You can revolutionize senior health care. We've all heard about the major systems in our bodies, like the digestive, respiratory, nervous, and cardiovascular systems. But there's one essential system discovered in the 90s that you probably never heard of. It makes all of the other systems work smoothly with each other. Like a conductor, ensuring the different sections of an orchestra all play a beautiful symphony together. This system is called the endocannabinoid system. It has been acknowledged and studied by scientists extensively with support from the National Institutes of Health. As we age, the system weakens. As a result, the different systems in our bodies stop working together smoothly. That's one of the reasons older adults struggle with pain, inflammation, cognitive decline, and other ailments of aging, for which doctors often prescribe dangerous and addictive pharmaceuticals. They also recommend lifestyle remedies such as exercise, good diet, and stress management. And while all these improve the system, it is only fractionally and over a long time. But here's the game changer. The system can be restored faster using hemp-derived CBD. When the system is restored, pain subsides, sleep is improved, and stress is reduced. When the system is restored, disease progression can slow down, and years are added to your life, as well as years spent in good health. And 20% of seniors are already using CBD today for pain, arthritis, cancer symptoms, sleep disorders, Alzheimer's, and many other ailments of aging. But doctors are not equipped to provide guidance, and there are no FDA standards for what is already in the market today. Imagine if that were the case for other medications. Older adults are suffering needlessly. Hemp-derived CBD can help them feel better, live longer, and improve their quality of life significantly. A PricewaterhouseCoopers report estimates annual cost savings for the U.S., nearly $64 billion a year, if cannabis is fully integrated into the healthcare system. The groundbreaking 2018 Farm Bill championed by President Trump was the first step. Now it's time to educate doctors on the endocannabinoid system, provide Medicare coverage for CBD, and give millions of seniors the support they deserve. You will deliver the most important senior health initiative of the century, cementing your legacy and transforming aging care. Millions everywhere. We'll thank you.

Russell M. Nelson, the President and Prophet of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, passed away last night at the age of 101 — He just had his birthday earlier this week! Russell was sharp and engaged in service up until the end. Our hearts and prayers are with his incredible wife, Wendy, his 10 children, 57 grandchildren, and more than 167 great-grandchildren, as well as Members of the Church all over our Country. Russell had a remarkable life, pioneering life-saving heart surgery techniques and, of course, his ministry of many decades. He was a physician, literally and spiritually, and will be greatly missed!
I have been briefed on the horrendous shooting that took place at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, in Grand Blanc, Michigan. The FBI was immediately on scene, and will be leading the Federal Investigation, and providing full support to State and Local Officials. The suspect is dead, but there is still a lot to learn. This appears to be yet another targeted attack on Christians in the United States of America. The Trump Administration will keep the Public posted, as we always do. In the meantime, PRAY for the victims, and their families. THIS EPIDEMIC OF VIOLENCE IN OUR COUNTRY MUST END, IMMEDIATELY!
It was great being with King Charles, Queen Camilla, and the Royal Family!
MAKE CRIME ILLEGAL AGAIN!

I want to talk a little bit about accountability and FBI. Tomorrow morning you're going to wake up to a major story at Just the News. It answers a question that we've tried to oppose for the last five years. Did FBI agents themselves believe the FBI had become biased? Tomorrow you're going to see not one, not two, not five, not ten, but scores of FBI agents telling their leadership in an internal memo after January 6th that they believe the FBI had become politically biased against the conservative movement and four liberals. And they cite extraordinary circumstances, extraordinary details, extraordinary statements. It's so rare for the FBI to speak up against their leadership internally, but this happened on Chris Ray's watch. Now, all the while, Chris Ray was telling Congress we don't have a political bias problem, even though his own agents were saying day in and day out they in fact had a political bias problem. And we're going to answer for you for the first time, we're going to be able to give you a specific number. How many plain clothes FBI agents were in the crowd and working the capital on the day of January 6th? Now, we knew there were 23 undercover informants, we got you that data a few months ago. Tomorrow we're going to tell you an astounding number, yes, it's a very large number of FBI agents that were on the scene when the riot was breaking out. All in plain clothes, all unable to be seen, Chris Ray would never answer that question to Congress. We're going to answer it for you with these documents we're going to make public. Meanwhile, on the issue of the FBI, and maybe one of the men who owns some of the legacy of that politicized FBI, James Comey, a grand jury in Richmond right now, is considering evidence about whether he lied to Congress in September of 2020. The statute of limitations coming up next Tuesday. Today, prosecutors presented evidence in that case. And remember what we told you a few weeks ago, Director Comey told Congress, I didn't ask anyone to leak classified information, then we showed you a document a couple of weeks ago where James Baker, the chief counsel and top lieutenant to James Comey said, no, I was asked by James Comey through the chief of staff to leak classified information to The New York Times in October 2016. That is what the grand jury is evaluating tonight. We'll let you know if during the show they make a decision or whether that gets kicked the next week, but we're keeping a close eye on that.

