the United States military unleashing powerful strikes overnight against the Iranian regime. President Trump exclusively telling Fox News in a phone call from the situation room that 49 Tomahawk missiles were launched at targets across Iran, one of those targets just 40 miles outside the capital of Tehran. We also know that other targets were hit along the southwestern coast of the country. The president says we hit them very hard tonight and described the strikes as violent and vicious. President Trump also giving some new insight into the behind the scenes of what was taking place during those hours. He was in the situation room with Vice President J.D. Vance and Special Envoy Kushner and Wickhoff when the phone rang. It was the Iranians, President Trump says, on the other end, calling on him to stop the bombing. He said he'll stop the bombing if they sign the agreement that is currently on the table. And again, the latest information that we have, the Iranians did respond to those U.S. strikes overnight against their country. They launched ballistic missiles and drones at Gulf countries, including Bahrain and Kuwait. And even as far as Jordan, the Jordanian army says they shot down 20 incoming ballistic missiles. Guys. So, so Trey, right now we're to believe with the time shifting that we're shaping the battle, it seems, using your term and the military term in order to hit them much harder, take down, you know, blind them and then have your way with them. So do you believe today is it will be an escalation or is when you say continuing to bomb was that yesterday? Yeah, it's a great question. When I spoke with the president, I asked him what happens if the Iranians don't sign the deal. And he said, we'll bomb the S out of them tomorrow night. So the president is leaving the military option on the table because he understands that the bombing campaign in the past 48 hours was a shaping operation. They were going after the air defense systems that remain inside of Iran and the radar sites that the Iranians try to use to identify foreign aircraft over their territory. The reality now is the United States controls the skies of Iran and the Iranians can do very little when these strikes take place. Another important note here is what we are hearing from the Iranians today. Through state media and official channels, they are saying that the Strait of Hormuz is closed. But they've said that before. And ultimately, we found out from President Trump yesterday that millions of barrels of oil were actually being taken out of the Persian Gulf as a result of a secret operation conducted by U.S. forces to support these vessels, ships that had millions of barrels of oils on board. And so again, it gives you a dichotomy of what's actually happening on the ground and what you hear from Iranian state media. But what took place overnight was significant. And I asked the president, does this mean the ceasefire is over? And he simply said that this is not really a ceasefire because it's one of the worst ceasefires in history. The Iranians have been launching strikes. They shot down using a drone, a U.S. helicopter, an Apache with two U.S. service members on board. And ultimately, that led to these new strikes by the U.S. military. Now, the president also in the room was alongside Vice President J.D. Vance. And I asked the vice president about the negotiation process. And he said, we're certainly dealing with both the very highest levels of the political leadership, but also the IRGC. The vice president and the negotiating team understands exactly who they're dealing with here. But they also understand what President Trump told me yesterday. They are now tapping the United States along. And the president is using bombs to negotiate, putting new pressure on the Iranian regime because he understands it's not only the military pressure that we saw last night, it's also the economic pressure as a result of the U.S. naval blockade of Iranian ports. We know that Iranian exports across the border down about 90 percent. They're extracting crude oil at a rate of 50 percent. And it is crippling the Iranian economy. They're losing hundreds of millions of dollars every week. And so the president has some strategic patience here to play with because the Iranians are under an immense amount of domestic political pressure. And last night, they saw that they can't even defend against new incoming attacks. So guys, thank you, Trey. What do you say to our viewers who love Donald Trump and they support him? They trust him. They believe he's talking to the right people and making the right moves. But they're tired of this. And they see that the midterms are around the corner. They want our economy to get back on track and our gas prices to drop. What do we need to do to get out? So a couple of things here. In terms of the gas prices, the president, by doing this secret operation, has been able to relatively stabilize the oil prices. And that's part of the reason, because this operation was ongoing that we learned about yesterday. More broadly, as it relates to Operation Epic Fury and why this began, President Trump simply told me this began to ensure that Iran can never have a nuclear weapon that threatens U.S. forces, allies, or even the United