TRUTH SOCIAL has become somewhat of a phenomena. Last week it had bigger numbers than all other platforms, including TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, and the rest. It also looks and works better to my eye. I am very happy that Twitter is now in sane hands, and will no longer be run by Radical Left Lunatics and Maniacs that truly hate our country. Twitter must now work hard to rid itself of all of the bots and fake accounts that have hurt it so badly. It will be much smaller, but better. I LOVE TRUTH!
A great interview this morning with Tom Dupree, Former Deputy Asst Attorney General—A must watch!
Video transcript
>> Let's bring in Tom Dupree. He knows it all. Former deputy assistant attorney general. Tom, always good to see you. >> Thanks Shannon. >> Okay, so I wanna read President Trump's characterization on social media about that ruling on Monday. He says total exoneration, all caps not surprising. It is clear that the Supreme Court's brilliantly written and historic decision ends all of crooked Joe Biden's witch hunts against me, including the White House and DOJ inspired civil hoaxes in New York. So let's talk about the impact because man, it was a broad, good decision for the Trump legal team, but it doesn't mean these cases are over just yet. >> That's right. Look, there's still a few steps that have to happen before these cases come to an end. But I think for the cases, the Bragg case, the significance here is that embedded deep within the Supreme Court's immunity decision was an important point, which is that prosecutors can't use evidence of a president's official act to support a prosecution even for something that's non-official. In other words, it's a rule that says this evidence can't be used in any way, shape or form. And so what's gonna happen over the next couple of months is that the prosecutors, the Trump defense team and the judge in New York are all going to have to look at what evidence came in in this trial. And was there so much evidence of this official act that it basically tainted and polluted and corrupted the entire proceeding? >> I mean, there are all kinds of conversations with White House advisors and with texts and emails and all kinds of things that as we sat through that six week or so trial, there's a lot there to unpack. So who does that? Does Judge Murchand ultimately make the decision about what should be allowed in and out? Because I gotta imagine if it doesn't go well for the Trump team and still leaves those convictions intact, they're then going to appeal Murchand's decision, which, again, delays that New York trial and potentially it's sentencing too. >> Absolutely, and look, yes, Judge Murchand is going to be the one who makes the first call as to whether this evidence requires a new trial or setting aside the conviction. But he's not going to be the last word. I suspect that honestly, whichever way he goes on this, I think you're going to see the losing side appeal that decision. And then even after the New York appellate courts have weighed in, it wouldn't surprise me if the United States Supreme Court again gets called on to make these types of decisions. So I think from the prosecutor's perspective, at least, the Supreme Court immunity decision has really upset the apple cart. >> Okay, quickly, can you give us a look at how this impacts the federal cases? We know that the January 6th Jack Smith case here in DC, this has been sent back down. They'll have to purse through all of those things in the indictment, but we've got the Mar-a-Lago case as well. Is the Trump team in good position to say, hey, this decision, the immunity case also applies to the Mar-a-Lago case and may put dents in that one too? >> Yes, I think it does. It certainly puts major dents to say the least in the January 6th Jack Smith prosecution. As far as the Mar-a-Lago case goes, I do think it will have an impact. I don't think it's as direct an impact as the January 6th case, but I think it will have an impact and that Jack Smith is going to have to go back and parse his indictment and make sure that he's not basing any charges on official acts of then President Trump. The other significant aspect, Shannon, is you know, Justice Thomas had a very significant concurrence in the immunity decision where he questioned the legitimacy of Jack Smith's appointment. I suspect that there may be some attentive judicial leaders out there, including Judge Cannon down in Florida who are paying a lot of attention to what Justice Thomas had to say about that. >> Yeah, that's something that got a little bit of attention during the Supreme Court arguments, but not much, but Justice Thomas has stayed on that point. Okay, Tom Dupree, always appreciate your time. Have a great fourth. Thanks Shannon, you too.

Okay, MAGA GOP on Trump, in the 2024 election versus Kamala Harris, he got 99% of the MAGA GOP vote. Perhaps surprisingly, I might have thought it'd be 100%, but it was 99%. Compare that to his approval rating now with the MAGA GOP. It's 98%. That is, there's been no real decline in MAGA support. These folks say that they're going to vote for congressional Republicans come the midterm elections. Again, that's the 99% that Trump got against Kamala Harris. Look now, in terms of the congressional vote, 98% of them say they're going to be voting for House Republican candidates. So that support is actually really holding up strong. It's really, really strong when it comes to MAGA GOP and Republicans holding on to that vote.

