And you would have to give the defense continuances throughout the trial, which means you keep the jury on ice while they get to prepare their cross examination, because the prosecutors won't give them a heads up so they can work on that over the weekend, which is why, you know, for trial lawyers, that's why God made weekends, so that you get prepared for the next week. And he can't respond as he would if he weren't under this inhibition.
