So I decided I was going to start prosecuting parents for truancy. Can I spend a majority of my time here at the hospital? When Kamala Harris was the California Attorney General, she had me arrested and prosecuted because my handicapped daughter was sick in the hospital and had missed some days of school. I have sickle cell anemia. Sickle cell anemia is a hereditary disease and it is very very painful. In 2012, like all California parents, I received a threatening letter from Kamala Harris saying, "We'll go to jail for a year if our kids even miss 10% of school days." Little did I know, there was a warrant out for my arrest. All of a sudden, the police is outside my house and they started banging on the door. They told me I was under arrest for my child missing school. I was shocked. I said, "But my baby is sick." The school knows that and they said, "Go talk to Kamala Harris. Place your hands behind your back." My mom did nothing wrong. We did everything we were supposed to. I was always bringing doctors notes, always calling the school to let them know that I was in the hospital. But my hell was just beginning. They gave me two charges. I spent the next two years in court fighting these charges. Kamala assigned her nastiest prosecutors to my case. My homicide prosecutors. My gang prosecutors. And they went over there and I said, "When you go over here, look really mean." All the time, I had to spend going to court. I was struggling to care for my child. We are going to make sure that you face the full force and consequences of the law. I lost my job and couldn't pay rent and we got evicted. I became homeless. We had to move into a motel. And I ended up being in the hospital a lot during her trial. And that hospital stay was when I had my stroke. I had a stroke about four or five days ago. And what now? I'm doing pretty good. My hand is doing okay, I guess. Let's be clear. My values have not changed. Look, I am not a political person, but I want people to know what Kamala Harris has did to me. If she do it to me, she will abuse anyone if you give her the power. A truancy program, I got a lot of criticism too. Do you actually lock anybody up? No, we never locked anybody up. We did prosecute some cases, but for a few, only about 20. My message to all Americans, especially Black Americans, do not trust Kamala Harris.

So what was your first reaction when you heard Joe Biden say that he had this endorsement from the Border Patrol Union? I'll be honest when I first heard it I thought I made a mistake. I thought I was hearing things. You're in trouble. The phone started ringing and text messages that kept on coming through and I realized, hey, this is really what it was said. So obviously the council got together immediately. We put a statement out. I had put a statement out immediately on my own personal social media and it just, I couldn't believe what I was hearing. We've never spoken to President Biden directly. Obviously the amount of communication with President Trump has continued. We've spoken on a lot of issues that are happening. So it was shocking. I'll be honest. I was not expecting that. You know, it shocked me when you hear this administration to begin with say that the border was secured. They've ignored it for several years. But this one was a new one for me, actually. Yeah, I mean, I remember hearing it going, what? And I was so glad that you put out the statement so quickly and fact checked that, which was it was interesting because then Joe Biden the next day was saying Donald Trump's such a liar. He had so many lies during the debate and that was one of the biggest lies that he told, including Art. He said that there are no terrorists who have come, not one terrorist who's come across the border. You and I have had interviews talking about the number, record number of known terrorists who have come across the border. Absolutely. It's just frustrating. I mean, it just goes, it goes to that extra level when it shows that this administration, they'll lie about what's happening at the border or they won't realize that it's actually happening. It's one of the two and it's upsetting to see it because obviously the country suffering from it, the men and women that are putting their lives on the line are suffering from it. And somebody needs to acknowledge that the problem exists so they can get it fixed. And we continue to see this administration not acknowledge that there's a problem at the border. Yeah. Well, meanwhile, Joe Biden, who has this migrant parole program that brought in people from Haiti and Cuba and and other countries in the Caribbean, there was a Haitian who came over through that program and he was charged with raping a 15 year old disabled girl in Massachusetts. That illegal was released on Get This Art, only a five hundred dollar bond this week. And an ICE detainer was ignored as the Biden administration is moving to protect hundreds of thousands of Haitians from deportation. Tell us what you know about this case. Tell us your thoughts on this program. It's just so devastating that the victims of these policies, it's sad. It's extremely frustrating, look, because you continue to see these cases pop up one after another. And I'm sorry to say this and it's horrible to hear, but because this administration has allowed so many individuals to just claim asylum and get released, it's going to continue to happen because this administration has allowed, you know, over close to two million gotaways that no one knows who they are. That's going to continue to happen. And they come up with these programs and they put a limit and they say, hey, we're going to come up with this enforcement. You're going to put a limit on who can come across as for asylum. But there is no no fix on the millions that they've already allowed in the country. So people need to ask, OK, you're going to put a cap on it and say only so many people a day. But what are you doing about the millions that you've already allowed to come in? What are you doing about the millions that have gotten away? And unfortunately, because they're not willing to do anything about it. And as we've seen now, they're denying there's a problem. We're going to see many, many more stories like this come from the near future because no one's doing anything about it. Well, this little girl, 15 years old, disabled, raped at a migrant hotel, her life is forever changed. And these are the consequences of this policy. I'm really glad that you're with us and that you're always bringing this to the attention of the American people. Hopefully they'll vote for change and for protecting our citizens. Thank you. A lot of them don't like Trump, and a lot of them are Democrats. So they're listening to me tell you why this matters. He's engaged. And that's really necessary right now. All of the Pistons are working. He was there for 70 minutes. He answered every question. You can tell that he's going to be like that with everything. Because he is. There's not that phony engagement of the establishment politician where they say exactly enough. It's neat, and it's tidy, and it's almost impossible to remember what they said after they said it. Politicians are trained to say nothing, and he can't do that. He never got that training. So I think when you're watching vintage Trump, you have to realize that this is how he's going to be in meetings with people who aren't friendly to the United States, or people who want something from America, and we demand scrutiny and reciprocity. So just replace the media with all those people. He's not a figurehead. So if you're looking at him, you go, I can't stand it. He's not a figurehead. He's an agent. He's your agent. He's America's lawyer. He's in the room there to represent his client. America, your needs and your concerns, he's supposed to be an asshole. He's not interested in impressing the other people in the room. I wanted an agent or a lawyer with that relentless energy that makes people upset, and the country needs that. We've had four years of perk-hungry elites who are there for the pomp and not for the people. So you have to look at this stuff as a necessity that this guy is going to be that way in a room with people that have been screwing us over forever. Do you want him, or do you want Kamala? Who do you want in that room? You want the guy that nobody likes because they don't like him for a reason.

When completed, it is anticipated that this Course, which will be open to the Public, at a reduced rate for those living in Washington, D.C., will be one of the finest anywhere in the World! It will be fully capable of holding Major Events such as The U.S. Open, The PGA Championship, The Ryder Cup, and The Presidents Cup, which will bring Great Economic Benefits, Growth, and Prestige to Washington, D.C. and, indeed, the entire surrounding area. The Development of this World Championship Public Facility must begin, immediately, if it is to be completed in a timely and seasonal manner. To have to give advanced notices to a judge who has no expertise in Golf, Architecture, Landscaping, Construction, or anything else having to do with building such a World Class Project, is not fair, appropriate, or Constitutional. The soil, grass, sand bunkers, tees, fairways, greens, seawalls, small and nondescript buildings, and virtually every other element of the existing Course and grounds are far beyond their intended or expected life. In its current form, the Course is extremely dangerous to play, in that the narrow and nondescript fairways are far too close together, leading to a constant barrage of people being hit with wayward shots, and the echoing throughout the air of the word, “FORE!” The judge has absolutely no right to hold up this very important and beautiful Project.