Fox News Alert, we're at war. This enemy, they don't wear a uniform. They're moving fentanyl by the truckload. I want you to look at the contraband that's in front of me. We have right in 20 kilograms of fentanyl that's in front of me on this table. That's enough to kill 10 million people. The work that we do is to protect people and make sure that we remove these weapons and drugs off of our streets and hold those criminals accountable who would go forward and continue to use that to harm individuals. Cartels are now officially in the Pentagon's crosshairs, and it's not just the wall anymore. Trump ordered the kill shot. The days of local drug busts and random motels, they were fun, but that's breaking bad stuff. Trump wants to take the fight to El Chapo's front yard. We're talking about sending military forces to fight against the drug cartels in Latin America. Do you think it's worth sending our forces, our U.S. forces there, to take this on? Cartels where? Central Latin America. Well, Latin America's got a lot of cartels, and they've got a lot of drugs flowing. So we want to protect our country. We have to protect our country. We haven't been doing it for four years, and we love this country like they love their countries. We have to protect our country. So we're playing a tough game. According to the New York Times, behind the scenes, Trump's moving all the pieces into place to pull this off. Mexico has got a big pro-blame-o. Yes, but it has nothing to do with Mexican territory. It has to do with their country. It does not involve our territory. So it would be within the United States? In the United States, exactly. El Presidente doesn't comprehend that. This isn't a Mexican standoff. This is an order. The CIA is already flying surveillance drones over Mexican territory, gathering intel on the battle space. And Trump's not sending diplomats. He's sending Hegseth, maybe with a new title. Secretary of Defense, Secretary of War, Department of Defense, Department of War. Well, that's what it was for many, many years. You gave me that knife hand, Will. We'll see. Stand by. I don't get in front of the commander in chief on that. But our job is to ensure our enemies know exactly what they will do to them if they threaten us up to and including total war. So we'll be prepared. Stand by. There might be some news on that. This is about protecting the homeland from groups like the Sinaloa Cartel. They import fentanyl from China and traffic it into the United States. Look at that. Trump designated them terrorists. And if they get cute, they're getting Soleimani'd. You know who did the roadside bomb, right? Soleimani. Where is he? Where is he? Former U.S. Army Special Forces and president of World Strat, Jim Hanson. Jim, what kind of operations do you envision happening in Central and South America in this cartel war? Jesse, I don't think anybody would be more thrilled than me to watch some helmet cam footage of a bunch of JSOC pipe hitters repelling out of helicopters and stacking cartel members like cordwood. Now, that's the ultimate. I don't know that we'll probably open with that. You know, there's likely to be a lot of increased surveillance. There may be some raids to pick up some people to arrest and put in trial. There'll be some interdiction off the coasts. The Navy can cover a lot more territory than the Coast Guard can. And together, they can cover both the exfil from, you know, Central and South America and the infill to us. So there's a lot of things to start with, but this is a tremendous step they're taking. All right. So they could seize some guys off the field and bring them here and put them on trial. Could they also just drone strike these cartel bad guys right in their backyard? You know, that's a lawyer question, but I'm going to give you the common sense answer. If their cartels are killing people in the United States and the MS-13 and Trendirogua gangs are, why can't we kill their leaders just the same way President Trump pointed out? We took care of Soleimani. That would be an imminent threat, right? I mean, if these guys are cooking up all this fentanyl and sending it into the cities and people are acting like zombies and keeling over, that's an imminent threat to the life and well-being of the American citizenry. Absolutely. And I think the rationale we use for other terrorists we've killed through multiple administrations, Barack Obama still I think holds the record for the number of people killed overseas by drone strikes, including one US citizen. So I think President Trump deciding that these guys who are definitely killing Americans with drugs, torturing and running people with human trafficking and child trafficking, those are things that I think all of America can look at and say, we don't need to allow that and anything we do to them is probably justified at this point. Now, the Mexican president, she's played nice so far on trade, but it's a big no bueno, she says, if we start launching direct action into her territory. It's not even really her territory, I guess technically it is, but the cartels control almost that entire country. What does that do to Mexico? Yeah, I mean, that is not her decision. She's the one who runs a country that allows that to happen. So if she wants to go ahead and try and tell President Trump, we can't do that, we're going to do what we need to and she's going to go ahead and face the consequences. That's something they've allowed for far too long. All right. Well, it looks like that time's up. Jim Hanson, good to talk to you. Let's bring in Jonathan Fahey, former acting ice director and former DHS deputy assistant secretary. Jonathan, great to have you on the show. I want to play some sound here from the secretary of state Marco Rubio. He said this about targeting