The recent Decision of the United States Supreme Court concerning TARIFFS could allow for Hundreds of Billions of Dollars to be returned to Countries and Companies that have been "ripping off" the United States of America for many years, and now, according to this Decision, could actually continue to do so, at an even increased level. I am sure that the Supreme Court did not have this in mind! It doesn't make sense that Countries and Companies that took advantage of us for decades, receiving Billions and Billions of Dollars that they should not have been allowed to receive, would now be entitled to an undeserved "windfall," the likes of which the World has never seen before, as a result of this highly disappointing, to say the least, ruling. say america would be better off if harris had one seventy four percent of democrats believe the country would be better off now if harris had been elected president as do twenty two percent of republicans and he is shocking thirty seven percent of voters not affiliated with either major party now say the country will be better off from harris had won this is shocking it's alarming it's As you know, Apple News has instituted terms of service and policies covering its relationship with existing and prospective consumers. These terms of service and policies address a wide range of topics including, among other things, the content of the site, a consumer's use of the site, prohibited conduct, privacy and data security, and dispute resolution.⁸ Recently, there have been reports that Apple News has systematically promoted news articles from left-wing news outlets and suppressed news articles from more conservative publications.⁹ Indeed, multiple studies have found that in recent months Apple News has chosen not to feature a single article from an American conservative-leaning news source, while simultaneously promoting hundreds of articles from liberal publications.¹⁰ These reports raise serious questions about whether Apple News is acting in accordance with its terms of service and its representations to consumers, as well as the reasonable consumer expectations of the tens of millions of Americans who use Apple News.