States in the future. And the reality is the Iranians showed up to the negotiating table at the beginning of this year. And rather than say they're open to making a deal with the United States and they'll never have a nuclear bomb, they told U.S. Special Envoy Steve Whitcoff they had enough highly enriched uranium at 60 percent purity to create 11 nuclear bombs. That's just one step away from weapons-grade material. And this is a regime, as we've seen in the past, that will publicly say we have friends in the Gulf. We're friends with Bahrain and Qatar and Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. And then launch missiles and drones against their civilian population. And so the president had that information along with U.S. intelligence that indicated they were very close in that breakout time toward a nuclear weapon. And so the answer to your question is this. As it relates to what is taking place in the short term, the president has indicated, when I've talked to him previously, when this is over he believes gas prices are going to drop. But primarily he wants to either ensure that Iran does not have this highly enriched material in their country through an agreement or on the battlefield. And that's really what we're looking at here. Two options according to the president. Either the Iranians are going to make a good-faith deal that opens the Strait of Hormuz to international shipping. This critical waterway that accounts for around 20 percent of the global energy supply when you're looking at crude oil and liquefied natural gas that comes from places like Qatar. And also ensure that they'll never have a path to a nuclear weapon. And that's a very difficult negotiation process that the vice president and special envoys Kushner and Wyckoff are working on with counterparts in the region, including the Qataris and those in Islamabad, Pakistan. Because there is that highly enriched uranium that was buried in the aftermath of Operation Midnight Hammer last summer at the end of the 12-day war. And when the president took those B-2 bombers over those Iranian nuclear facilities like Isfahan and Fordo, he actually buried that highly enriched uranium deep underground. And so he wants to ensure that it's either diluted and destroyed or removed from the country. And if the Iranians are unwilling to do that, then we're looking at a situation where this is likely going to go on for a matter of weeks, if not longer. Real quickly, Trey, because you have the phone call with the president as he's doing these operations, that you get the impression that negotiation now is over. That it's an ultimatum almost. Either you sign the deal with no negotiations more. I've given you as much as I can, or the war continues. Yeah, certainly there is a new equation. The president told me last night we'll bomb the S out of them tomorrow night if they don't sign the deal. Because he's done being tapped along, he told me, as it relates to this negotiation process. And the Iranians are notorious for dragging out negotiations. And that's something when you look at the region, they have a reputation for. But they're in a situation right now that they've not been in in 48 years. Because not only are they taking immense military pressure with the US military controlling the skies of their country, the US military also controls their critical ports where they make their money to support their military activities. But also when we look back just a few months, and we think about what happened during Operation Epic Fury, they've lost their ability to deter those in the region. Because their production lines were taken out in strikes that were ordered by US Central Command alongside the Israelis. They not only went after the launching positions of these drones and missiles, but they took out the production facilities that would allow them to create more.

Welcome to this savage nation. Today's brief, abbreviated discussion will be about the arguments that I just listened to before the Supreme Court about birthright citizenship. I was somewhat incensed by listening to the arguments because all I heard was legalese being bandied back and forth, and quite noticeable to me was that the person bringing the arguments in favor of flooding America with illegal aliens to change the demographics forever was a Chinese American who looks to me like the classic ACLU attorney, very smart, very evil, and very devious. The ACLU is the head of the snake, they have been forever, and there they were again trying to turn America into a cesspool. We all know that these arguments should not be conducted in the abstract of a courtroom. This is really not about law, this is about public opinion. Now I could start arguing about the Constitution itself, and I'll get into a stone, I'll run into a stone wall with who would you say? Well we can't modify the Constitution because it's written in stone, and if we do they'll take away our first and second amendment, which is what they would do. So that's the problem. I mean the Constitution was written before air travel, needless to say, before television, before the internet, before radio, and you could say how relevant are some of these arguments when people are coming here by airplane in the ninth month of their