Election systems across the country are found to have deleted millions of votes cast for President Trump. According to an unaudited analysis of data obtained from Edison Research, states using Dominion voting systems may have switched as many as 435,000 votes from President Trump to Joe Biden. And the author also finds another 2.7 million Trump votes appear to have been deleted by Dominion, including almost 1 million Trump votes in Pennsylvania alone. The experts' claims are quite shocking and starkly contrast the narrative that we've heard. Media claims have been made that the machines were not connected to the internet, but according to the forensic report, that is patently false. The experts examined both Dominion and ES&S machines, and both were connected to the internet using wireless technology. This is a fact that the machine vendors knew well before the election, because their proposal to pitch for the contract included information about internet transmission and wireless capabilities. What is the vehicle for the transmission from the ICP? Is it cellular modem versus VPN? It is a cellular modem that can be configured in a VPN, right? And we currently in Chicago and Cook County, we work with Verizon to secure that network. So we would have the same capabilities here. What wireless chip set/modem does the hardware have? We support a variety. Some of the forensic evidence for this fact includes the wireless chip made by the company to LEAT. This is a picture from the forensic audit of the chip inserted into the machine to transmit information wirelessly. This is a clear admission that they knew the machines were connected to the internet and there were problems, so they had to tally manually. The media also claimed that there was no foreign involvement. But according to the forensic report, that is not true. The 4G card included in the ES&S machines, pictured here, was made by the company to LEAT. The project to manufacture the chips, according to the report, was funded by the Chinese and has ties to the Chinese Communist Party. Some have accused these companies of obfuscating and in some cases misleading election administrators and the American public. So I'd like to ask each of you, do you have components in your supply chain that come from either Russia or China? Chairperson, we do not have components that come from Russia. We do have a limited number of components that come from China. It wasn't our company in the entire report, but we do have components in our products that come from China. Ms. Mathis? Yes, similar feedback here. We take the security of our supply chain very seriously and we actively monitor and assess all aspects of that supply chain, including country of origin. So do you have components from China or Russia? We do not have components from Russia, but we do have, similar to my colleagues, we do have components. And what would be the nature of those components? Similar resistors, capacitors, they're the global supply chain for technology components of that. And what percentage do you know? I don't have. We'll follow up with that. Is there any method of voting that's 100% secure? No. No. No. Do you sell voting machines that have network capabilities installed? Can you be more specific? Yes, you don't have the software installed, but you have the capability of installing it. For remote access software? Yes. We do not. We no longer install any remote access software. That process was discontinued in 2006 and is not allowed by any of the EAC testing. We got a firsthand look when we visited ES&S, the largest manufacturer of voting machines, and talked to CEO Tom Burt. Why is there a sprint thing here and a Verizon thing here? There's a small percentage of jurisdictions in the country, a lot of them are in Florida, who have decided that they want to modem unofficial results to the election office. Voting machines are not connected to the internet. Those are not connected. Voting machines themselves are not connected to the internet. And we knew that wasn't true. And cybersecurity expert Kevin Skoglin wanted to prove it. So he and nine other independent security consultants created their own search engine looking for election systems online. We found over 35 had been left online and we're still continuing to find more. ES&S insists while there are 14,000 of its modems in use, there are firewalls separating those modems from the public internet and that the modems are turned on for just seconds. But Skoglin says that's not enough. We're seeing Illinois and Michigan. Last summer, Skoglin's team found ES&S voting systems online and at least some of the precincts in 11 states, including the battleground states of Florida, Michigan and Wisconsin. If you were able to get inside these systems, could you do more than perhaps mess up the preliminary results? Could you actually get deeper inside the system? Absolutely. And that's my biggest concern. Top computer scientist Andrew Appel agrees with Skoglin. Once the hackers starts talking to the voting machine through the modem, they can hack the software in the voting machine and make it cheat in future elections. In August, Skoglin took his results to election officials and the press, assuming the systems will get taken down. We were astonished when he showed us some of those systems are still online. Modems in voting machines are a bad idea. Those modems are network connections and that leaves them vulnerable to hacking by anybody who can connect to that network. We should make sure that voting machines are not connected to the internet. Period. Period. Mr. Pollis? Chairperson, we've never had any kind of remote access in our Dominion products. But I will say that I do want to draw a caveat. Some of our tabulators are designed around the ability to have an external plug-in modem to transmit unofficial results after it pulls close. Okay. What wireless chipset/modem does the hardware have? We support a variety. So it's really up to the jurisdictions what technology they want to use, what's compatible with their networks. Currently, some jurisdictions are using basically a modem that is a 3D modem, GSM, but we can support multiple varieties of modem. Including the latest 4D standards as well. So the answer is the next question is a 3D or 4G. Verizon, AT or T or Sprint, assuming all? Oh, yeah. All networks, right. Just to point it back, yeah. I mean, we actually transmit from the ICP in Mongolia as well, so we're not limited in networks. And in Puerto Rico, there's three vendors because the island is not covered by any of the vendors completely, so we use three different cellular vendors for some ICPs with this vendor, Maro, AT and T or T-Mobile, I think, in the different parts of the island. Analysts say the theft and destruction of votes are attributed to so-called glitches in Dominion Software and the extent to which this affected results can be verified by hand recounts of votes in each state.

