cost America its DIGNITY! No, the Radical Left Democrats don’t need to “Pack the Court,” it’s already Packed! My last job in the Navy was in the SEAL teams. My job was to train and coach SEALs on the West Coast on how to do VBSS, so a little bit of experience with what you guys are doing, and I appreciate, I know that's a very complicated mission set, and I appreciate all the hard work that you guys do. Admiral, I want to ask you if you believe that the President of the United States, the Commander-in-Chief, under Article II of the Constitution, has brought executive powers for maritime security. Do you recognize that, sir? Yes, yes, I recognize that. Do you recognize that the President may direct maritime interdictions when enforcing sanctions or national security measures, Admiral? Yes, I do, we follow that. Okay, so one of the things that's concerned me as a former service member myself is a video that was made by Senator Mark Kelly and several other senators who, just a couple months ago, they made a video to tell service members that they don't need to follow unlawful orders. Admiral, are you familiar with this video? I have not seen the video itself. I was following the news story, obviously, and the escalation of the-- It made national news, did it not, Admiral? It did, indeed. Did you or any of the other high-ranking Coast Guard officers that you work with fear that a video like that might undermine your chain of command? From my standpoint, I have found that our service members will follow lawful orders if they, you know, as given. I find it interesting, Admiral, that I didn't see any videos made like that from members of Congress during the Biden administration. I wanna submit an article for the record. This is from CNN. Biden finalizes new rules for U.S. drone strikes. President Joe Biden has signed a long-awaited classified policy tightening the rules for the CIA and Pentagon to carry out deadly drone strikes and commando raids conducted outside of traditional war zones, U.S. officials said on Friday. This was October 7th, 2022. Did you notice that no members of Congress, including Senator Kelly, made any videos during this time, Admiral? - I'm not familiar with that article. - 'Cause you didn't see any videos, did you? I didn't. - Not that I recall, no. - As service members, we tend to follow these types of things, right? - Yes. - Yeah. I found that very interesting that they weren't making videos during that timeframe about whether or not service members follow lawful orders or not. - And I think we all know that, right, Admiral? Don't we get that training and basic training that we're not supposed to follow unlawful orders? - Absolutely. And at all the session sources, that is what we train our personnel. - Yeah, so did you find that video a little bit odd knowing that we all know that? - I find that it's, you know, for me, as I reflect on it, I think it's unnecessary. I think our personnel will know to follow lawful orders and to question unlawful orders. - Yeah, that's what I thought too. Admiral, you guys, Congress delivered for you guys in a pretty big way during the reconciliation package, is that correct? - That is absolutely correct. - We gave you about $25 billion, is that correct? - Yes, generational change for the Coast Guard, Congressman. - And you guys had about seven billion in maintenance backlog for infrastructure, is that correct? - Yes, that's correct. - Do you, how do you see the Coast Guard deploying that money to make sure that the Coast Guard is ready to carry out the nation's national security and homeland security needs in the next couple of years? - We, under Force Design 28, Congressmen, we have reorganized to ensure that the Coast Guard can obligate all of those funds quickly. We're not waiting for the five years that they're available to us. We wanna spend those right away on maintenance, on shore infrastructure, to get after the problems that we have. - Thank you. My last question for you, Admiral, is do you feel in the last couple months with the boat strikes and everything else going on, do you feel like you have given orders to your men to carry out any of these strikes, any of these interdictions that have been deemed unlawful? - The Department of War has had the lead to these kinetic strikes. The Coast Guard has not been involved with them, so I can answer that we have not, I have not felt that way at all.

Great job of explaining USA “winning” by Jim Hanson of “Middle East Forum” on Jesse Watters Primetime!