cartels as terrorists. Their behavior is going to have to change one way or another, but it allows us to now target what they're operating and to use other elements of American power, intelligence agencies, the Department of Defense, whatever, to target these groups if we have an opportunity to do it. We have to start treating them as armed terrorist organizations, not simply drug dealing organizations. I mean, I think it's a proper assessment. I don't know what you think about this, Jonathan, but it's interesting because these cartels are no longer just providing these illegal products by the thousands of pounds. They're killing thousands of Americans. You're exactly right. And if you think about it, just during the Biden administration, 400,000 people died of overdose deaths just in that four year term. And as we know, there was just a complete dereliction of duty on the border, as well as taking it to their cartels, and just for some context, that's 100,000 more than during the first Trump administration. So a massive increase. We need to take it to them because, yeah, people are dying and President Trump isn't going to just stand by and just say, "Oh, this is now the status quo. 100,000 Americans a year are going to die of overdose. This is unacceptable. He's going to take it to them." And there's another benefit to this by even talking about this, the messaging is so strong on this, this will inspire cooperation from all these countries where we may be acting in. So all of these will be a good thing and we'll track this at the end of the year where these overdose deaths go. And I'm interested in when you get pushback on this because the upside is enormous on this and the downside is also enormous. I mean, if you don't do this and you continue to let tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands Americans die, I mean, this is something that there is a fix to, at least there's somewhat of a remedy to this if we go forward. Yeah, exactly. And it's almost like we've had four years where we weren't even trying to do something during the Biden administration. Yeah, it's not acceptable because 100,000 people a year are dying. Those people, their families, their communities, everyone in this country is affected by this. So it's time to take it to these cartels and their good days are over. They had their heyday under the Biden administration, but the game is up and the Trump investigation is going after them. And I think this is very effective, not only substantively, but I think the messaging is quite clear on this.

>> I wanted to update you on something that my team found that will absolutely shock you. Ever since the election, Democrats have been trying to scare people into believing that Donald Trump and Elon Musk were coming for your social security, that they were coming for your Medicare, your Medicaid. They aren't. None of it was ever true, and now we have the proof. According to the Department of Government Efficiency, Doge, Elon Musk's team has just discovered that immigration officials under Joe Biden were doing something that's never been done before. They were giving illegal aliens work authorization papers just five months after they filed for asylum. The Biden immigration department would then mail each illegal alien a social security number. No questions asked, no interview, no background check, and presto, you've got yourself a brand new Democratic voter. That's how they were doing it. No administration has ever done anything like it before, but clearly, Democrats had a plan all along, a plan that the media deliberately never talked about, a plan that was considered the third rail, off limits to even mention in polite company. They were importing voters. We have an answer to that question now. And while they were doing that, they were telling you this. >> Well, there certainly is not an open border. The border is secure, but we also have a broken immigration system. >> The border is closed, the border is secure. >> I just lay that really clear, it would be wrong to think that the border is open. It is not open. >> They were importing Democratic voters, lying to the American public, and now we have the proof. According to the Social Security Administration, the crime started immediately after Joe Biden took office in 2021. 270,000 illegals were given Social Security numbers. That's about the population of Hartford, Connecticut. That number would grow a year later to 590,000 illegals getting Social Security numbers about the size of Cincinnati, Ohio. A year later, 2023, 964,000 illegals got Social Security numbers about the size of San Francisco. And in Joe Biden's final year in office on his way out the door, that number skyrocketed to just over 2 million illegal aliens getting Social Security numbers, roughly the size of our third biggest city, Chicago. In all, more than 3 million illegal aliens that crossed the border when Joe Biden was president now have Social Security numbers today that we know about, and it gets worse. According to Doge, 1.3 million illegal aliens are currently on Medicaid, and at least half a million now have a driver's license, and they are killing Americans behind the wheel. Over the last four years on US roads, dozens of deaths that didn't need to happen. And some of these illegal aliens actually voted in the 2024 election. Something we were told was not happening is now a reality. Social Security Administration automatically sends you in the mail your Social Security number, no interview, no ID. It was a massive, large-scale program to import as many illegals as possible, ultimately to change the entire voting map of the United States. We actually just took a sample and looked at voter registration records. And we found people here registered to vote in this