If the Democrats win, you will have an economic depression. If the Republicans win, you will each have $5,000 in your pocket. And economic success for our country like we have never ever seen before. “TRUMP ON THE GROWING FENTANYL CRISIS”
Video transcript
And they're dying from a drug the size of a pinhead, a little bit of fentanyl, literally what could fit on the end of a pin, can kill 10 people. It's crazy and so dangerous out there and so many are dying where they think they're getting something and gonna have a little fun on a Friday night and all of a sudden they're dead because of the power of what's happening. And the sad thing is that I had an agreement with President Xi of China. I said, listen, you're killing our people. It's going through Mexico and Mexico is paying a big price also from me. It's going through Mexico, coming through most of it is 95% coming through the southern border. I built 571 miles of wall and I had the Mexican army protecting us. I said, you're either gonna protect us or I'm gonna charge you big tariffs. And got along very well with the president of Mexico. They gave us tremendous protection during the time. We had the best level of numbers, nobody's ever had numbers like the best we've ever had in terms of illegal immigration. In fact, my last week in office, we had less people coming into our country than at any time before. But importantly, we also had drugs were down 19%, 20% and that's not enough. And by the way, you'll never really solve the drug problem unless you do what other countries do and that's the death penalty for drug dealers. But then you have the death a drug dealer on average will kill during that person's life 500 people, unless you have a death penalty unless there's a something that they're right now they don't even get charged with anything. If you don't institute the death penalty for drug dealers, you'll never solve that problem. You'll get it down to a number that like I get it down. Actually at one point it was 22% down. That was a good thing, but you'll never solve the problem. We set up committees, we set up all of this. The cartels are are run by very smart, very vicious people. They're pouring drugs into our country. Now the number coming in now compared to four years ago is 12 times higher drugs. So it's not only people, it's not only human trafficking, it's drugs, the drugs are pouring into our country totally unchecked.

Sean Hannity: “Here is the sad and pathetic part—As per usual, Biden made it all about himself…”
Video transcript
Now, before the president and vice president departed on separate planes for an event in North Carolina, well, Joe did try to offer some brief remarks on the tragic bridge collapse that took place in Baltimore. Here is the sad and pathetic part. As per usual, Biden made it all about himself and yet another tall tale about his own personal connection to that bridge, which didn't exist. We'll tell you in a minute. At about 1.30, containership struck the Francis Scott Key Bridge, which I've been over many, many times commuting from the state of Delaware, then a trainer by car, been in Baltimore Harbor many times. All right. Big problem. You see, there's no railroad on the Francis Scott Key Bridge and there would be no reason for Joe Biden to cross it on his way to D.C., but like every other national tragedy, whatever this issue is, Joe Biden always seems to find a way to make it all about himself. Remember, he did this with Afghanistan after the horrific withdrawal, lying about his own son dying in Iraq. It never happened. He did something similar after the devastating wildfires, if you recall in Hawaii, embellishing what was a tiny little house fire in Delaware, why, to one up the suffering, the disaster that was happening to people in Maui, he nearly lost his precious Corvette. Oh, geez, the vapors, the horrors. And he did the same thing in Florida, if you recall, after a hurricane. He also frequently lies about his struggles during the civil rights movement. He lied about getting arrested, protesting apartheid in South Africa. He lied about his time as middle class Joe on Amtrak. And according to Joe Biden, no one knows the struggle and sacrifice like Joe Biden. Take a look. [VIDEO PLAYBACK] I know from experience. How much anxiety and fear and concern are in the people? We didn't lose our whole home, but lightning struck and we lost an awful lot of it about 15 years ago. When Joe Biden, our elected president, entered the room, when he approached me, his words to me were, "My wife Jill and I know how you feel. We lost our son as well and brought him home in a fog draped coffin." My heart started beating faster and I started shaking knowing that their son died from cancer and they were able to be by his side. In reality, the guy who kept looking down at his watch during the dignified transfer of the US service members killed in Afghanistan because of his botched withdrawal and denied the existence of his own four-year-old granddaughter until it hurt him politically in the polls, he doesn't seem to really understand something called empathy. And today, Joe and Kamala, while they took a quick trip to North Carolina, it went, well, I guess about as well as you can expect with both of them. Take a look. You decide. Pretty incredible. And so is Kamala. She's really incredible. I know it sounds hard to believe. None of you have to pray God you hadn't had to go through that, but companies have stopped covering and that life was put in danger. Fourteen years ago this week, I stood by President Obama when he signed the Affordable Care Act in the law, Obamacare. And as many of you know, I thought it was a big deal. Thank God my mom wasn't around. Folks, if America sends me a Congress that are Democrats, I promise you Kamala and I will restore Roe v. Wade as the law of the land again. I'm serious. If you didn't know any better, I think I'm making this stuff up. We're the only country in the world that's come out of every crisis stronger than we went in. The only country in the world. There is nothing beyond our capacity when we act together. Not a single thing. This is the United States of America. Not talking about the disaster at the border. He's not talking about the disaster, about law and order and safety and security and towns and cities all across the country. He's not talking about the struggling economy, the 60% of our fellow Americans living paycheck to paycheck, many Americans putting their bare necessities on their credit cards. That's the only way they can make it every month. And after struggling through that speech, Biden then seemed shocked and surprised that his vice president was even there. Biden's obvious cognitive decline is just one major problem that Democrats will be facing in November.