Video transcript 3:43

>> Jim Hansen's a former U.S. Army Special Forces and Chief Strategist for the Middle East Forum. Jim, what do you think is going on today in Tehran? >> I think they are scrambling and anybody who says this fracture between the religious leadership and the military and their civilian political leadership is a bad thing doesn't understand how to break a tyrannical regime. Of course we want them arguing with each other and obviously I think the military will come out on top as you said they do have the guns but in the end they don't have much in the way of weapons left and anytime they poke any of those weapons out of their holes we destroy them. So they've got a very short window before they run out of money, they run out of the ability to pump oil, they already can't sell it and there's not any money coming in to run the regime. Anybody who thinks they're ahead in this game is not paying attention. >> So is it more of a negotiating tactic or is it them trying to consolidate power as they lead negotiations going forward? >> They want the world and anybody else to think that they are ahead. That's why you hear them say things like 26 ships broke the blockade, well no, 26 ships got turned back and the 27th got a free engine room redecoration courtesy of a U.S.S. destroyers five inch gun, free ventilation, that's not how you win. Next we take a tanker and now we've got 2 million barrels of free oil. They don't have any way to come out ahead in the blockade game. They're wrong if they can think they can wait President Trump out and if he has to start breaking some more of their stuff to emphasize the point, we have plenty of ways to do that. They have nothing but maybe an opportunity to attack a ship trying to transit the strait. >> And they don't have a lot of time left. You heard Bessin say these oil wells, they're going to fill up and they're going to have to shuttle production soon. Do you think the president waits and sees how things unfold inside Tehran or do you think he needs to give him a little nudge? >> Here's the thing. Anything the president blows up right now causes damage for the Iranian people and he's got the opportunity, there was a point there where I guess the defeat mongers thought they were going to convince the world that President Trump had to stop this because of the pressure. We can absorb some short term oil price jumps and the political pressure at home is not going to change President Trump's calculation. He can beat them at this game. The fewer things he blows up from here going forward, the better, but they shouldn't think for a second, he will not give them an object lesson in how to make the rubble bounce. >> And the United States and Israel have been accumulating so much intelligence over the last two weeks that whatever fighting does break out will end pretty quickly. Is that your understanding? >> Yeah, we've got all of their people identified. If we wanted to, we could take out another layer of their leadership again, but we need somebody to go ahead and quasi surrender whatever this ends up being. So if they want to try and I mean, they can't fight in the normal use of that word. They can cause damage, they can be a terrorist state breaking other people's things, but they can't take us on force. And if they want to go ahead and let the IRGC take a run at being the heads of a military as opposed to a theocracy, that will be a very short-lived event.

joining me now to break that news, as he always does, is my favorite John Solomon, founder of Just The News. John, first of all, before we get into their latest and greatest, what is ActBlue specifically? It is the largest Democratic online fundraising machine in America. It moves hundreds of millions of dollars of small donations, online donations to Democrat and liberal causes, every election cycle. It is the juggernaut of the Democratic fundraising machine these days. I remember when we had Hurricane Harvey down in my neck of the woods in Houston, and Democrats famously fundraised to help those hurricane victims, and instead the money went to ActBlue. That's just how these people operate. Now, what's the latest and greatest? Well, there have been three investigations ongoing. There's one in the Senate, one in the FBI and Justice Department, and then one in the House. Yesterday, the House, three separate committees of the United States House of Representatives, the Judiciary Committee, the Administration Committee, and the Oversight Committee sent a letter to ActBlue saying, "Hey, we think you misled us. We think you've been lying about this, and we're going to bring you in for further depositions." Now, as part of that, they also released a report. The report said that all of the legal compliance officers for ActBlue, the lawyers who were supposed to keep ActBlue out of trouble, all took the Fifth Amendment when being questioned about the various practices designed to keep illegal foreign money and excessive donations from moving through the platform to Democrat and liberal causes. That is not a good sign if you're ActBlue, if you're lawyers, lawyer up and take the Fifth Amendment. The third element of that is that the report hinted at some pretty significant transactions. ActBlue became aware at various times that foreign money and other illicit transactions were coming through their platform but didn't tighten up their fraud prevention tactics. In fact, they did the opposite. They downgraded their fraud prevention tactics, almost seeming to enable fraud to occur on the platform easier. One of the things they got rid of and didn't use for most of the 2024 election campaign, that little three-number code that you have in the back of your credit card, that's probably the biggest, the CVV, it's called, the biggest fraud prevention opportunity that everybody has. If you don't have the code, you don't have the card, you're not the person. For some reason, ActBlue got rid of that for a long period of time until they were called out on it after a series of stories by Just The News in the summer of 2024. That was a