I was with Vice President Vance in Kansas City where he announced some big charges, and then in LA this week, look, the LA problem is huge. This has been going on for years. Under the Democrats here in Los Angeles and the Biden administration, they turned on the spigot, money flooded into LA, and homelessness got worse, and our superstar HUD secretary, Scott Turner, turned off the spigot. We cut off hundreds of millions of dollars that were otherwise going out to the door to the wantonly, hopelessly corrupt LA Homelessness Authority, and now we're putting these guys in jail. That's how you stop the fraud, and the vice president's right, this is not hard, but it took President Trump to make this happen. And we saw this with COVID as well, where there are simply no safeguards set up, but I do think that it is more than just sort of a blind eye. You have these operations that are set up that become kind of a cottage industry of their own, and it's all taxpayer money, and of course, they get it by bullying you, talking about how virtuous they are, and they need this money, and then they do the most evil thing possible, take money that was supposed to go to a homeless person or a drug addict and go spend it on herms or Tahiti. I couldn't agree more. Let me give another example of our California work this week. On Tuesday, we announced the arrest of 10 people in San Diego that were running ghost daycares. These were people from Iraq, Somalia, Sudan, Afghanistan. They came to this country, and instead of working, trying to improve their lives and improve this country, they took advantage of the generosity of American citizens, took their money, opened up fake daycares, took tens of millions of dollars, and out the door it went. Foreigners coming to this country and stealing from American citizens, President Trump is saying no more. He's shutting this down, and these people are going to jail, thanks to the Department of Justice. How much of this is getting exposed because the president has closed the border and put his foot down at the behest of American voters who are sick and tired of having open borders? How much of this is being exposed because of that? I have no doubt that part of the reason we are succeeding this fraud fight is because the president has cut off access to people from outside the United States who want to come here and rob American citizens blind. It isn't just foreigners and immigrants that do this by any stretch of the imagination, but there's no doubt that it was a huge incentive to come to this country and to try to steal from the federal piggy bank and steal from American citizens, and President Trump, shutting down the border, has eliminated that incentive, and that is protecting American citizens, and it is part of this fraud fight. In focus now, Tommy Pigott, State Department spokesperson, great to have you. First of all, we're learning more and more, so what can you tell us that is unfolding right now on this? And you just heard for the first time the foreign minister now talking about, "Yeah, this is a good deal." Peter Ducey said she looked a little nervous from Greenland wondering what was coming. Well, the real winners here are the American people, are the security of our alliance. What we saw is President Trump identifying a problem, a real problem, and taking steps to address it in only the way that President Trump can. He is truly showing that he is the dealmaker in chief, and what we're seeing are efforts to enhance the NATO alliance, enhance the security of Greenlanders, enhance the security of the United States. That is something that only President Trump could have delivered, and he's truly making this argument about addressing these modern threats we all face and making us all safer. Tommy, talk to me about the military component of this, though, because there are ... it's two-pronged. It's that, and it's also rare earth, and I will get to the rare earth in a moment, but just the military, when he took that military force off the table, it seemed to shift things a little bit. Did that make the deal easier? Well, I think ultimately what made the deal possible is President Trump, and President Trump has a suite of options, and he keeps those options open until he decides to rule them out. Ultimately, what we saw over the last couple days, weeks, really going back to the beginning of this administration is the art of the deal in action. This is something that presidents have wanted to see happen for many, many decades, and President Trump is actually taking steps to make it happen. It's a credit to his leadership. It's also a credit to the vision he has to address problems before they become problems. President Trump's really putting us on a great footing here and making sure that our security is truly enhanced. Yeah, well, and I think, and correct me if I'm wrong, the Alaska purchase, Greenland was originally part of that. That part of the deal didn't hold together, and so all these decades later, we see what we see now. It is the eighth place in the world when it comes to the reserves of the rare earth minerals needed to create and operate technology for pretty much everything. Most of those reserves are still untapped in Greenland. The Arctic nation is home to key minerals needed for consumer electronics, defense systems, medical devices, advanced computing, and clean energy. This is a critical part of that deal. Tommy, talk more. Well, ultimately, this is about access. It's about access for the United States. It's about access from a military perspective. It's about access from a perspective in order to ... from those critical minerals. These are part of all the concerns that President Trump laid out really from the beginning of this administration, talking about those critical minerals, talking about the encroachment of our