Not to mention, Tom, the over 400,000 convicted criminals on the non-detained docket that are right now roaming the country. Your reaction to this breaking news? - I'm shocked. I'm sitting here shocked because, you know, I spent over three decades with others. And it's just incredible, these numbers. That's what you get when you end catch and release. You know, President Trump ended catch and release. These people shouldn't be walking around the streets. However, they restart catch and release. And while they're releasing these people, understand this, there are thousands of empty ice beds. Ice beds already paid for by ice, already paid for sitting empty while these people are around the streets. And here's the scary part, as Bill said, not only we got 2.2 million known data ways, right? And we don't know who these people are, but we know they didn't get fingerprinted, didn't get vetted at all. But even with these numbers, people need to understand the vetting process on the Southwest border. Many people do get vetted on the Southwest border. We don't have access to criminal data, like from El Salvador or Guatemala or Venezuela or China. So a lot of these countries, they can be criminals too, but we'll never know it because we don't have access to that data. So these numbers are obviously much higher than that. But it's, and look, and I agree with Bill on this, sanctuary cities are sanctuaries for criminals. President Trump sued sanctuary cities. We're in a middle lawsuit at the end of his presidency. When the first thing Joe Biden did, he got in the office and told DOJ to drop the lawsuit. So it's like the perfect storm for American public safety. It's just incredible. - So Tom, how does this happen? We're told by the Biden administration that, oh, these people are coming across the border illegally, but we're vetting them. We're putting them through a process. And then if eligible, they're allowed to remain in the United States. How did they miss the part about convicted murderers? How did they miss the part about convicted of rape or sexual assault? - 'Cause of vetting, the vetting is terrible. Like I said, Bill, when you vet somebody, you only vet them against NCI databases. And some countries share criminal data, but most don't. And look, the example of that was three weeks ago where they arrested a person in Venezuela that was here in the United States that was wanted for over 20 murders in his home country. But we didn't have that data during the vetting process. So that's the problem. And that's why you don't end, that's why you don't end detention. You don't do catch release like President Trump. They keep these people in custody till we have time to drill down in their histories and make sure we know who these people are. And even the APD alternatives to detention, these people are released on some sort of boarding procedures. And here's another thing. ICE has decreased significantly how many of those people are no longer on GPS. They used to be on an echo monitor, a phone that tracked my GPS. GPS has been cut tremendously because they don't want these people tracked. Look, this is a scary part. This administration is lying to American people and people are not showing up in court. And here's the thing. If you look at the Homeland Security Life Suck Report, for those 90% of asylum seekers who are gonna get order removal in the future if they simply don't fall for asylum, if you look at the Homeland Security Life Suck Report, like when it comes to family, only 6% of that 90% actually leave the country because we can't find them. Again, a massive failure by this administration to come out of here. - Yeah, Tom, I've heard a lot of warnings from you before, but perhaps none like you just said after learning of this news. You called it the perfect storm for American public safety. What is it that you're suggesting? I mean, based on these numbers, 13,000 convicted illegal alien murderers roaming the country, 15,000 convicted rapists are here, over 400,000 convicted criminals are now roaming the country. What are you suggesting this could look like when you call it the perfect storm? - Well, people are saying, we talked about crime up to this country. And of course, in the left pushback, there's no such thing as a migrant crime search. Yes, there is, and this is more evidence of it. And look, Tamala Harris is not gonna fix the border. Matter of fact, she should be ashamed of even going to the border because she broke it. We handed this administration the most secure border of my lifetime, and they unsecured it on purpose. She compared the ICE to the KKK. She attacked the men of the Border Patrol, Horse Patrol Condom Races. They have opened the flood gate. And remember this, Secretary of State of New York just has told ICE, you can't even look for somebody who's in the country illegally. That's a convicted of mysterious crime. And so, you know, most illegal hands are running around free knowing that no one's looking for them because of the policy of this administration. Look, I'll say it again. This is why we need President Trump back in office, who will, number one, secure the border and catch release and hold sanctuary cities accountable. Sanctuary cities, even some sheriffs will say, well, we're a sanctuary because we want victims and witness of alien crime to feel welcome to come and report that crime without fear of what's working with ICE. That is a stone cold lie because victims and witnesses of a crime don't want the bad guy released back in their community to take revenge. And so I said, sanctuary cities are sanctuary criminals. And Bill mentioned it. When you release a bad guy from the county jail, ICE is gonna do the job and go look for that person. And that's gonna put the officer at great risk 'cause he's trying to access, we don't know what weapons when he was in a safety and security of the jail. It puts the immigrant community at greater risk of crime 'cause a bad guy's gonna go back in that community to re-offend. It puts the immigrant community at greater risk of vice arrest 'cause we go find that bad guy. He's probably gonna be with others that weren't even on the radar. And I would tell any politician to believe in sanctuary cities, go to the immigrant community and ask them one simple question. Would you rather have ICE in the jail or in the community than most say the jail? 'Cause immigrant communities, even though many across this country are legally invited to law here illegally, most of God, fear, and family, people that wanna protect their families too. So they don't want predators in their neighborhoods either. So this is another barrier of the Harris Administration that can only be fixed by putting Donald Trump back in office and doing what we did best, making the border the most secure border we've ever had. And that was proven by data. That's not, that's just a stone cold fact. And taking the handcuffs off ICE so ICE can go look for these people who are here illegally and convicted of the most heinous crimes, let ICE do their job, they're good at it, but you gotta let 'em do it.