really red flag. And if that isn't enough to make you suspicious about ActBlue, yesterday, the Attorney General of Texas, Ken Paxton, sued ActBlue saying that they had misled the state in its investigation and that they likely engaged in improper fundraising in the state. So there is a world of hurt surrounding ActBlue this moment. And meanwhile, donations on ActBlue look to be a little bit down this year compared to prior years. Okay. So you would know this much better than me. This sounds complicated, as in this sounds like something that's going to take a while to unravel and expose. And if people were expecting ActBlue's CEO, whoever that may be, to go to prison tomorrow, they're going to be sorely mistaken. Well, I think there's one issue that is very prescient and very time-sensitive, and that is that a couple of weeks ago in a New York Times article, a letter surfaced from the law firm that was representing ActBlue that made clear that ActBlue's own lawyers believed that ActBlue had misled Congress, had made a false representation or statement to Congress. That's not a hard case to bring. If that is true, and if the lawyer's evidence becomes part of that case, that could be a profound and quick potential prosecution. And then you might take that act as a prosecutor because you want to roll a person up or a couple people up to get them to cooperate against the larger enterprise. So I'd be watching for that part of the case to bubble up. Meanwhile, I think Casper Dell dropped a big bombshell in the Maria Bartiroma Sunday show. He said that the election meddling allegations are now part of the grand conspiracy case, the one that's looking at Russia collusion as election meddling, Ukraine impeachment as election meddling, the raid on Donald Trump's house in Mar-a-Lago as election meddling, and of course Jack Smith's antics before the '24 election. The fact that he said that now election integrity issues are part of that is a big, big shift. That is the first time we've heard that, and it appears to be that ActBlue is part of that election cheating, election concerns that are being investigated. It doesn't mean it happened, but that's clearly what they're looking at. Did they allow illicit foreign money or excessive donations to come into? So DOJ looks like it's got a hot iron right now. I think the nearest case, if they do make one, and it doesn't mean that the evidence will show this, but if the lawyers for ActBlue are telling the truth in that letter, ActBlue could have a charge of misleading or obstructing Congress come at it pretty soon. That'd be wonderful. Speaking of cash Patel, here's what else he had to say. I am never going to let this go, because they not only have personally attacked the presidency of the United States and President Trump, but they tried to thwart our elections and rig the entire system. And that is not something that is going to stop on, that is not something I'm going to allow on my watch. But you have to remember, they built this disease temple over 20 and 30 years. We've got all the efforts I can announce on your show that we've got all the information we need. We're working with our prosecutors at Department of Justice and Attorney General Todd Blanche, and we are going to be making arrests. And it's coming, and I promise you, it's coming soon. John, who? What? What's happening? Yeah, these are great questions. So let's remind everybody what I broke on Saturday, that Joe DeGeneva, former U.S. Attorney, former special counsel, former independent counsel, one of the few lawyers in American history to hold all three of those ties. He's a very accomplished prosecutorial lawyer. He just took over the grand conspiracy case in Fort Pierce, Florida. That is some heavy artillery if you're talking about a prosecutor who knows what he's doing. There are two cases pending right now. There's a case looking at whether John Brennan misled and obstructed Congress and whether James Comey lied and obstructed to Congress. There's been new evidence presented. The Brennan case has been tied up a little because the Senate, the John Thune Senate, the place where action goes to die, or as I like to call it, the grand old party of procrastinators, GOP, grand old procrastinators, they haven't yet complied with the request that came in back in January and February for the Senate to transmit certain evidence to the grand jury. But if John Thune can get that done, it will become a very important part of the case. And I think the decisions on whether to indict Brennan and Comey could be made in the next few weeks. When you saw Maria Bartiroma, the next question she said is, is it going to be in the next couple of weeks? And Cash Mattel said, yeah, I think so. That's consistent with what I've been hearing. There always can be a delay here and there. But I do think this spring the first decisions on who should be indicted for weaponization are going to be made down in Florida. Do you have a piece out, speaking of all this stuff, about intel agencies, the 2020 election, having, what did they say, vulnerabilities? What is all this? Yeah, it's an important piece of evidence. And you have to put it together with two or three other things that I've kind of squeezed out of the DNI in the last couple of months. And by the way, I want to thank Tulsi Gabbard personally for considering the specific requests I made for documents and declassifying them. She did that on her own. And it's a great act of transparency. We fight with government a lot, but she's been fantastic in getting us documents we've identified in our reporting that we believe are of national interest. Today, I want to remind everybody what we were told in December 2020 when Donald Trump was crying foul about the 2020 election. We were told it was the most secure election in American history. That is what people said on the record, on television, on camera. We now know that that was not the case. Another false narrative concocted by the bureaucrats in government, just like Russia collusion, just like Ukraine impeachment, like just all the other things that