I'm good, I'm good, we just had some very good poll numbers come out, as you see, against this crazy person that we're running against, how she's running is just so bad. With her protection of our border, she was the border czar, and millions of people coming in and she's running for president, it's crazy, but that's what it is, welcome to the world of politics. It is crazy. You know, I want to rewind the tape just a couple of weeks, Mr. President, and I arrived in Milwaukee the day you were in Butler, Pennsylvania, and I went to my hotel room and I went to put away my clothing, next news on in the background, and I thought I heard gunshots, and I sat at the edge of the bed, I remember, I was born in 1967, Kennedy was assassinated in '63, I said to my father, I said, "Daddy, why were grown men crying when the president was shot?" I said, "What is something, Mr. President?" I sat at the edge of my bed in Milwaukee and I cried, and when you pumped your fist and told me and the rest of America, "You're okay," you made me and millions of people feel good again and come to the quick realization once again you're the toughest guy we know. Well, thank you very much. It was a terrible day, it was a bad moment for our country, it was incredible that that could happen, but it did, it did, it was a bad thing. It was, and now it turns out, I guess, we know the FBI and the Secret Service both screwed up major, both of them, and is it true, Mr. President, you've agreed now to become a victim witness for the FBI in this investigation? Yeah, whatever I can do, I'll do, I think we have sort of an obligation to do that. I'm very disappointed with the FBI, not the people in the FBI but the way it's being run, and it's obviously very disappointing, and Secret Service, they were very brave. Look, they jumped on that stage but they had some real holes when you look at nobody on that roof, and no coordination with the police, it seems to be coming out that there was absolutely no coordination, and that's a pretty bad thing when you think of it. Horrible, and I'm glad... A lot of bad facts are coming in. Yes, and I'm glad Kimberly Cheetle resigned, Mr. President, but we need Christopher Ray to step down too, no? Well, he's been disappointing, certainly, he's been a lot of things, I mean, he seems to be focused on putting everybody on J-6 in prison, he was a Christie recommendation, Chris Christie, can you believe it? And what can I tell you, you know, you take recommendations, and so, hey, we hope for the best, that's all I can tell you, he raided Mar-a-Lago, and that turned out to be a very bad thing for him to do, we won that case, you know that, right? We won the poll documents case, and Biden should be guilty, Biden should be guilty in that case, he should be a convicted felon, because they ruled that, you know, he can't, he's not competent to go to court, but he's supposed to be competent to be president, think of that. Think of that one, he can't go to court, but he can be president. It is crazy, but you win all the cases, thank God, because they're all a joke, but I want to talk to you about being nice, you made a comment last week, it was great, you go, you know they shot me, I was being nice, now I'm not gonna be so nice, I gotta tell you, Mr. President, I'm sick and tired of people telling me about you being nice, you know what I want Trump to be? I want Trump to be Trump, the authentic Trump is the guy that's won three consecutive primaries, is gonna win three consecutive elections, when he has to be nice, he's nice, when he doesn't have to be, he's not in up with this nice nonsense, no? Well you really, that was a great description, do you mind if I just plagiarize from you, do you mind if I can use those same words? Thank you. Because I'll tell you what, that was a very good description, look, I want to be nice, and I'm a person that is nice, I have a lot of friends like you, but I want to be a nice person, they're trying to put me in prison, these are people, these are animals we're dealing with, these are horrible people, they're letting millions and millions of people come into our country and kill people, it's happening every day, millions of people, every day it's happening where there's tremendous migrant crime, they come in from all over the world, they're coming in from prisons and they're, I mean you know what's happening, they're coming in from, directly from prisons, saving these countries are fortunate by the way, but think of it, mental institutions and terrorists are coming in and they're pouring into the country and then they say I'm not democratic, I'm not democratic, I'm a threat to democracy, it's just a sound bite, you know, it means nothing to them to say it, maybe it's a reason I was shot, who knows, you know, it's rhetorically a terrible thing to say about somebody like me, but they say it all the time and actually they're the threat, Joe Biden's incompetent and then they took his 14 million votes and they gave it to somebody else instead of going to a primary system that you're supposed to do and she's more incompetent than he is in my opinion and she's far more radical. Yeah, no it's not even close, she's a heck of a lot worse, yes, they try to put you in prison and they try to kill you and take it from me, I know President Trump, he's on the phone right now, great sense of humor, nicest guy in the world, great father, great grandfather, great family man, but we need to win this, bottom line is we need to win, look at the great job you do with the Supreme Court, now these two people, they want to overhaul it, they want to get rid of the immunity decision, they don't know what to do first, leave the Supreme Court alone, but