pregnancy to just drop one on the, drop a baby here becomes an instant citizen and then they bring the entire family in from China or in the, or some other hellhole on the planet. You don't have to go too far to see that English is not spoken here anymore, and that there's almost no loyalty to this country amongst the immigrant class coming in today, which was not always the case. No, they're not like the European Americans of today and their ancestors. The Irish integrated, the Italians integrated, the Polish integrated, the Lithuanians, the Romanians, the Russians, they all integrated and became Americans in the melting pot. The idea of the melting pot is long over. It is now just the cash-in pot. We've gone from the melting pot to the chamber pot, as I said many years ago. You don't have to go any further than any city in America to see what this has brought upon this country. So to listen to these very wise smart lawyers arguing in the abstract as to whether birthright citizenship should apply to anyone born here no matter who their parents are or where their parents came from is ludicrous to me, which is why I put up a poll on my social channels where I said birthright citizenship should be subjected to a national vote, not put in the hands of lawyers, let the citizens decide. Well of course I knew how it would go because I know what the people think. It's 80/20, yes. Of course we should have a national referendum on this as though, see in California we have propositions, as rigged as they are, that people get a chance to vote on certain propositions. And when we vote against what the governor wants or what the vermin who run the state want, they find a cockamamie ACLU lawyer to overturn our vote anyway, which is where revolutions arise, how revolutions arrive, arise because no longer can we take any more of this s***. I don't like getting vulgar but I can't take it anymore. The country has been stolen from us by these f***ing lawyers. Shakespeare had it right. I didn't like listening to all of their fine arguments without talking about the realities in place and how this has become a bankrupt welfare nation. Bankrupt welfare nation. There is article after article about the abuse of the welfare system in the state of California, a great one today in the California Post. You actually would not believe the extent of the fraud in this state. And a good portion of it is being conducted by immigrant front groups, all protected by ACLU. They've done more damage to this nation than all the mafia families put together, in my unhumble opinion. Gangsters with laptops, more dangerous than gangsters with guns for what they've done to this nation. They've robbed us blind, treated us like second-class citizens, let the turd whirl triumph, stepped on our flag, etc. So again birthright citizenship is the question. I can't take much more. Well I woke up and I saw what was going on and I said I'm really glad that I could watch this. First they made an issue of Trump showing up like it was illegal for the president the United States to witness this when it turns out. They said oh he's there to bully them. Actually they said as we studied this there was actually a chair put in there by the founding fathers in the Supreme Court for a president to sit in. So Trump is an activist president. That was no good either. That was no good either. Whatever he does is no good. Earlier when I saw this going on and listened to the snake from the ACLU, Ms. Wang, Attorney Wang, she speaks so eloquently. Supreme Court arguments are just legal on our shores to then bring in the entire family. How about some common sense in a bankrupt nation? ACLU Attorney Wang is pushing to destroy our national identity, turn us into a colony of China, but it's not limited to China. It's also India. They're also abusing it. I used to be a great supporter of Indians in India until I opened my eyes up of what's going on here. White men need not apply to jobs in the state of California. Never mind. Never mind in high tech. Your chances are nil. You have to be from India or China because almost all the internal mechanisms are set up to run by Indians and Chinese. I know it for a fact. I know it for a fact. You don't have to argue with it. If you don't know what you're talking about, don't argue with me. And I asked the question on a poll. Should birthright citizenship be subjected to a national vote? Not put in the hands of lawyers. Should the citizens decide? Admittedly, it's a small sample. Admittedly, it's a biased sample. Okay, but watching the Supreme Court arguments in the future of our nation, can we? This very famous case was Andrew Jackson, who after the Supreme Court ruled about the, I think it was the Cherokee removal, he disagreed with what the Supreme Court said. And he said now that the court has decided let them enforce, meaning he said go screw yourselves. I hold all the power with the military. That's what he said to the Supreme Court then. So if this comes out the way I see it coming, which is sure let him come here and drop a baby in the ninth month on the doorstep and turn him into an innocent citizen and then bring in all the ancestors from India and from China. Sure, bring them all in. If that's what happens, which is I see what's gonna