I am pleased to nominate Eric Hamilton to serve as Judge on the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska. Eric has done a phenomenal job as the Deputy Assistant Attorney General for the Federal Programs Branch, defending our Administration’s most important Policies in Court. A sixth generation Nebraskan, Eric previously served as Solicitor General of the State of Nebraska. He is a proud graduate of Stanford Law School and the University of Nebraska, and clerked for the highly respected Judge Thomas Hardiman of the Third Circuit. The incredible people of Nebraska are lucky to have a fighter like Eric join the Federal Bench. Congratulations Eric! President DONALD J. TRUMP

HUGE INVESTMENT WIN for NEBRASKA AND THE U.S.!

Beckton Dickenson (BD), one of the largest Medical Device Manufacturers, has agreed to an Investment of 3 BILLION DOLLARS to Onshore Manufacturing of Essential Medical Products (syringes, needles, lab kits, and more) that American Patients and Hospitals depend on. The biggest expansion will be in NEBRASKA (I am heading there today!) where BD will Invest over 1 BILLION DOLLARS to ramp up production of numerous products, including needles made with American Steel. No one likes needles — But, if you need one, it should be made of American Steel in the U.S.A.

The reason for BD’s announcement is my strong Medical Device TARIFFS, which will be in place by the end of the year. BUILD IN AMERICA, HIRE AMERICAN WORKERS, AND TREAT AMERICAN PATIENTS FAIRLY — OR PAY! President DONALD J. TRUMP
