RFK Jr. is, as you know, the most radical left candidate in the race. He's more so than the Green Party. He's more so than even Crooked Joe Biden. But he's got some nice things about him. I happen to like him. Unfortunately, he is about the Green News scam because he believes in that, and a lot of people don't. They want to see our country become rich and wealthy and strong and powerful and lots of other things and not waste money doing something that nobody wants and everybody knows doesn't work. I guess that would mean that RFK Jr. is going to be taking away votes from Crooked Joe Biden. And he should because he's actually better than Biden. He's much better than Biden. If I were a Democrat, I'd vote for RFK Jr. every single time over Biden because he's, frankly, more in line with Democrats. RFK Jr.'s running mate, Nicole Shanahan, is also a very liberal person. But that's okay. She's got plenty of money from her ex-husband. Kennedy is a radical left Democrat and always will be, but he's a better man than Joe Biden, that I can tell you. It's great for MAGA. I hope he continues to run. But the Communists will make it very hard on him to get on the ballot, as they did for him as a Democrat. He wanted to get on the ballot. They made it very, very difficult for him. They really went after him viciously, just like they go after me. Welcome to the crowd, RFK Jr. But the fact is that the Democrats are vicious. Communists, fascists, they're horrible people. They really hurt him badly, what they did to him as a Democrat. That's why he's running as an independent. But expect him to be indicted any day now, probably for environmental fraud. He is Crooked Joe Biden's political opponent, not mine. Biden can't speak. Biden can't debate. Biden can't put two sentences together. So, I guess he's probably going to indict RFK Jr. But I'm glad that he's running. They will fight it out together. We have the right and we have the center, and we have even center a little bit left, if you can believe it or not. Because that group is radical left. They want windmills. They want all sorts of things that are going to destroy our country, and we're not going to allow it. If you want to drive an all-electric car for a half an hour before you have to go home and get a charge, then you should vote for Joe Biden. But it's going to be interesting to watch the two of them find it out. I do believe that RFK Jr. will do very well. And I do believe he's going to take a lot of votes away from Crooked Joe Biden. But it's very important to understand the problem is not just Joe Biden. It's every single elected Democrat in the House and the Senate. Just look at what their voting records are and what they're all about. Every single Democrat in the Senate voted against the Lakin-Riley Act because they want to shield illegal alien migrants from criminal prosecution. They want to take care of criminals, and they want to keep them from deportation. Every single Senate Democrat voted to count millions and millions of illegal aliens in the census so that illegal immigrants get representation in Congress and in presidential elections. Every single Senate Democrat voted to give Joe Biden virtually unlimited authority to grant mass amnesty to illegals, putting them on a path of being voting citizens and doing just about whatever they want to do in our country. Thus, every Democrat voted to support the invasion of our country. Every single Democrat in the entire Congress voted for so-called Inflation Reduction Act, which is a joke, and the trillions of dollars in wasteful spending bills leaving us with the highest inflation in perhaps a hundred years. Likewise, every single Democrat in Congress voted to let men play in women's sports. How does that one work? So the next time you hear John Tester, Sherrod Brown, Bob Casey, Tammy Baldwin, or any other Washington Democrat, pretend to be a moderate. Just remember, they all voted as radical left extremists. Our next guest says, "The deck is stacked against the former president in this politically driven case." Fox News legal analyst Greg Jarrett wrote about it on foxnews.com. Here to explain it now, Greg, your thoughts, barring a last minute reprieve, the show starts Monday. Yeah, and Trump is fighting for a fair trial, Brian, and an impartial jury. That's his constitutional right under the Sixth Amendment. But in Manhattan, as you say, the deck is stacked against him. You've got a biased judge, a jury pool dominated by Trump-hating New Yorkers. He's right, I think, to demand that the trial judge recuse himself because his adult daughter has a vested interest in her father's case. She runs a Democrat consulting firm that solicited tens of millions of dollars by citing her father's case. She has a financial interest in the outcome, and under ethical rules, that's a disqualifying conflict of interest. And Trump's other challenge is based on immunity, which is, of course, under review by the US Supreme Court. Some of the allegations and evidence against him in the New York case took place while he was president. Why not wait until the high court decides that issue? Oral arguments are in just a couple of weeks. But there is a rush to convict Trump in advance of the election. Right. So you say he's accused of falsifying company records to hide the nature of payments to his former lawyer as it relates to Stormy Daniels. This is something that they had to extend the statute of limitations to try and upgrade the charge from misdemeanor to a felony. Now, do you think that President Trump's legal team is up for the challenge? Could they be ready to defend the president in a way that could convince at least one juror? Well, I would hope so. I think they're a fine team of lawyers, and their argument is quite valid. You know, paying somebody for silence is not a crime. So instead, the DA Alvin Bragg accuses Trump of falsely accounting for it. At best, that's a mere misdemeanor, as you point out. That was barred long ago by the statute of limitations. So Bragg is trying to circumvent that by twisting the law and claiming, "Oh, it's an illegal campaign donation and thus a felony." No, it's not. The federal election commission concluded it doesn't qualify as a campaign expenditure to the Department of Justice said, "Hey, there's no crime here. Alvin Bragg doesn't care. He's decided to charge Trump criminally, even though he has no authority as a local prosecutor to charge federal crimes in a federal election." Greg, just do this. Look at this trial. See the 76-year-old CFO of a Trump organization back in Rikers while illegal immigrants, shoplifts and ransacked stores beat up cops. No one gets charged for crimes. There seems to be a nonstop bail reform cannot be penetrated. But we have to go and arrest Donald Trump and his CFO to keep New York safe. Are they that oblivious to how bad this looks around the country, around the world? They are oblivious, and I think they're delusional. These indictments all have one common denominator, Brian. They're politically driven. We didn't see this for what it is, an abuse of our legal system meant to interfere in the presidential election. But polls show it's backfiring, only solidifying Trump's support. Voters see him really as a villain, not as a villain rather, but as a victim of unscrupulous political enemies who are weaponizing the law. We'll have to wait and see how it turns out.