happen. I think we need a Jackson as president. And I don't mean Kendi Jackson. I mean we need someone to stand up to these lawyers. They've destroyed our nation. Unbelievable what's going on in my nation and my state, the corrupt state of California, where fraud is so rampant that even Democrats are screaming about it. I don't see anyone giving a cogent argument in favor of illegal immigrants dropping babies on the shore. Of course you're gonna get the racists who say it was okay with his European Americans. There's only a few hardcore conservative Americans on there. And the reason they do it is quite simple is because the legal profession is a closed circuit. They all work in their own world and they don't want to be excluded from the events that the legal people have with each other. It's the lawyers of the ACLU who have destroyed this nation. They're always on the side of the criminal, not the cop, the criminal, not the victim, the illegal alien, not the legal citizen. The ACLU is a gangster criminal organization. I for years told you how this could be done and I still don't know why Trump hasn't done it. He's gone after other national enemies. For God's sake, he's at war with Iran right now. I would say that the ACLU has done more damage to this nation than Iran has ever done directly to this nation. The ACLU has done more damage to our borders, language, and culture than Iran has done. The ACLU and their cockamamie lawyers have done more damage to America than the mullahs in Iran have done to this nation. Why can't they be taken down under the RICO statutes? I've studied it. Racketeering, influence, corrupt organization. That's the ACLU by definition where three or more people conspire to bring this nation down and turn us into an unrecognizable cesspool reminiscent of the worst third world dictatorships. Break the ACLU on the RICO statutes, President Trump please. I don't think it's gonna happen. They're all afraid of them. I don't know what it is. I don't understand that. Well that's one man's opinion on the issue of birthright citizenship. President Trump, one last appeal to you today. Please bust the ACLU on the RICO statutes before there's nothing left of this nation to save.

"This has been by far the most successful first year of any administration in the history of our country, acknowledged by everybody. To begin with, I ended eight wars, and it may be a little early to say this, but if we add Iran and Lebanon, that will be ten wars ended and many, many millions of lives saved. Every lives we've saved. Starting on day one, we ended the illegal invasion of America. That's an invasion by criminals, many, many criminals, murderers, drug dealers, prisoners. They emptied out their prisons into our country. And we took the most dangerous, unsafe, violent and open border and created the most secure border in U.S. history, one of the most secure borders anywhere in the world, with zero illegal aliens coming into our country in the past 11 months, zero. And in 2025, we achieved the largest drop in violent crime ever recorded. That's despite all of these people that came into our country. Many of them are now gone, I'm pleased to tell you. The murder rate, isn't it a terrible thing to be talking about murder, but you got to say it. At least if it's good news. I guess it's good news. But the murder rate reached the lowest level in over 125 years, 1900, the year 1900. Before my father was born, my father was great, before he was born, the flow of deadly fentanyl pouring across our border is down by astounding 59 percent. And as you probably noticed, if you watch the news, illegal drugs coming in by ocean or sea are down by 97 percent. And we're trying to find out who the three percent is because I consider them to be perhaps the bravest people anywhere in the world. Or they don't watch television or something. We passed the largest tax cuts in American history, the largest spending cuts in American history, the largest regulation cuts in American history, and the largest investment in border security in the history of our country. And starting my first day in office, we banned the transgender mutilization of our children. And we made it the official policy of the United States of America that there are only two genders, male and female. That was easy. Could you imagine if I was up here 20 years ago or 15 years ago, probably 12 years ago, and I said there are only two genders, male and female, people would say, what the hell is he saying that for? Is he crazy? That's got to be the worst speech I've ever heard. Why is he saying that? Or why is he saying that we got men out of women's sports? Can you imagine saying that 15 years ago, 15 years ago, you said, and we got men out of women's sports. The audience would say, what's wrong with that guy? It's the craziest thing I've ever heard. And we got critical race theory out of our schools. And we abolished DEI across the entire federal government. And we eliminated so-called affirmative action in federal contracting and university admissions. If you get great marks and have great scores and your boards are good, everything is good, you're getting in. People can't go before. We have a country now that again is based on merit. That's the way we became great.