population, yes. And who did vote? And we found some by sampling that actually did vote, and we have referred them to prosecution at the Homeland Security Investigations Service. They have made that information public. Anybody who's curious can look at it. Do you still think that Elon Musk is trying to destroy Social Security? Do you still think that he's trying to destroy Medicare or Medicaid? We talked about that for weeks. We do not. And we think you need to know the truth. We can also confirm what we have suspected all along, that when Joe Biden said this, he absolutely meant it. I would, in fact, make sure that there is, we immediately surge to the border. All those people are seeking asylum. They deserve to be heard. That's who we are. We're a nation that says if you want to flee and you're fleeing oppression, you should come. He meant every word of that. For years, we would ask, why would anyone let 15 million criminals into the country illegally? They're here illegally. That makes them criminals. Why would any leader want to do that? Why would anyone want to fundamentally change the racial and ethnic makeup of the greatest country on Earth, America? And now the answer is crystal clear. This was their plan all along. Democrats know that the only way their broken party can win elections in the future is to import voters. So that's exactly what they did while telling the public that the border was closed. The border was closed, and they said that over and over again for four years. And the other option is simple, Joe Biden has got dementia. He was never in control or in charge. And as a result of that, bad actors were likely running the White House. The answer now is probably a combination of the two. But America needs answers, and Republicans have to investigate and possibly prosecute whoever perpetrated the greatest single crime in American history. And that's what this is. 15 million illegal aliens in this country in a four-year period, these people should not be here. And it's time for Republicans to start doing exactly what Democrats did to them. People don't like the word revenge. Why not? It's time for that if it's warranted. When Donald Trump left office after his first term, Democrats prosecuted everyone. Steve Bannon went to jail. Peter Navarro went to jail. Paul Manafort. Roger Stone. Rick Gates. George Papadopoulos. Anyone who did anything related to Donald Trump got indicted because Democrats played dirty and they are much better at it than Republicans. So where are we today? Well, the White House is trying to undo all of this right now. And Democrats are protesting for illegal alien gang members who have already been deported to be brought back to the United States. That's how broken that party is. This is what kicking the sh*t out of fascism looks like. I am an immigrant. I am undocumented. I'm afraid. We are not ashamed. So we are very big on the chanting and y'all have all the energy today. So no Trump, no KKK, no fascist USA. If you've got the means to unlawfully deport someone you find the means to bring them back. Bring them back. They want criminals back in the country. This is a Democrat endorsed plow. For four years, Joe Biden claimed he needed Congress to close that border. That was a lie. According to the Department of Homeland Security today, illegal border crossings in March dropped to their lowest levels in recorded history, dropping by over 95 percent from what they were one year ago. During the same period last year, Joe Biden released more than 184,000 illegal aliens into our country. Think of it. These people were from jails and mental institutions, as I said, since my inauguration. We've released a grand total of nine, nine, nine. And they were all in all cases, medical emergencies. But we will continue to deport these monsters under the alien enemies act. Think of that alien enemies act. Can you believe it? Many Democrats, many stars of the Democratic Party seem to be really confused about what the law is here in the United States. They seem to think that what the White House and what ICE are doing is illegal. It's not. >> My Republican colleagues are here using today to continue pushing this false narrative of sanctuary cities harboring criminals. Yet right here in DC, we have a 34 count felon being harbored in the White House, the hypocrisy coming from your side of the aisle over concerns regarding lawlessness is outrageous. Right now, House Republicans are conducting town halls with constituents lying about our legal system that quote, there is no due process if you come here illegally because you violated the law. That immigrants quote are not entitled to due process. Nowhere in the Constitution does it say that. >> Well, now hold on a second there, Jasmine, actually, it most certainly does. We looked into it. I'm sorry to be the very first person to tell you this, Jasmine, but illegal aliens do not have the same rights as US citizens. They do not have due process under the law like US citizens do. According to the law, protections for illegal aliens are limited. They are not entitled to a public defender. There is no jury because these proceedings happen in civil court. The standard of proof is also a whole lot lower. Really, federal agents just have to present proof that they are here illegally before an immigration judge, and then they can be deported. The truth is, this is a losing issue. It's a losing issue for Americans. It's a losing issue for sanctuary cities, and it's a losing issue for Democrats who for whatever reason have decided that these people who have nothing to do with America because they are not American are more important than you to the point where the White House under Joe Biden tried to replace you and your vote with them. And now we finally have the proof.