they're going to try to change it aren't they? But they don't really want to get away with the, you know, end immunity decision because if they didn't have immunity, Biden would be in tremendous trouble with all the criminal acts that he's committed, he would be in tremendous trouble, so he doesn't really, it's typical, this is all they are, misinformation, disinformation, the last thing that crooked Joe Biden wants to do is get rid of immunity because if he got rid of immunity, he would be spending the rest of his life fighting it out, I mean you know that, it's pretty amazing, so it's just talk, it's just sound bites, now the rest of it he wants to, they want to pack the court, he doesn't want to get rid of presidential immunity because then he wouldn't have immunity, he'd be tired and anybody would be able to go after him, so he doesn't want to do that, but they put it out there, he'll give that up, you watch, he'll give that up, but what he does want to do is hurt the judges and what he does want to do is pack the court, there's no question about that, they want to have, I mean I've heard numbers like 29, judges, I've heard all different numbers, they want to pack the court, it's unbelievable. That's crazy, I do want to talk about Israel too because you know how staunch I am President Trump, you know, and I got to tell you, you're in St. Cloud Minnesota, it's hours, not days, not months, hours after 12 little kids were blown to smithereens and you find it in your heart to make a point, do you know that two days later, this Harris who went to a sorority party in Indiana instead of going to watch BB speak, this Harris who gave BB an ultramatum the day before he met you, hasn't said a word about these little kids, how disgraceful is that? And by the way, there was just another very bad attack in the UK, now I don't know that this has anything to do with anything that we're talking about right now, but there was a vicious violent attack that just took place just now in the UK and terrible, terrible, what's going on is, it's terrible. Well Israel's going to be a huge point to contention, I must say when BB met with you, when BB met with you on Friday and the photo op of you and BB, Mr. President and then that room you made look so beautiful with the Israeli flags at Mar-a-Lago, that's what two leaders look like, you and BB, not the nonsense on Thursday, do you know they didn't even take a photo op, not Biden, not Harris, not anybody? And she stood up with him, she wanted to get out of there so fast, you could see the disdain. Number one, she doesn't like Israel, number two, she doesn't like Jewish people. You know it, I know it, everybody knows it and nobody wants to say it. And any, and I mean this sincerely, I'm running in New York, any, and I think we have a good shot in New York by the way, Lee Zeldin setting it up and the whole thing, and you're going to sort of head it up as much as you're allowed to do that stuff, but I'm running in New York, any Jewish person that votes for Biden or a Democrat, but votes for Biden, any Democrat or votes for, and now we have Kamala, because you know you don't really have this yet because you still have to have a convention, but anybody that votes for that group of people, those two people, but now it looks like it's going to be her, because she dislikes Jewish people and Israel more than Biden did, and Biden never did anything and neither did Obama, it never did, and you know the amazing thing is that the Palestinians hate him also, which is sort of interesting. I mean, they pulled off like this massive thing where everybody hates him, but frankly, any Jewish person that voted for her or him or whoever it's going to be, I assume it's going to be her, anybody that did that is, should have their head examined, if you love Israel or if you're Jewish, because a lot of Jewish people do not like Israel and they happen to be in New York, you know that, but if you are Jewish, regardless of Israel, if you're Jewish, if you vote for a Democrat, you're a fool, an absolute fool. They have let Jewish people down since Obama at a level that nobody could believe possible. You know, 15 years ago, the strongest lobby in all of Washington was Israel, it was by Father Strong as I, nobody would say anything bad about Israel today, it's like nobody says anything good, except Republicans, by the way, nobody says anything good about it. So it's a hell of a, it's a hell of a change. I assume you know exactly what I'm saying, 15 years ago, you couldn't say a bad thing. No, it'd be out of office. And today it's almost like, I mean, Schumer has become a Palestinian, Chuck Schumer is officially now a Palestinian. It's funny, but it's true, it's sad, he is, he is, and they tell me that this, this Harris' husband, Doug Emhoff, Mr. President, is Jewish, he's Jewish like Bernie Sanders is Jewish. And look, you got a good couple of months ahead of you here, you're going to win again, trust me. March 3, 2017, Breitbart News. Mark Levin to Congress investigate Obama's silent coup versus Trump. Now, ladies and gentlemen, over eight years ago, when I was doing my radio show on that Thursday night, as I was preparing, I started to pull news articles together, website reports together, and I started to see a pattern. A pattern that there was an effort by the Obama regime during the Trump campaign in 2016, and subsequently during the Trump transition and during his early presidency, to interfere with the campaign and then to destroy his presidency. I broke it first on radio, then with Pete Hegseth the following Sunday. I guess that's March 5th or 6th, 2017, and it was a big story. The media attacked me, the media denied it all, but I used all