I am pleased to nominate Bill Lewis to serve as Judge on the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama. As a Justice on the Alabama Supreme Court, Judge on the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals, State Court Trial Judge, and Assistant District Attorney, Bill has proven his dedication to the Rule of Law throughout his entire career. He is a courageous Patriot, who will ensure Law and Order, and always put our Constitution, FIRST. Congratulations Bill!

It is my honor to nominate Harold "Hal" Mooty as Judge for the Northern District of Alabama. Hal is one of the top Commercial Litigators in Alabama, a State that I love, and won BIG three times, in 2016, 2020, and 2024. Hal earned both his Undergraduate and Law Degrees from the University of Alabama, and has developed an incredible reputation for being tough, smart, and fiercely devoted to the Rule of Law, and our Constitution. The Great People of Alabama will have a strong Champion in Hal. Congratulations!

I am pleased to nominate Edmund LaCour as Judge for the Northern District of Alabama. As the Solicitor General, Edmund has done a terrific job representing the Great State of Alabama, especially in cases before the United States Supreme Court. Edmund earned his Law Degree from Yale University, and was a Law Clerk to Judge William Pryor. He is highly intelligent, talented, and will strongly protect the Constitution. Congratulations Edmund!

I am pleased to announce the nomination of James Maxwell to serve as Judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi. Prior to becoming a Justice on the Mississippi Supreme Court, James did an incredible job as Judge on the Mississippi Court of Appeals and, also, Assistant U.S. Attorney. Trillions of Dollars are being taken in on Tariffs, which has been incredible for our Country, its Stock Market, its General Wealth, and just about everything else. It has been proven, that even at this late stage, Tariffs have not caused Inflation, or any other problems for America, other than massive amounts of CASH pouring into our Treasury's coffers. Also, it has been shown that, for the most part, Consumers aren't even paying these Tariffs, it is mostly Companies and Governments, many of them Foreign, picking up the tabs. But David Solomon and Goldman Sachs refuse to give credit where credit is due. They made a bad prediction a long time ago on both the Market repercussion and the Tariffs themselves, and they were wrong, just like they are wrong about so much else. I think that David should go out and get himself a new Economist or, maybe, he ought to just focus on being a DJ, and not bother running a major Financial Institution.

Jerome "Too Late" Powell must NOW lower the rate. Steve "Manouychin" really gave me a "beauty"when he pushed this loser. The damage he has done by always being Too Late is incalculable. Fortunately, the economy is sooo good that we've blown through Powell and the complacent Board. I am, though, considering allowing a major lawsuit against Powell to proceed because of the horrible, and grossly incompetent, job he has done in managing the construction of the Fed Buildings. Three Billion Dollars for a job that should have been a $50 Million Dollar fix up. Not good!

GREAT Nominees for the TRUMP/KENNEDY CENTER, whoops, I mean, KENNEDY CENTER, AWARDS. They will be announced Wednesday. Tremendous work is being done, and money being spent, on bringing it back to the absolute TOP LEVEL of luxury, glamour, and entertainment. It had fallen on hard times, physically, BUT WILL SOON BE MAKING A MAJOR COMEBACK!!! President DJT