we've been talking about. We now know that China and Iran had hacked into the voter registration databases of multiple states. Iran at least won China multiple states. We were never told that. That is one of the largest breaches in American electoral history. We still don't know the names of all the states, though I'm now beginning to be told it's more than a dozen. So it's a massive breach. It's been kept secret for six years. It's only because Tulsi Gabbard's digging into this and Cass Patel's digging into it that we're now getting visibility. So we broke that story a couple of weeks ago. And what we broke this morning is the precursor warning that the intelligence community knew at the start of the 2020 election, in January and February of 2020, that these systems were vulnerable. Specifically, they flagged the voter registration data. And they described how a foreign power would likely use that data if they got it. They would file false ballots. They would potentially knock people off the voter registration list. They would assume identities and do influence operations on social media. That's exactly what would happen just three or four months later. The CIA, the FBI, the NSA began detecting evidence in the spring of 2020, just a few months after that document that made public today was written that China and Iran had done that. Iran stole 100,000 voter identities and used them for ballot influence operations. China, we believe, reached more than a dozen states' voter registration databases. And then we know, because of documents Cass Patel made public recently that we wrote and broke about, that the Chinese sent tens of thousands of fake driver's licenses to the United States in the summer of 2020. So they breached the databases. They get the identities. They send fake driver's licenses. And according to the FBI documents, their goal was to get ballots. The Chinese were going to get ballots and vote in the names of Americans, and try to swing the election to Joe Biden. That's what the FBI documents say. All of that was kept from us for the last six years. And certainly those records that are now out in public do not equate to the most secure election in American history. We were lied to. Final one for me, John, and it's a fairly important one. Do we know who kept that information from us at, say, the FBI? Because that's kind of a big deal. Yeah, listen, we know from the documents I got a few weeks ago that the FBI originally wanted to put an alert out and did quickly put an alert out when the driver's licenses were captured. They were stopped at an airport, and the FBI had a very reliable informant in China saying this was a plot to help Joe Biden. Within 24, 48 hours, their supervisors in the counterintelligence division ordered them to recall that report and destroy it. I want to repeat what I just said. They said don't pull it back from all the agencies you just sent it to and instruct those agencies to destroy the document. That sounds like a cover-up, because by the way, the evidence is held true to this day. They've re-vetted that informant multiple times. They have considered that informant to be reliable. And by the way, the government has in its possession the fake driver's licenses. They intercepted it. So it was a real plot. When it comes to Ukraine and the stuff we broke last week, we know it was the Inspector General, Michael Atkinson. When it comes to FBI documents, there's a heavy focus on the seventh floor, the leadership of the FBI at Chris Ray and people downstream from him. And also, there's a growing body of evidence, particularly in Arctic Cross, and there was a hearing today in the Senate, that the Washington Field Office, which is the second most prominent local office in the FBI after New York, those are the two big ones, that they have been involved in some really nefarious things in targeting Trump supporters without cause, without having a predicate or criminal case that made sense. And so those are the players. We're going to get more names as more documents get declassified. I think in mid-May, Tulsi Gabbard is likely to drop a giant bombshell showing just which states were breached by China, which voter data was compromised by China. Those states have never been told this will be an alert to those states, but think about what it might do in the Senate. Right now, John Thune can't move the Save America Act through the Senate. But maybe if some of those senators found that, hey, your state, your constituents, your voters were compromised by China in 2020, and you were kept in the dark for six years, maybe there would be some momentum in the Senate. We'll have to see how that plays out.

This country sits back and allows a country such as Iran to hold our hostages. My way of thinking is a horror. Obviously you're advocating that we should have gone in there with troops, etc., and brought our boys out. I absolutely feel that, yes. I don't think there's any question, and there's no question in my mind. I think right now would be an oil-rich nation, and I believe that we should have done it, and I'm very disappointed that we didn't do it. Why couldn't we go in and take over some of their oil, which is along the sea? You're going to have a war by being weak. The next time Iran attacks this country, go in and grab one of their big oil installations, and I mean grab it and keep it, and get back your losses, because this country has lost plenty because of Iran. Nearly 40 years ago, Trump saying, "I'd be harsh on Iran." They've been beating us psychologically, making us look like a bunch of fools. One bullet shot at one of our men or ships, and I'd do a number on Karg Island. I'd go in and take it. Iran can't even beat Iraq. If they push the United States around, it'd be good for the world to take them on. And now, 40 years later, you're seeing Trump's vision play out in real time. Just as Ronald Reagan spent years before his presidency thinking about how to bring down the Soviet empire, Trump did the same with Iran's terror empire. So the moment of reckoning has arrived for Iran's regime.