their reports, all their reports. And so I want to give you the context of this this evening as we get into it and what Tulsi Gabbard has done, which is very, very important, and you're hearing people say, "Well, we already knew all this. We didn't know all of it." Or they're out there saying, "What's the big deal? There's not a crime. We have immunity. They're not exactly right about that." So stick with us. It's a full program. We're gonna take it from beginning to end. Check it out again. This is March 5th, I believe it is, on Fox & Friends Sunday morning with Pete Hegseth eight and a half years ago. Go. On your Thursday evening radio broadcast, you laid out a devastating case about executive overreach of the Obama administration, which many believe have metamorphosized itself to tweets that President Trump sent out on Saturday morning, accusing potential wiretapping in Trump Tower We want to give you a case here this morning to lay out what you know, what you know about it, and the evidence you have for the potential executive overreach of the Obama administration. Well, pleasure to be here. The evidence is overwhelming. This is not about President Trump's tweeting. This is about the Obama administration's spying. And the question isn't whether it's spied. We know they went to the FISA court twice. The question is, who did they spy on, the extent of the spying? That is, the Trump campaign, the Trump transition, Trump surrogates. And I want to walk you through this, the American people. Exhibit one. Alright, let's stop right there for a moment. Now, America, keep in mind this is the first time anybody ever pooled all this together. I didn't have access to classified information. I can't issue subpoenas. I was doing my radio show prepping and I said, wait a minute, something's going on here. I saw a pattern that went over the course of months. There's a former Chief of Staff to Attorney General. I could tell there had been leaks out of the DOJ and the FBI and the intelligence agencies. This is literally the first time on television, anywhere, that this was pulled together and explained the first time it was exposed. Go. Head Street, two separate sources with links to the counter intelligence community have confirmed that the FBI sought and was granted a foreign intelligence surveillance act court. This is spying in October, giving counterintelligence permission to examine the activity of, quote, U.S. persons in Donald Trump's campaign with ties to Russia. Let me go on. Since it me, they say the first FISA request sources say named Trump was denied back in June, denied by the court. But the second was drawn more narrowly and was granted in October after evidence was presented of a server possibly related to the Trump campaign and its alleged links to two banks. Now, sources suggest that a FISA warrant was granted to look at the full content of emails and other related documents that may concern U.S. persons. Now I know people are hung up with Trump's word wiretapping. Well, how'd they get access to this server information? Does it really matter if it was wiretapping, electronic surveillance, or whatever it was? Exhibit two, The Guardian, a well-known right wing British paper. Here it is, quote, The Guardian has learned the FBI applied for a warrant from the foreign intelligence surveillance court over the summer in order to monitor four members of the Trump team suspected of irregular contacts with Russian officials. Keep in mind this is during a presidential election. The sitting president, the incumbent party is now investigating the presidential candidate of the Republican Party and his campaign to some extent. The FISA court turned down the application asking FBI counterintelligence investigators to narrow its focus. According to one report, the FBI was finally granted a warrant in October. Exhibit three, McClatchy, another well-known right wing newspaper. Here they have the agency's headline. FBI, five other agencies, five other Obama administration agencies, pro possible covert Kremlin aid to Trump. The FBI and five other law enforcement intelligence agencies have collaborated for months in an investigation into Russian attempts to influence the November election, including whether money from Kremlin covertly aided presidential elect Donald Trump. Two people familiar with the matter said the agencies involved in the inquiry are the FBI, the CIA, the NSA, the Justice Department, the Treasury Department's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network and representatives of the director of the National Intelligence. Are you telling me Barack Obama didn't know it was going on in the six agencies? As you go on, hold on, hold on. Okay, keep going. I'm not done. I need to make the case because the media seems to be confused about their own reporting. New York Times, another well-known liberal outlet, intercepted Russian communications part of inquiry into Trump Associates January 19. The FBI is leading the investigations aided by the NSA, the CIA, Treasury Department's Financial Crimes Unit. The investigators have accelerated their efforts in recent weeks but have found no exclusive conclusive evidence or wrong to listen to this. One official said intelligence reports based on some of the wiretap communications have been provided to the White House. This is the New York Times my exhibit for. Another right wing outlet, yeah. Let's continue. New York Times, again, NSA gets more latitude to share intercepted communications in the final days of the Obama administration. The administration has expanded the power of the NSA to share globally intercepted personal communications with the government 16 other intelligence agencies before