Comey, Clapper, Brennan, Obama, Monaco, all conspired together, all worked together to try to sabotage, undermine, unravel the democratic institutions and structures of this country. The Russia gate hoax, the Russia gate conspiracy, and all of the assaults against our liberties that went with it. The pre-dawn raids, the handcuffing of innocent Americans, the espionage against President Trump's campaign and staff, the removal of his national security advisor, one fake indictment, one fake charge after another, the special counsel, all of it was a unrelenting attempt to overthrow the government the American people voted for. I cannot find words harsh enough to condemn the conduct of these conspirators, these insurrectionists.

>> So as we get set for the afternoon sessions, there's a new spectator in the house, the president of the United States, Donald Trump, and his granddaughter, Kai, also with him, just arriving to the stands here with the United States trailing Europe 3-1. So we'll see if the president can pull off some sort of comeback here with the United States trailing 3-1 after just about everything went the European way in the morning alternate shot session. Paul McGinley and the rest of our crew getting set here. As we anticipate what should be a very spirited second session, the European team swept the Americans two years ago and almost pulled it off again here before it was Cantley and Shoffley securing the lone point. And this crowd even more revved up with Trump shaking hands there with another former U.S. Captain Corey Pavin.

How come this seat is at such a low level? You know, I'm looking at him. He's got this stage rigged, folks. Just here. No, no, no. But get-- That seat is a good half-- six inches higher than my seat. And so am I. Huh? I see. What were you like as a kid? What kind of childhood did you have? Well, I had a good childhood, wonderful parents, really good parents, and it was a good, solid childhood, I'd say. Very normal in a lot of respects, but a very, very solid childhood. Yeah. From a standpoint of family, you know. Are you a driven person? Did you jump out of bed in the morning and just-- Well, I don't think of myself as driven. I'm fortunate. I don't need lots of sleep, like some people and some people don't. I don't need that. I would say that I'm somebody that enjoys what I do, and I enjoy it so much that perhaps I do it well. But I really enjoy what I do. I don't like to think of myself as driven. I don't like to think of myself really as ambitious. I just enjoy what I do. What would it take-- what kind of a hit would it take to get your attention, where you would maybe need a drink? Where somebody came in and said, "Don, we got some bad news." That's 7-11 in Akron. Well-- What? Hopefully, David, I wouldn't be in a position where I'd have to take that kind of-- I know that. I know. We're just pretending. I just want to tell you that-- You act like you're running for something. No. What's the deal with you and Ed Koch? Is this an old irritation between the two of you, or is this something new? No, it's really not. Ed Koch is a man who I've liked at some points in terms of-- I have no objection to Ed, except for one thing. He's not a very capable or competent mayor. He's done-- Whoa! He's done a bad-- as most of you New Yorkers would probably know, he's done a pretty bad job running New York, and that hurts me and it hurts everybody. And when I see somebody that's not competent and he's running something, and something that I have a big-- really a big stake in, it bothers me and I do something about it. Are you speaking from a position of somebody who has a lot of really, really special interest in the city? No, it's not a-- I do have a special interest. I have a special interest in New York. New York City is a hot city. It's a great city. It's the greatest city in the world, according to many, and according-- you're here and we're also here. Right. And I hate to see some of the things happening with New York that have happened under the Koch administration. So I hit him pretty hard in the book, but I hit him fairly in the book. I hit him very fairly. Probably very hard in the book, but very fairly. Is it kind of a pointless defense to say that this city is so big that it is actually unmanageable to a certain extent, and he's doing the best he can, sort of just ending it day to day? No, I don't think so. I mean, I hope that's never a defense of anybody. I did the Wollman skating rink in four months for two million or two and a half million dollars. They started seven years before that and were unable to build it. I think they spent something like 15 million dollars. This is a huge ice skating facility in Central Park, which the city was-- Seven years. Seven years. Seven years, they could not get it open. They could not build it, and we did it in four months. So, you know, you say, "Hey, it's big and everything else," and give them a little bit more time, but the fact is, that's a disgrace. The zoos are a disgrace. The subways, the schools. It's really management. It's management. It's competence. It's capability. It's just basic ability, and Ed Koch doesn't have it. Yeah, but you're speaking again from the over-the-fence and private enterprise. He's trying to run a municipal administration. It can be done. You think it could be done? Absolutely. By the right person, it could be done. Yeah. Any thoughts? I mean, would you want to be mayor of the city? No, I wouldn't want to. It'd run very well if I was mayor, but I would not want to be the mayor of New York. And what about the -- are people trying to draft you to run for a president up in New Hampshire? Well, I guess a lot of people want to see this country -- it's a shame what's happening. Japan, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, they're all -- everybody's taken advantage of the United States. People know that if certain people are running a country, that it won't happen. I mean, when you look at Japan not paying for the defense, we're defending Japan. We're losing billions and billions of dollars. We're fighting for AIDS help and for farmers and for this and that, and it's a shame. And the Japanese folks, who I respect greatly, but they're not treating us fairly. They're really not treating us fairly. Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, they're not paying us anything. For the services we're rendering, I think it's a disgrace. And I think people look at certain people, and maybe me, if I were in a position, this country, believe me, would not be ripped off like it is. And it is just being ripped off so badly by our so-called allies. Yeah. So that's a pretty strong statement. So now are you saying -- How do I get strong? I think it's fair. And by the way, I have tremendous respect for the Japanese. I do a lot of business with the Japanese. And they smile about it too. They know it. The country is losing billions and billions of dollars to Japan, and we can't afford to lose. And it's a shame. It's a shame. But so now, are you saying this by way of indicating that you could do it better, and you do intend to run for president at some point? No, I'm not going to run for president, but I think somebody -- Now, in eight years, if you came back, would you have a different answer? In four years, if you came back. I tend to doubt it. I really tend to doubt it. But I just think that there are so many ways that this country can straighten itself out, and we're not going about those ways. Cutting farm aid is not the appropriate thing. Cutting help for the homeless and help for the poor and welfare. Certain things can be done that really will mean big dollars to this country. And those things are not being done right now. Let me ask you one other question, because I know you have other appointments and stuff to get to. If you go to dinner and the bill is like, say, $25, how much of a tip would you throw down? Well, you know, the way I feel about tips, if somebody does a super job, I give more than anyone. And if somebody does a lousy job, I probably give less than anybody. And that's the way I feel about life. Life should be -- you should be rewarded for competence and capability in doing a job and having a smile on your face, maybe, if that's the case. I'm a pretty good tipper when somebody's good, and I'm a pretty lousy tipper if somebody's not good. So that's the way it is. But, you know, sitting here listening to this stuff, it seems to me you are dying to get to some public platform to superimpose those feelings upon the American awareness. Well, maybe so, but I'm not. I would like to have the feelings known and let somebody else do it, and it can be done. If it's carried, if the ball's carried correctly, it can be done. Yeah, but if you want something done right -- Do it yourself.

As for the reaction to all of this, the weeping and gnashing of teeth from the "No one is above the law" crowd could be heard around the world last night. If you've looked at any news sources today, you've heard the word "unprecedented" thrown around endlessly, which tells me that apparently nobody knows what the definition of that word actually is, but please spare me the outrage over political prosecutions. For all of you who ever said "No one is above the law" or said that institutions of justice are sacred and cannot be questioned or described to Donald Trump as a 34-th picked felon, you know what I say? Choke on it. Just choke on it. Honestly, if you cheered the political prosecutions of Donald Trump on cases that were clearly novel and made up just for him, just for politics, choke on it. If you are lamenting today, "Whoa, this was five years ago," and yet you cheered on the criminalization of a liaison Trump had in 2006, choke on it. If you're whining about the use of process to punish people, but you cheered the use of process to cripple Trump the candidate, Trump the president and his people, choke on it. And if you're worried about revenge, let me ask you a simple question. Revenge for what? Exactly. Whatever do you mean? Please elaborate. Do tell what it looks like when the criminal justice systems are weaponized. Another word of the day, weaponized against political opponents. Listen to what a reporter on the South Lawn of the White House actually said to President Donald Trump today. Just listen to this. President Trump, are you worried now that the next time there's a Democratic president, they will indict your FBI director or people in your administration? Well, that's what they tried to do, right? They did it with me for four years. To be honest, that joke is funnier than any joke Jimmy Kimmel has told in the last 10 years. Now Trump punted the question into the sun, as he should have, a good day for the rule of law, the rule of law endures. You know who said that? James Comey, the day that Trump was indicted. No whining about political prosecutions or weaponization or whatever. That's just