adversaries on Greenland, talking about the defense of Greenland, the NATO alliance, our defense, modern threats, the Arctic, the list goes on. He's been identifying these threats, and what we're seeing here is President Trump addressing these threats, and also identifying opportunities, identifying opportunities that can make us all prosperous. That's the art of the deal in action, and President Trump is showing, once again, why is the dealmaker in chief? So is it time to hit the shores of Greenland as Americans? I mean, they don't have a lot of infrastructure there yet. Does our footprint in those small areas that I understand from the potential deal that's coming, we will have control over small footprints probably near military bases? Talk to me about that. Well, as President Trump said, details on this will be forthcoming, and I don't want to get ahead of the president, and as these discussions are being finalized. But again, I think it's important to stress the context here of President Trump identifying this problem. Everyone's saying, "A deal wasn't possible. Don't bring this up. Ignore this." President Trump's saying, "No. I'm not going to ignore this threat to our security. I'm not going to ignore the opportunities." He's having these hard conversations, and the people to have these hard conversations with are our security partners. So we're seeing President Trump in action, once again putting America first. But when he puts America first, that actually helps the NATO alliance. It helps everyone in terms of our security and prosperity. Talk to me about the board of peace, if you can. 25, upwards of 25 members now. Well, this is something that came out of the Gaza ceasefire deal that was announced, unprecedented global coalition that was put together by President Trump that saw the release of hostages, that saw humanitarian assistance entering Gaza in a way that wasn't being looted by Hamas. And so what we see now is President Trump building on this unprecedented global coalition, trying to see the implementation of peace and prosperity, making sure that we're seeing these peace deals put into action. President Trump, who has negotiated eight peace deals around the world in just a year, an unprecedented advancement of peace. We're seeing this board of peace being an effort to see that long-term peace and prosperity. So a really historic announcement that we saw on Davos here, building on the huge momentum, the global coalition that President Trump has put together. Yeah. I'm looking down at my notes. It's been 103 days since Israel and Hamas, the ceasefire agreement came into place. And of course, we've seen some bubbling up and the president and the secretary of state Rubio have said, you know, that can happen. But the peace is holding, the ceasefire is holding. I guess the fancy word is tabulator tapes And I always like to say you can't get out of Walmart these days without showing your receipt But for some reason you can count 20,000 votes without a receipt the last part of this complaint Perhaps is the most concerning because we've uncovered some recent information that makes it so In addition to proving that 3930 ballots were scanned and Counted I want to say that again and Counted and I sure hope that miss Charlene McGowan is listening miss McGowan on May 7th You and your team got up before the board and said yeah, I think mr. Rossi's right these ballots were scanned twice But we're not sure if they were counted twice that is a lie and We know that because the data that shows they're counted twice is on the cast vote records and That is available to the Secretary of States Other experts know that those ballots were counted twice Media sources know I saw mr. So you probably can't understand this slide So I'm going to show you how it was done very crudely. Okay? All right. So on that first chair you have a stack of ballots. You see them over there Again, my props are not professional. I'm just doing what I can to get the message out on the second chair You have a second stack of ballots that were scanned. Let's say December 2nd Wednesday when the midnight deadline was for Doing the election recount on the third chair. You have a third stack of ballots that were scanned on Wednesday now Someone or some group. I don't know who but this is not accidental what they did They went to one stack of ballots Randomly grabbed a few stacks from that No order I got a random group, okay Some of my flipped around so that they count backwards this time Then they went to another stack of ballots that were already scanned You notice I'm not necessarily picking them from the top, right? I'm just grabbing randomly and one more time I'll do it. For example, they went to another step and Then The next day they came back with that randomly selected stack and guess what they did That last year over there is a tabulator they ran them through On a second day through a different tabulator and they did that for 3930 ballots who in the room thinks that's accidental raise your hand. I Don't think so All right, I'm gonna close with how I started this Little talk here. I'm gonna read it one more time. If you don't mind It says in addition to proving That 3930 ballots were scanned and counted two times for the second machine count, which was the certified count We now know with certainty that this duplication of ballots was not a mere administrative error Rather the duplication process was due to intentional human Intervention and I said the lawyers tell me that that is the predicate for election fraud and now in closing I remind you about Mr. Raffensperger's ex post of August 1st if you have the data bringing it bring it to him Mr. Secretary, we're bringing the data to you and we are counting on you to do the right thing and investigate independently independently is critical SEB 2023-25.