applying privacy protections. Now why would they do this on the way out the door? Well, March 1, exhibit 6, Obama administration rushed to preserve intelligence of Russian election hacking. In the Obama administration's last days, listen to this, some White House officials scrambled to spread information about Russian efforts to undermine the presidential election and about possible contacts between associates and President-elect Trump and Russians across the government. I'm not done. Exhibit 7, New York Times, Flynn is said to have talked to Russians about sanctions, Trump took office. Well, where'd they get this information? Well, Mark, you know the FISA court, they're always monitoring the Russian ambassador and so how do we know that? Maybe they are, maybe they're not, but there's an awful lot of other activity. Here we have Washington Post, one more, Washington Post, March 2nd. U.S. investigators have examined contacts Attorney General Sessions had with Russian officials during the time he was advising Donald Trump's campaign. The focus of the U.S. counterintelligence investigation has been on communication between Trump campaign officials in Russia. Listen to this, the inquiry involving Sessions is examining his contacts while serving as Trump's foreign policy adviser in the spring and summer of 2016. This has been going on for a year now. As you do on your radio program, you lay out a devastating case based on public documents, as you point out, and not right-wing sources, but mainstream, left-stream sources. How confident are you that this new, this investigation, which was on Russian, so-called Russian hacking, but now the White House says this morning will be broadened to looking into executive overreach. How confident are you they will find something there? I don't know, but I don't know. They already found something. The issue isn't whether the Obama's administration spied on the Trump campaign or transition or certain of its surrogates. The issue is the extent of it. They went into court a second time. They were so aggressive. They waited four or five months. They go back in October, weeks before the general election. They narrow their request. All of a sudden we have leaks coming out on Flynn. Then we have a horrible meeting that took place between Sessions and so forth. And I'm telling you, as a former chief of staff to an attorney general of the United States in the Reagan administration, these are police state tactics. No, what did Barack Obama know? He knew everything I just read you apart from one or two articles. You know how I know? It's in the newspapers. It's right there. So Barack Obama not only knew this, but he gets a daily intelligence briefing. And let me tell you something about daily intelligence briefings. If your attorney general and your FBI is going to the FISA court to get a warrant to investigate aspects of an opposition party in the middle of a general election campaign, how much you want to bet the President of the United States knew that I don't want to read his opinion. How does this play out in the media? How are they going to continue to cover this story? Let me first say this is the case made by the New York Times, the Washington Post, McClatchy and the rest of them. I just put it together as a former Justice Department official. And Donald Trump here is being attacked for what he tweeted. Donald Trump is the victim. His campaign is the victim. His transition team is the victim. His surrogates are the victim. These are police state tactics. I am telling you this as a former chief of staff to an attorney general. If this had been done to Barack Obama, all hell would break loose. And it should. And Barack Obama's statement is pathetic. Let me just say this. Where does it go from here? They ought to release both FISA court applications where they sought the warrant. The one in the summer and the one in October. So we know exactly what they were doing. That's number one. Number two, Congress needs to see the daily presidential intelligence briefings over the past year or so. Those are the beginnings of a serious investigation. Number three, for the Republicans in Congress, you control the majority. If the Democrats do not want to assist and they won't because I'm starting to think Chuck Schumer and the others are participating in all this cover up activity, then plow ahead without them. But this is important to the country. We cannot have a sitting presidential administration unleashing six federal agencies, intelligence and law enforcement. I don't mean the president personally sitting there. You know what, Valerie, let's go get him. Obviously, the attorney general and the FBI were involved in this. July 2016 CIA Director Brennan briefs Obama and Biden that the CIA uncovered evidence that Hillary Clinton approved in her campaign to try and tie Trump to Putin and to the Russians to distract from her email scandal. Others briefed also knew who were they. It included Attorney General Lynch, DNI Director Clapper, FBI Director Comey. Hillary Clinton in carrying out this this horrendous event, her campaign paid for the still dossier that was a complete 100% fabrication. The dossier was used as the key basis for the FBI opening a criminal investigation. They launched it in record time. Typically it might take six months or a year, they launched it within a month. And who launched it? Deputy Director of the FBI McCabe and FBI Assistant Director Stroke. And it was Comey who seized authority around the same time to drop the case against Hillary Clinton, even though they had her dead to rights. It was a slam-dung case, but they dropped it. They were working to help Hillary, they knew that she was responsible.