what he said. Choke on it is what I think. My view is very simple. Comey was indicted for lying by a grand jury through a normal process that produces indictments for a range of crimes across this country every single day. He'll go to court and he'll get a chance to defend himself. The case seems pretty simple. We don't need CSI Alexandria here to figure out the truth. He either lied or he didn't. And the simple evidence testimony will clearly back it up or it won't. But do not, do not bemoan political prosecutions or whine about revenge or whatever today. Just don't. And for what it's worth, I don't hear a lot of people defending Comey on the substance of all this today. I hear fussing about all sorts of aspects of it, but is anyone out there actually defending him on the substance or the charges? I don't see much of that, which ought to tell you something. Everybody knows the DOJ, the FBI, and yes, dare I stay, other elements of the deep state leaked and still leaks like crazy against this president. You know that it happens. It was true when he started and it is still true today. By the way, I'm not hearing enough Democrats thanking Donald Trump today for what you ask? I mean, is he not punishing the destructor of Hillary Clinton's 2016 campaign? The dirty secret is if Hillary had won anyway, she would have fired Jim Comey on day one and every person whining about this today would have been on TV cheering her on. Selective outrage, hypocrisy, shamelessness. You're getting it all today, America.

You know, I met the head of Somalia, did you know that? And I suggested that maybe he'd like to take her back. He said, "I don't want her." (laughter)

Fox News alert the director of national intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, releasing a bombshell report today that shows a conspiracy by his sitting president, Barack Obama, and his intel agencies to sabotage the president-elect, Donald Trump, brainwash the electorate and undermine the legitimacy of an election. There is irrefutable evidence that detail how President Obama and his national security team directed the creation of an intelligence community assessment that they knew was false. They knew it would promote this contrived narrative that Russia interfered in the 2016 election to help President Trump win, selling it to the American people as though it were true. It wasn't. Gabbard got her hands on a House intel report that's been locked away in a CIA vault for almost a decade. Gabbard spent over 2,000 hours looking into how the Russia hoax was born, interviewing 20 CIA and FBI officials. And it turns out that the Obama administration doctored the intelligence to make it look like Putin and Trump stole the election. A month after Trump beat Hillary, Barack Obama wasn't satisfied with his intelligence reporting and ordered his CIA director to create a new assessment of how Russia interfered with the election. This was a highly unusual move. John Brennan handpicked five CIA analysts to write the assessment, and they were siloed. None of them knew what the other was doing, and only one analyst was in charge of drafting this report. There was nothing routine about this, and it was a rush job to publish before Trump was sworn in. Nothing was coordinated with the other intelligence agencies, either. Basically, this was home cooking for Barack Obama. There were four key elements from the assessment that were repeated over and over again, and formed the basis of the Russia hoax and the Robert Mueller witch hunt. One, that Vladimir Putin wanted Donald Trump to win. Two, Putin took action to help Trump win. Three, the Russians had blackmail on Trump. That was the Steele dossier. And four, that the Russians tried colluding with the Trump campaign. None of any of this was ever true. There was no reliable intelligence to support any of these allegations. Senior CIA officials repeatedly refused to traffic in these allegations. But they were repeatedly overruled by CIA Director Brennan and FBI Director Comey, who insisted that they be pushed, even without verifiable evidence. The Obama administration cherry-picked the intelligence, lied about their sources, misquoted sources, didn't corroborate their claims, suppressed intelligence that ran counter to their narratives, and even used anonymous Internet postings. Rank and File CIA admitted what they were doing violated their own tradecraft standards. There was a massive pressure campaign that came right from the top. CIA analysts say they received unusual directives from political appointees, the CIA Director, and Obama himself. This is how the Russia hoax was born. Donald Trump knows that the Russians helped him win in 2016. Putin hated Secretary Clinton so much that the flip side of that coin was. He had a clear preference for the person running against the person he hated so much. It was Russia in a very systematic way in trying to interfere in the election and to try to advance the prospects of Donald Trump being elected. This was such a malicious disinformation campaign perpetrated on the American people that at one point 60% of Democrats believed the Russians hacked our voting machines to help Trump win the White House. What this report actually shows is that the Russians just wanted to create chaos and undermine Americans' faith in democracy. Solid intelligence suggested that Vladimir Putin didn't care who won. He had no preference, but like most people, expected Hillary to win and had a little