Large crowds fill bleacher-style seating on both sides and in front of the cage. Two jumbotron screens on either side display the live fight feed with "UFC" and "Monster" branding. A military brass/marching band in formation stands on the White House steps between the crowd and the building, with red-white-blue bunting draped along the staircase. Flags are visible: an American flag atop the White House and another American flag on a pole to the right, plus a dark flag on the left reading "UFC FREEDOM 250" with the UFC logo. A sign at the base of the stage reads "UFC FREEDOM 250." The cage's outer apron has alternating panels reading "UFC" and a White House silhouette graphic. Some spectators in the crowd wave small American flags.

Let's bring in two experts, former National Security Advisor to President Trump, Victoria Coates, and Brent Sadler, a graduate of the Naval Academy and an expert on naval warfare. Welcome to you both. Victoria, we'll start with you. The strait will be opening for shipping. The blockade is lifted. What is known about other parts of the agreement, in particular sanctioned relief and unfreezing assets? Well, Trey, great to see you, and good to see you too, Brent. What we know about the deal is that it's performance-based. And this is what differentiates it from the JCPOA, the Obama-era nuclear deal, in which they got all of the goodies up front, the sanctions relief, the pallets of cash. Instead, what we're going to do is see if they actually do what they're supposed to do. We're going to open up the strait. That's very important. And then we're going to start these negotiations on the nuclear deal, which aren't just to limit where they can enrich to, but rather to dismantle that program, to get the highly enriched uranium out. If that all takes place, then great. Yes, we can talk about future incentives for them, but they have to take those steps first. So that's the critical thing here. And I would say this is opening the door to a new Middle East. This is a Middle East under President Trump's leadership, where we can have our Gulf allies with Israel come together for a more prosperous, secure region. That wasn't possible four months ago. Now it is. And so for all the naysayers, all the deniers, let's see what's actually in the deal. Let's go forward and get to a more positive outcome. All right, Brent. A Senate like me, for instance, might argue that this kind of takes us back to the status quo ante, where we were before the recent hostilities. Is there more? Am I missing something? Because before the most recent hostilities, their nuclear program was degraded or obliterated to use the administration's word. The straight was open and there was no blockade. So how is this different? Well, I can understand the cynicism about the Middle East. There's certainly lots of reasons for that. The region has changed fundamentally. And I think what we're seeing now is the beginning of a page of a new era in the Middle East. I mean, it's not going to be smooth, of course, but it's not the same. Of course, Iran is alienated and actually agitated to actually force of arms many of its neighbors and also rallied in unity with Israel, which was unheard of before, which probably means you're going to see an acceleration and a broadening benefits of things like the Abraham Accords. So the region is fundamentally different now than it was several months ago and to include even the economics to say nothing of the global energy markets that are now changed and it's not going to go back to the way it was before. All right, Victoria, Brent has turned me into something of an optimist with his answer as it relates to the broader region. However, the Iranian regime has been a theocratic despotic one for 47 years and thugs don't become good neighbors overnight. Is Iran content stringing things along and waiting for President Trump term to end, hoping for a different negotiating partner in the future or do you think that they really are desirous of fundamental change? Well, Trey, I will say I don't want to stomp on your sunny optimism, but I mean, yes, we're dealing with the Iranians and so this regime is bad. They're hostile. They're the death to America, death to Israel crowd. And what makes them the most upset actually is the fact of how effective the United States Israel partnership was during Operation Epic Fury. So for everyone who's trying to point to differences between the United States and Israel tonight, look at that. Look at how seamless that cooperation was and how good it can be going forward. But for what we're going to do with dealing with them going forward, what we have to do is continue to keep the economic pressure on them, and they also know that we can strike them at the time of our choice in the place of our choice. So this isn't going to happen out of the goodness of their hearts because they don't have hearts. So this is going to happen because they're scared about more of those those strikes that the president called in last week that can happen any time. And so that's how we keep the pressure on them. We make sure they make good on this nuclear