We have a Fox News alert. James Brennan and James Comey are likely regretting going all in on the Russia hoax now because DOJ sources are telling Fox Digital that the FBI indeed has launched a criminal investigation into the former CIA director and former FBI director for potential wrongdoing related to the Trump-Russia probe and all the alleged false statements made to Congress. The full scope of the investigation is unclear right now, but two sources describe the FBI's view of the duo's interactions as, quote, "a conspiracy." Here to break it down, Jonathan Turley, George Washington University law prof and Fox News contributor. Jonathan, we've been hearing for some time about Brennan's alleged perjury over his role in the Steele dossier and the advancement of that and perhaps understanding that that was not credible. Your reaction tonight to this stunning development. Well, it's obviously a major development. These are two of the top people in the American intelligence system. And there have been these long unanswered questions about what they told Congress. At points, they both seem to adopt the surgeon Schultz approach of I knew nothing. If only I knew I would have done something that didn't strike many as being very credible. Both of these tend to be somewhat of micromanagers. They take pride in the fact that they followed the details of their departments. And it all comes down, particularly to a period in 2017, an intelligence community assessment at ICA that went out and viewed the Steele dossier, that infamous dossier funded by the Clinton campaign as credible. And that in fact, Steele was credible. They knew that was not true. The CIA had already said that it had great misgivings about the Steele dossier. Even though the Clinton campaign was denying to reporters that it funded the dossier, it was in fact funded through the law firm of the Clinton campaign that the Clinton campaign used. And so there's a lot of questions here as to why particularly Comey, for example, signed off on these FISA warrants, these secret court warrants to conduct this surveillance. The other thing, by the way, they knew very early on was that Carter Page, who was such a significant figure in the Steele dossier and the whole Russian hoax, was not only not a Russian spy, but was actually a CIA asset. And so the CIA told the FBI, "You're on the wrong road here. You're going after someone who is assisting us." All of that somehow got buried. And what came to the surface was the Steele dossier, which was not only not verified, it had been really shredded by many people in the intelligence committee. Yeah. And Comey claimed that it was Papadopoulos, that poor, poor, hapless kid. That Papadopoulos, his interactions with the Russians started the whole thing. And it was long before the dossier. But this was Comey testifying back in 2020 about this. Watch. It was done by the book. It was appropriate and it was essential that it be done. Okay. So you're proud of it? Overall, I'm proud of the work. There's no indication, and the inspector general would say it if he found it, that people were doing bad things on purpose, but that doesn't make it any less concerning. This was an investigation that was appropriately predicated and opened, that had to be opened. Jonathan, it had to be opened. Supercilious doesn't begin to describe him. So dismissive. Now, I remember listening to a testimony and just almost falling out of my chair. I mean, virtually everything he said was untrue. In fact, the IG reports shredded the FBI and said that they didn't follow protocol, that they ignored counterintelligence, that they pushed the Steele dossier forward. And these were two of the key individuals who did that. So the question is, does any of this trick the wire to perjury? And both of these are sophisticated players. You'll notice that they're very careful in how they word this. Comey is very careful to say that there wasn't basically malicious intent, not that there weren't mistakes. And time and time again, Comey portrayed himself as ignorant of all of these countervailing sources. Now, and again, the Brennan perjury questions have been swirling about for years and years. This is like one big flashback for both of us, Jonathan. Thank you very much.

It should shake every single American in their shoes. I hate to say this, but President Barack Obama, there is now incontrovertible evidence that he was the spearhead of a seditious conspiracy to subvert the will of the American people and overthrow the United States government back in 2016. We must, absolutely must, hold every one of these criminals accountable for the crimes that they committed. They are the most heinous crimes committed in American history. James Comey, John Brennan, Clapper, Rice. Biden was in the meeting on July 28 in the Oval Office. They briefed Barack Obama on Hillary Clinton's plan to "tie Trump to Russia collusion lies." It consumed our national discourse for five years. It undermined a sitting duly elected president. It sabotaged administration. It framed a three-star general. It destroyed and ripped this country apart. We had a constitutional crisis, the likes of which I don't think any American can fully comprehend. It is atrocious, and every single one of them must be held accountable.

Iran doesn’t want the Strait of Hormuz closed, they want it open so they can make $500 Million Dollars a day (which is, therefore, what they are losing if it is closed!). They only say they want it closed because I have it totally BLOCKADED (CLOSED!), so they merely want to “save face.” People approached me four days ago, saying, “Sir, Iran wants to open up the Strait, immediately.” But if we do that, there can never be a Deal with Iran, unless we blow up the rest of their Country, their leaders included! President DONALD J. TRUMP