docket of compromising dirt on her, dirt that he never released. Now, if Putin wanted Trump to win, why didn't Putin drop the dirt? There were high-level DNC emails that detailed evidence of Hillary's, quote, "psychoemotional problems, uncontrolled fits of anger, aggression, and cheerfulness," and that then-Secretary Clinton was allegedly on a daily regimen of heavy tranquilizers. Then CIA Director Brennan and the intelligence community mischaracterized intelligence and relied on dubious substandard sources to create a contrived false narrative that Putin developed a, quote, unquote, "clear preference" for Trump. Now, if Clinton was on tranquilizers like the Russians believed, why didn't they leak it to help Trump win? How credible was the information Hillary Clinton found? All I have seen is what the intelligence committee have reported through their investigation. I think the underlying point there is that we understand from intelligence what Russia said that they had, and the important point here is that if they were trying to influence the election, as President Obama and James Clapper and John Brennan, everybody said they were doing, in order to support Donald Trump's election, they would have released the most damning of that information. Obama and his spy chiefs knew that Putin didn't prefer Trump over Hillary, but they cooked the intelligence to make it look like he did. Obama and his intel spies knew that Putin didn't collude with Trump and that he didn't even direct his people to help Trump win, but they put it out there anyway. In a sense, Barack Obama did exactly what Putin wanted, undermined Americans' faith in free and fair elections, and caused chaos in our country. Barack Obama, the CIA, and the FBI were the ones doing what our enemy wanted. Do you believe that any of this new information implicates former President Obama in criminal behavior? We have referred and will continue to refer all of these documents to the Department of Justice and the FBI to investigate the criminal implications of this. The evidence that we have found and that we have released directly point to President Obama leading the manufacturing of this intelligence assessment. There are multiple pieces of evidence and intelligence that confirm that fact. Even two years later, after the election, Barack Obama was still pushing a hoax he knew wasn't true, and he knew it wasn't true because he helped manufacture it. They're undermining our alliances, cozying up to Russia. What happened to the Republican Party? They're cozying up to the former head of the KGB, actively blocking legislation that would defend our elections from Russian attack. What happened? Now, I don't know if it's possible to indict a former president for actions he took while in office. I'm not a lawyer, proudly, but Brennan, Comey, and others may have severe liability. Trey Gowdy says we know for a fact that Brennan committed perjury when he lied to Congress. Director Brennan, do you know who commissioned the Steele dossier? I don't. Do you know if the bureau ever relied on the Steele dossier as part of any court filings, applications? I have no awareness. Did the CIA rely on it? No. Why not? Because we didn't. It wasn't part of the corpus of intelligence information that we had. It was not in any way used as a basis for the intelligence community assessment that was done. It was not. No, that's a lie. Whatever happens to these guys is not revenge, it's accountability, and it's time for people to pay the price.

Well, listen, the truth of the matter is the people that say that James Comey is lying is his inner circle team. It was Andy McCabe who said it first. It was James Baker that affirmed it in an interview with the Postal Inspection Service that we broke on your show a few weeks ago. And in that case, remember what James Baker said to the government. He said that James Comey authorized me to leak classified information for the news medium group to his chief of staff, James Roubicki, and we don't know yet what Roubicki's account is. But I suspect those three men are going to be the main state witnesses against James Comey. It's not going to be a MAGA lawyer, it's not going to be a MAGA talk show host. It's going to be his own inner circle saying, yeah, he authorized us to leak and yeah, he lied to Congress. So James Comey is going to face justice probably at the expense of his own inner circle who couldn't lie when confronted about what he had done with the leaking to the media. The Taylor Swift thing, I have a little bit of a different take. I do find it extremely weird to have an FBI director talking about being a Swiftie. But hey, everyone's entitled to their music. But I think there's something more cunning going on. I think you have to always calculate James Comey as being a calculating guy. He's going to need to raise a lot of money for his legal defense fund. He's about to undergo a really significant legal defense expense. I think he was setting up millennials and others to say, see me as a victim, I'm like one of you guys and he doesn't like Taylor Swift. I think he's looking to hit that generation, the millennial generation for donations for a legal defense fund down the road. That may have been a calculated decision. He knew what was coming over the horizon. And he knows he's going to have to raise some money for his defense. And I think there's something a little bit more calculating in that than other than just being flat out weird.