deal because that's the basic line here. No nuclear weapons for Iran. All right, Brent, is there a material difference between giving Iran cash and giving Iran access to frozen assets and allowing it to make money from selling oil if they're going to use the money for nefarious purposes? I mean, does it matter where they get the money from? And what we call it? Well, there is a big difference between pallets of cash and an aircraft that shows up and then disappears into wherever nefarious purpose. Then financial flows that you can actually monitor and also control. So on its surface, there's that. But again, the devil's in the details. We'll see when the actual agreement is hopefully released on Friday after the next phase of this is reached. And we'll be able to look at a lot closer what we're talking about on finances. All right, we've got about 30 seconds, so I'm going to get you both to quickly answer this question, Victoria, you and then Brent. Any chance in the world Israel is upset and tries to do something to upend this agreement? Victoria, then you, Brent. I'd be shocked, I mean, Trey, rather. I think that Israel wants to get to peace in the region. Well, thank you for calling me now. That's the nicest thing anyone's called me. You go ahead, Brent. No, I agree with that. There's very little reason to expect anything like that. The U.S. and Israel are aligned very closely in national security and national interest.

Mark Milley is a loser who shamed us in Afghanistan and elsewhere!
Video transcript
"My analysis, based on my assessment and the recommendations of the commanders to include General McKenzie and the consensus of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, was that we needed to maintain a minimum force of 2,500 troops on the ground, mostly special forces with allied troops and contractors, in order to sustain the Afghan National Security Forces and its government until the diplomatic conditions of the Doha Agreement were met. Without this support, it was my view at the time that it was only a matter of when not if the Afghan government would collapse and the Taliban would take control." Was he really that clear and direct with President Biden? I doubt it, these guys, these generals, they play all kinds of bureaucrat games. Here he is, ex-General Milley on Capitol Hill today. Joe Biden does say that what he said didn't happen. But then again, it's Joe Biden, so who the hell knows? "If your top military advisors warned against withdrawing on this timeline, they wanted you to keep about 2,500 troops." No, they didn't. It was split. That wasn't true. That wasn't true. "They didn't tell you that they wanted troops to stay?" No, not in terms of whether we were going to get out in a timeframe, all troops. They didn't argue against that. So no one told your military advisors to not tell you, "No, we should just keep 2,500 troops. It's been a stable situation for the last several years. We can do that. We can continue to do that." No, no one said that to me that I couldn't recall. All I know is that Joe Biden and Mark Milley have zero credibility, and we lost in Afghanistan in large part thanks to their incompetence and mismanagement. Part of the incompetence was Mark Milley's obsession with his own public image. He was always granting interviews. He was always talking to reporters. He was obsessed with it, and he told the Atlantic, "It was also bad-mouthing Trump." And here was an attempt recently to bad-mouth Trump, but I know the truth. He told the Atlantic the following. Take a look at this soldier, by the way, a real hero. He was wounded, the captain there, and here he is with his wife. He's severely wounded. He looks great, but let's go to the story that Milley told, the Atlantic. It goes like this. "At his welcome ceremony at Joint Base Meyer Henderson Hall, Milley gained an early and disturbing insight into Trump's attitude toward soldiers. Milley had chosen a severely wounded Army captain, Louisa Villa, to sing 'God Bless America.'" Great. "A villa who had completed five combat tours had lost a leg in an IED attack in Afghanistan, had suffered two heart attacks, two strokes, and brain damage as a result of his injuries. Now, after a villa's performance, Trump walked over to congratulate him, but then said to Milley, within earshot of several witnesses, 'Why do you bring people like that here? No one wants to see that, the wounded.'" Hm. "Never let a villa appear in public again," Trump told Milley. Recently, Milley invited a villa to sing at his retirement ceremony. Okay, so this is a story, according to Mark Milley, tries to make Trump look bad. Let's watch what really happened. "Captain Louisa Villa, a U.S. soldier severely wounded by an IED explosion December 2011 in Afghanistan, uses music therapy as a critical component to his healing. Captain Avila will now join the Joint Service Quartet in singing 'God Bless America.'" God bless America, la de allo, te visa, et za. So, it's tough, right? Watch how it ends, though. I counted five hugs. That's the truth. That's the truth. And it's beautiful. Milley, shame on you. We'll be right back.