Another 1845 who have pending charges against them. 15,811 who have criminal convictions for rape or other sexual assault and an additional 4,250 who have pending charges where did the system break down. >> Well thanks for inviting me yeah, this is a symptom of the chaos that we've seen at our border during the presidency of Joe Biden and the vice presidency of Kamala Harris when they took over the illegal migration across the southwest border was at 50 year lows and now it's at unprecedented numbers for the last 3 plus years and the 9 to 10 docket which is the population that we're talking about here within within the non-detain doc that's 8 million people so even if 1% of that 8 million were a threat to public safety and obviously the numbers that you're showing those those people are putting us all at risk every city every town in the United States is at risk because we know that the that the system was overwhelmed for many many years and now a non-detain docket of 8 million people mean there are people walking among us in almost every single city and town in the United States who were not invited here the jump the wall and came into the United States illegally and applying their trade as a cartel member as a gangster of some other kind of someone who's abusing children or trafficking other human beings and that's what happens when sanctuary cities conflate with a chaotic border. We are all at risk. >> You know Ron as we learn this breaking news, I'm sure there's people at home going this is an emergency where is the DHS secretary to speak to these numbers to tell us what we're doing about it right and it's one thing to say okay, well, you know candidate Trump is pitching to fix the problem. Perhaps Kamala Harris lays out to her supporters the way she plans to fix the problem at the border. But these people are already here. >> That's right and this secretary has already stated that when they make these encounters at the border 85% of people are being released and he's greatly restricted ice's ability to go find these people and I will just tell you from experience that when people are set on a notice to appear and they can go to immigration court when they get a notice from the government which went maybe years and years from now many of them will not come because they know they don't have you know a legal right to immigrate into the United States look this is a society that that values the contributions of legal migrants across the country. But this chaos and this these kinds of staggering numbers scare people rightly so why are we going to continue to do this to ourselves when there are alternatives we can have safer streets safer communities and a border that is secure that allows people you know through the legal channels to come into the United States so we can bet them we can make sure they're not a public threat to public safety and if and when they are they are held to account and removed after they serve their state sentence or whatever the crimes they commit in our communities that's what needs to happen we need to have an immigration system that has integrity for both on the legal side and when people fall afoul of the law as illegal migrants or migrants that are here that commit crimes they need to be removed and they need to be removed expeditiously and you can see these numbers here, I mean I said only had you know a couple of 1000 people who are assigned to that work and so this is a monumental task that will need to be corrected because we cannot continue to have this chaos at the border and put our cities and towns at risk to the degree that we are. >> Hey Ron forgive me if I'm not really up on the law I came into this country as a legal immigrant 30. 2 years ago. And seem to be at the time that something like a murder conviction would make somebody ineligible to immigrate to this country either legally or illegally I mean I got my getting that wrong. >> That's correct if you can if you get convicted of murder for its is in your example, you're subject to deportation and immigration officer finds you and takes you into custody that you'll you'll have a hearing with the judge so so so so then so then why are these people still in the country. Well most of those folks that are on the non detained docket are here illegally they've been addressed at the border have been released with a notice to appear. >> Why are they still here. >> Because you have the conflagration of sanctuary cities and an immigration system that it doesn't have the kind of resources or the will frankly under this administration to to take this problem in hand and go after the worst of the worst. >> Unbelievable, I mean if I think bill religion said it this is a jaw dropper people have had enough and we saw that we see that showing up in the polling and this is this is a lot more to take in Ron thank you very much for joining us and I know