- If these ballots were run through multiple times, as you've alleged, I think you said possibly up to 30,000 times, definitely thousands of times, being counted, when we examine the poll book and see who voted, and we count those numbers, would they then not line up with the total number of votes coming out of Detroit? - Just later, later, the poll book is completely off, completely off. - Off to 30,000? - I'd say that poll book is off by over 100,000. - Where are you from? - Oh, I'm from down river. - Okay. - I'm here because of the 38,000 ballots that arrived here at 3.45 AM, they're just now sitting over there and getting counted, supposedly. - Okay, okay. - And that's why I arrived. - Okay. - To an eye-opening of hypocrisy, let me tell you, something I want you to see, they're taping up the windows, the security's taping up the windows so that people who are challenging cannot see in here, and he can't see out, so it's an interesting development. Interesting development. - I began observing the process of ballots at several counting boards. I quickly noticed that none, and I mean none, of the names who were being scanned from the ballots were in the electronic poll books. All of the names that were found were found in the supplemental sheets. We know that the poll books, the electronic poll books, were updated on Sunday, November 1st. That meant that all of these new ballots had to have been brand new registered voters on Monday, November 2nd, or Tuesday, November 3rd. I found it very hard to believe that tens of thousands of people had registered in just two short days, so I began writing down the names on the ballots immediately after they were scanned by the computer poll worker. As soon as I began, I was severely obstructed by five different persons that I could no longer, such that I could no longer continue my legal responsibility as a poll challenger. These five persons comprised of a poll worker, a supervisor, an uncredential person, a Democrat challenger, and one of the top leaders of the AVCB. The details can be found on my affidavit. Does anyone believe that 30 or 40,000 new voters were actually signed up legally in two days? - Yeah, and what have you seen? - I've seen ballots that don't belong to anybody. They don't throw up in the voter registration. There's no name attached to them. - And what are they doing with those ballots? - I'm challenging them, and they're supposed to put them in a box to be evaluated, but then multiple ballots that have several different numbers, one person with different numbers. We have whole lists of them. We're writing everything down all day long. - So are they improperly filled out, and you're looking to disqualify them? - Yes, they're improperly filled out if they have no name, if they don't have a home, or if the person was born in 1921, but registered to vote in 1900, that kind of doesn't make sense. - But that's not on the ballot. When you vote, your ballot is just the balls in which you have on there. What are you seeing? Are you seeing people's registration forms? So on the tables, you have the ballot, and then you are able to see next to them on a computer screen whose ballot that is. - Sometimes the ballot itself has no name, but the ballot is filled out. And then if we go into the registration file, we find the person that was born in 1921, and there's a lot that's not right. - What's wrong with being born in 1921? - But registering to vote in 1900, 21 years before you're born. - Only a few of the most egregious items witnessed. I was not allowed to perform my job, and from what I observed were any of the GOP challengers in accordance with Michigan laws. We were constantly prevented from getting close enough to see what was going on with respect to the ballots. Procedures were not being properly followed when we brought these to the attention of the supervisors. Our concerns were dismissed and ignored. We observed ballots being backdated from 11-4 to 11-2, and data being entered into the computers for these mail-in ballots. Poll workers were entering ballot information from new mail-in ballots, including dates of birth of 1/1/1900 into the electronic poll books and processing those ballots for tabulation. The information wasn't in either the electronic poll book or the paper supplement book prior to that. Dead people were voting. I sent a website to that effect, and the list that they had up to that date was 17,327 randomly checked Michigan voters that were registered for voting and were above the age of 80. Every name on this list has voted in the 2020 election, check for yourself, and has also been found in one or more of the obituaries online. This is the most important election in my lifetime, and I think the most important election in the history of our republic. - Yeah, poll book, why don't you look at the registered voters on there? How many registered voters are on there? Did you, do you even know the answer to that? - No, I guess I'm trying to get to the bottom of this here. - Zero, zero, there's zero. - So my question then is if the-- - Guess how many, wait, what about the turnout rate? 120%. - Let's let Representative Johnson ask his question a little bit.
