Today we are here to announce the results of the 2026 national healthcare fraud takedown. This announcement marks the greatest combined federal and state effort in combating healthcare fraud in history. Thanks to the leadership of President Trump and the Vice President and all those folks standing behind me and next to me, we are more united than ever before. This team is working tirelessly to take down fraudsters who steal from taxpayer funded programs and prey on vulnerable Americans. When we talk about the team that's working on these cases, I want to give some context around that. There are nine healthcare fraud strike forces that have been part of this effort, 57 U.S. Attorney's offices, 41 state Attorney General's offices. Not red states, not blue states, but both working together with the federal government. Multiple law enforcement agencies, including inspector generals, some of the agencies that are here with me on this stage, that's what we talk about when we say this is an all government approach to combating fraud. It's not just the Department of Justice, it's not just HHS. It's all government, including working with our state and local partners. Today we are announcing federal and state charges, all of which were charged or unsealed at some point over the past two weeks, the past 14 days, coordinated nationwide action. Since June 8th, we've charged 455 defendants across 56, like I said a minute ago, U.S. Attorney's offices and 45 U.S. states and territories. As alleged in the various indictments, these individuals participated in healthcare fraud schemes involving over $6.5 billion in false claims submitted to Medicare, Medicaid and other healthcare programs.

So how much power, and we're talking about influence here, do they have on the GOP, especially over the long run? - Yeah, over the long run. That's what I think is so important here. And it's not just about Donald Trump. It's about the Make America movement. Again, that's what we're talking about. Make America Great Again movement. And it is as powerful as it has ever been because I want you to take a look here. GOP who view MAGA favorably. Two years ago when Donald Trump was running for term number two, it was 74%. Today, look at this, it's 78% of Republicans who view the Make America Great Again movement favorably. So we're talking about something that, in my opinion, will very much be able to outlast Donald Trump. Trump is in term number two. He can't run for a term number three, but the bottom line is this. What he brought into the GOP looks like it's going to last long beyond him. - It's a very populous movement. I am curious because J.D. Vance would then be the next standard bearer of this movement. Where is the GOP on how they feel about him? - Yeah, okay, so obviously J.D. Vance, the Vice President of the United States, at this point looks like a favorite for the Republican nomination come 2028. And one of the reasons why he looks like a favorite is because the Republican base loves J.D. Vance. What are we talking about here? Someone who really represents the Make America Great Again movement. This is somebody, a year ago, his favorable rating among Republicans, 81%. Latest market university law school poll, look at this. 84%, 84%, so if anything his favorable rating is somewhat up from where it was a year ago, after a year of Trump, and of course that matches what we see when it comes to MAGA, right? It matches what we see coming to MAGA, whereby it was 74, and now it's 78%. If anything, MAGA's grip on the GOP, and it seems like the next in line to be the next standard bearer of MAGA, both of them, their favorable ratings are actually up after a year of Donald Trump's second term.

The destroyers have enough tomahawk missiles to render pretty much every airfield in the country unusable within a few minutes if we want to, and our own air assets can arm fuel and launch or relaunch or land a plane every minute to back that up. So again, not a matter of whether we can, it's a matter of whether or not we should and what avenue we take and to what end result. So end of the situation room with me. See in the military, we have this thing called a warning order. That's the overall brief would be given in a room like this to whatever the objective is. So just got word that the FBI is in Atlanta, Georgia conducting a search warrant and the Fulton County election office and I have spoken to a number of individuals over the last couple of weeks have not spoken about this publicly, but who have been called in by the FBI questioning and was aware that the FBI was here do not have any information with the search warrant is related to other than Fox News is reporting is related to the 2020 election. This is a presidential memorandum on countering domestic terrorism and organized political violence. In recent weeks, months, and years, we've seen a tremendous upsurge in some highly visible but also other acts of domestic terrorism and organized political violence being perpetrated by radical, politically motivated groups all over the country. What this presidential memorandum will do is set off an administration-wide response to that, ranging from the Joint Terrorism Task Forces to other components of the Department of Justice, to the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of Treasury. We're looking at interdicting these groups, preventing them from performing acts of violence, and also looking at sources of organization and funding and support that prop them up and allow them to do the acts that they have been doing. We're looking at the funders of a lot of these groups. You know, when you see the signs, and they're all beautiful signs made professionally, these aren't your protesters that make the sign in their basement late in the evening because they really believe it. These are anarchists and agitators, professional anarchists and agitators, and they get hired by wealthy people, some of whom I know, I guess, you know, I probably know them, and you wouldn't know it. At dinner with them, everything's nice, and then you find out that they funded millions of dollars to these lunatics. Steve, could you say a couple of words about that, please? This is a very historic and significant day. This is the first time in American history that there is an old government effort to dismantle left-wing terrorism, to dismantle Antifa, to dismantle the organizations that have been carrying out these acts of political violence and terrorism. What we have seen, if you look at whether it be going back to the riots that started with Black Lives Matter and all the way through to the Antifa riots, the attacks on ICE officers, the doxing campaigns, and now the political assassinations, using that lone isolated events, this is part of an organized campaign of radical left terrorism. It is structured, it is sophisticated, it is well-funded, it is well-planned. There is really no parallel like this to anything else in the country right now. There is an entire system of feeder organizations that provide money, resources, weapons, and when they're attacking ICE officers, they're attacking federal buildings, or they're isolating public officials for harassment, doxing, intimidation, and ultimately attempted assassination, it is all carefully planned, executed, and thought through. It is terrorism on our soil. Because of this executive order, Cash and Pam are going to have the tools they need working with Scott to take these organizations apart piece by piece, and the central hub of that effort is going to be the Joint Terrorism Task Force, or JTTF, which sits inside the Federal Bureau of Investigation. But for those at home who are worried about terrorism in this country, they need to understand, because of President Trump's strength, because of his vision, because of his leadership, we are now going to use the entire force of the federal government to uproot these organizations root and branch. And again, it is only possible because of President Trump and his leadership.
